Hey guys,
After discussing the issue between ourselves, staff has decided to implement new segment deadlines. This is to prevent us (myself and Shawn) from scrambling around at the last minute trying to patch up holes left by dropped matches, or trying to fit in last-second segments. Having everything we need in advance helps us organise things in advance, so that all we have to worry about are our own matches, segments, or what-have-you.
As such, starting from JUNE 2017, the match and deadline submission deadlines will be:
FOR MATCHES: 23.59PM PST on the MONDAY before the show. For reference, that is 02.59AM on Tuesday for EST and Canadian timezones, 07.59AM on Tueday morning for the UK timezone and 16.59PM on Tuesday afternoon for Australia.
FOR SEGMENTS: 23.59PM PST on the day of the show (TUESDAY). For reference, that is 02.59AM on Wednesday for EST and Canadian timezones, 07.59AM on Wednesday morning for the UK timezone and 16.59PM on Wednesday afternoon for Australia.
Anything we get after this deadline will be posted as a news item or on the CD boards, UNLESS THE PERSON HAS WARNED US IN ADVANCE and given a good justification.
