"So this is how it's gonna be, right?"
We join Sterling Everett inside his house, as "The Birminghammer" is sitting on his couch, dressed causally in jeans and an old The Filth t-shirt.
"When I, for once in my life, POLITELY ASK to get a Handicap match against Gav and Shazza, the UKWF management says no, and I have to fly Frank Wiland all the way to London for a stupid minute and a half long match. But when I should have a tag partner for the main event of Punishment Due against two of the UKWF's brightest shining stars... then no. Then I have to fight on my own, in a Handicap match. I honestly don't know what you guys are smoking..."
He shakes his head in disgust.
"But I am not a part of UKWF to cry and complain, I will leave that to others. I am open to any challenge, open to any opportunity to rage against the machine that is the UKWF management. The next show is just another chance to show them how misused I am by them. It just makes no sense to have a former superstar of Pro Wrestling FRONTIER, the all time greatest company out of the UK, and have him wrestle stupid jobbers, while the main event is provided by a generic luchadora and a teenage bird who got a fluke title victory. That's why I had no other option but to pick up the steel chair and break it over the heads of Ursula Areano and Skylynn Reed. And eventually, over the knee of one of the men responsible for all of this, Johnny Ajax."
Everett chuckles, remembering the final moments of Second Strike.
"Before I put mister Ajax back into retirement, I get to show the world who is the real star of the show here. And dare I say it won't be hard... Just look at my opponents. Ursula Areano, who's getting herself booked all around the globe, only to burn most of the bridges afterwards. Her head can't be well in the game... and miss Reed, the UKWF Champion? Oh my, where should I start. An underaged bird who's trying oh so hard to be the uber cool antihero of this place. The lone wolf, who always walks alone, but still expects the people to cheer her and pat her on the back... You're being plain stupid, love. Both of you, actually.
So when we meet at the KOKO Club, it's all gonna be the other way around than most of you think, it's all gonna be my way. Instead of an actual handicap match, you'll get two girls arguing and letting me pick up the scraps. Instead of me being punished... I will be the one dishing the punishment out."
With those words, the scene fades to black.

We open to Sterling Everett standing in the locker room area of London's Stryke Dojo. He's wearing his new "Bruise Cruise" t-shirt, produced by UKWF.
"Nice shirt, aye? UKWF is putting those on the merch stands. It's... well, it's less crappy than the one 'the champ' has. But still."
He takes the shirt off and holds it by his head.
"You know where you can shove it."
Sterling spits on the tee and throws it on the ground, then crosses his arms across his chest.
"You should know one thing. I don't get consolated by a cheap t-shirt, alright? I don't care if you put my face on tees, posters, if you write a four chord love song about me. All I care about is what actually happens at the shows, what goes on in the ring. And what happens is that you go on to disrespect me and deny me of my rightful opportunity at the UKWF Championship by putting me in nonsensical matches. How can you have Sterling Everett, by far the most talented representative of British wrestling on your roster, wrestle half-retired American idiots like Johnny Ajax, while you let a teenage, quasi-rebelious drag queen run around with the championship? That's stupid, and if you ask me, completely disgusting.
But don't worry. Sooner than later, I will put a stop to that. So far, UKWF management and the fans watching the action have learned to boo me. They recognised me as the villain of this story. They have learned to loathe me. But that's not enough. See, I talked about being disrespected, but I don't think it's respect that should be synonymous with Sterling Everett. No. It should be one very, very important emotion. And that is--"
The lights go out suddenly as we hear a high pitched, squeaky laughter.
"FEAR! THEY SHOULD FEAR YOU!" the high pitched voice screams through the darkness. The lights come up again and Sterling Everett is furiously looking around the area.
"What the-- where are you?! WHY THE FUCK DO YOU DO THIS?!"
Finding nothing, he angrily kicks the door before facing the camera again.
"Do you hear me, UKWF? This Sunday I will fucking demolish your cherished champion and number one contender! No questions, no shenanigans, and if any one of you wankers tries to pull this cheap horror rubbish on me, I will fucking break each and every one of you!"
He pushes the cameraman away and storms off the scene.

Post by Skylynn Reed on Apr 8, 2016 20:30:40 GMT
“Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.”
This was Skylynn Reed’s Youtube channel, complete with the Skyline Production logo in the bottom corner, yet she was oddly not present. Sat before the camera was an older gentleman, the slightest hint of gray in his dark brown hair. He sat in an all black suit, his hands placed on the desk before him.
“I know a lot of you don’t quite know who I am, so before we get to business, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Alexander Underwood, I’m the owner and lead agent of The Underwood Agency. I’ve recently signed your United Kingdom Wrestling Federation Champion, Skylynn Reed, to my agency. “
He sat up and straightened his tie while clearing his throat.
Alexander Underwood “She’s given me permission to speak for her and leave her fans, management, partner, and opponent a message. A few, actually.
First thing’s first. She wants everyone to know that despite the occasional bout of dizziness, she’s feeling fine. She’ll be one hundred percent by the time she gears up for her upcoming match. She’s ready to come in with that same drive and passion that has carried her this far.
However, and this is no slight to Miss Areano, but Skylynn would much rather do this on her own. Having a partner in her corner is seen as a liability, not an asset. She disagrees with management on the decision to make this a handicap match, as she feels it devalues both her own skillset and the title, as well as her partner.
She firmly believes that either her or Miss Areano can defeat Mr. Everett, in a one on one fair contest. As it stands now, her interest isn’t peaked, and she feels as if her abilities will not be tested.”
Alexander glanced down at his buzzing phone as a smirk appeared on his face.
Alexander Underwood “While she will show up for her match, and compete alongside Miss Areano, she does so only out of loyalty to her fans and to honor her contract. Come the following show, she hopes to get back to the business which she has deemed important; defending her championship to the best of her ability against the best competition that is being offered. Thank you for your time.”
He leaned forward and lifted his phone from the desk, his fingers rapidly gliding across the screen before bringing the device to his ear. He waited as the video faded out.

Camera pans to Ursula Areano, who is sitting in on a bench which seems to be in a local gym. As the camera gets a little closer we can the sweat dripping from her brow. After a few moments Ursula raises her head and the first thing you notice is the intense look in her eyes. She been to smile a little before getting up from the bench and heads towards the nearest punching bag.
“At this very moment there is some much on my mind, some of you might not understand. As we recall last show I was so close to picking up the win. But through that amazing match something happened. Which led to these current events. Last show ended in a disappointment, not just for me but the fans as well when Sterling attacked Skylynn and myself in the main event. Just to get everyone’s attention, well you got it.”
Ursula begins to blast the bag with a fury of punches, showing that amateur boxing background she developed growing up. Each punch being stronger than the last and nothing but focus in her form.
“Clearly as this match stands we have the advantage when it comes to numbers. But I agree with Reed that it seems pretty overkill. Even in a one-on-one match Reed or I will enough to get payback Sterling. So when it comes to this match even if it is more of us. I will go out there and complete like any other match. Which is putting on a show, that is what the fans live for when they see Ursula Areano in a match.”
Ursula smiles a little more, wiping the sweat from her face.
“Sterling you will know when it comes to facing Ursula Areano that you will have to bring a fight to the ring and now that Reed is joining as well. You better be on you’re A game. Because trust and believe I will do everything in my power and make it known you are not given opportunities, you have to earn them!”
After some reckoning finishing blows to the bag, Ursula is seen walk out of the camera view as the scene fades. Until we hear some final words…..
“Count On That!”
