I Want It All!
And I Want It Now!
BANG!
The sound of a gunshot cuts off Queen's "I Want It All" for a second before the bombastic opening guitar kicks in. From the back, Alyssa is first out through the curtain. There's a tiny mix of cheering and booing for her, but it goes straight to boos when a moment later Kincaid emerges from the back. He stops at the top of the ramp, bouncing on his toes a bit to warm himself up. He scowls at the crowd and spreads his arms wide, looking frustrated at the disgust of the audience as the announcer begins to call him to the ring.
Katherine Kensington: On his way to the ring, weighing in at 250ilbs...accompanied by Alyssa, from Bearing, Alberta he is the UKWF North Sea Champion...Kiiiiincaaaaid!
By now, he's strutting his way down the ramp while his manager walks a few steps behind him holding the belt high in the air. Kincaid does a lap of the ring, jawing with a few particularly mouthy fans as she climbs to the apron and sits on the middle rope for him. He reaches the steps and walks up them, stopping on the ramp to exchange a few words of strategy with Alyssa. He takes a step through the ropes and crosses the ring, climbing up to the second. He pats the face of his title belt and yells some abuse out at the crowd before he hops down to the floor. He takes his place at the middle of the ring and spreads his arms, demanding Alyssa remove the belt from him. She walks over and pulls off his title, before handing it to him to hold it high in the air. He hands it off to the referee before he heads to the corner to warm up for the bell.
Personality: Kincaid has nicknamed himself “The Bullet King” because he believes he's a shot of truth in an industry that deludes itself constantly. He calls himself the only honest man in UKWF, and he constantly calls out what he sees as morale failings in his fellow wrestlers. This constant frustration with the industry he loves has turned him a bit mad, and he relishes his role as one of UKWF's most hated villains. After all, if the fans and other wrestlers mistreat him so bad why shouldn't he be just as wicked in return?
Alignment: Heel
Allies (if any):
None
Rivals (if any):
Cross Recoba: His first real rivalry in UKWF with with fellow new arrival Cross Recoba. The two men fought a brutal little rivalry near the end of 2016, culminating in a show stealing match at Challenge of Champions, Night 2. The rivalry has ended for now, and despite being both being on the heel side of things there's still a STRONG dislike between the two men.
Valkyrie: It was Kincaid's shocking betrayal of Valkyrie that led to his transformation into The Bullet King. After winning the North Sea Championship due to interference from his wife, he swore for weeks that he had no idea she would involve herself in the match. He swore to his former ally that he would defend the belt against her honestly. And then, shockingly, he revealed his true intentions at the UKWF anniversary show. The two locked horns in early 2017 in a vicious rivalry with Kincaid constantly just escaping by the skin of his teeth. He refuses to admit it, but he's to this day scared to death of The Great Dane Bitch.
Strengths (2 or more):
Mile Wide Mean Streak: Kincaid has always had a vicious streak. As long as he can remember, he struggled with a dark side that he tried to smash down as much as he could. The fact that he came up under Steve Llewellyn - a vicious Welsh technician in the style of a William Regal/Finlay - only encouraged his ability to hurt people. He's the guy who digs an elbow into your throat when he pins you, the guy who bends your fingers back in an armbar, or the guy who flat out enjoys biting an opponent when he's got them tied up in knots.
Focused Attack: After a grueling 2016 and early 2017, Kincaid found himself in absolute battles with some of the most powerful fighters in UKWF. What he finally began to understand is that he wouldn't be able to stand toe to toe and strike with them. So, in spring 2017 he began to change up his style. He's begun to focus his attack on his opponents knees, battering them with his brutal technical stylings to set up his devastating Straight Shooter half crab and slow them down enough to open them up for the Finishing Touch. His opponents can feel like they're drowning, as they lose their offensive options while his expand.
Weaknesses (2 or more):
Knee Injuries: Kincaids Achilles Heel has always been his left knee. Years and years of wear and tear have made it a common point of attack by other wrestlers. Efforts to change up his offensive style have done a bit to fight it, but it's sort of inherent in wrestling. His biggest moves – his DDT and half crab – require a strong base on his knee. If he can't balance his weight, he can't hit them. And his biggest move, his frog splash, is an all or nothing attack. Either he wins, or the damage to his knees make it nearly impossible for him to get the advantage back.
Bare Bones Basics: So, if you look up and down the UKWF roster you'll notice some pretty unorthodox competitors. Perhaps the most interesting part of the roster is the sheer creativity a lot of the wrestlers exhibit. But Kincaid? He's a back to basics brawler with some technical flair. His flashiest move is what? A splash? A DDT? Now, granted, people use the fundamentals because they work but it means it doesn't take too much to counter his big moves. Most wrestlers know how these moves start, so Kincaid really has to disable them to open up his big shots.
Preferred Match Type(s): Submission
Least Favourite Match Type(s): Ladder Matches. He won the North Sea Title in one and it took years off his career.
Wrestling Style: Mostly a big, mean brawler with some surprising technical chops. Surpisingly agile when pushed though.
Finisher(s) (max. 2 + desperation/big match finisher):
The Finishing Touch: Lifting DDT
The Finishing Touch: Lifting DDT
Straight Shooter: Half Boston Crab. Often off a flying bodyscissor.
From On High!: Frog Splash/Frog Splash Style Crossbody. Rare finisher as it absolutely wrecks his knees
Signature Moves (at least 1):
Llewellyn Lifter: European Uppercut Variants. The signature move of his trainer. See below for list.
Llewellyn Lifter: Regular old uppercut
Corkscrew Llewellyn Lifter: Running, leaping corkscrew uppercut to seated opponent
Springboard Llewellyn Lifter: Springboard, corkscrew uppercut off the ropes
Inverted Llewellyn Lifter: Uppercut to the back of the head
Rolling Llewellyn Lifter: Spins in a circle, and clocks an opponent with a big uppercut.
The Big Fat Kill: Superkick to Kneeling Opponent
Sliding Kneebreaker: No fancy name for this one, but it's his biggest setup move for his Straight Shooter or Finishing Touch. He grabs his opponents leg and holds it in front of him, then raises it high before suddenly sliding forward to slam his opponent knee and facefirst into the canvas.

Biography (extended background on your character): Alex Kincaid was born in the just subartic mining town of Bearing, Alberta. It was a rough place to grow up, a blue collar mining town. His father, Dorian, ran the town's biggest mining operation. He was a profit driven man who made most of the towns workers grossly unsafe. Needless to say, that didn't make Alex popular. He grew up fighting for respect every day. His father had no time for him, and he had no friends in the town. He was caught in the middle of two worlds and pretty much resigned himself to living a brutal, conflict filled life.
Somewhere in his teenage years he made the long trek down to Calgary to watch his first wrestling show. It was there he watched British import Steve Lewellyn and his three sons compete and instantly fell in love with wrestling. It was all he wanted, all he could think about, and the first chance he got he left Bearing to head down and train with the Lewellyn family. He would spend the next few years wrestling all over Canada and the Northeast US establishing himself as a premiere technical wrestler. But he never achieved the success he thought he should have achieved. He got bitter, he got angry, and he spent years trying to break down the wrestling business with his loyal Following - including a young wrestler who would become his future wife, Alyssa.
He made his return to UKWF in late 2016, getting a chance to establish himself in the UK scene he's always admired. His first rivalry was with Cross Recoba. Two new, hungry talents fighting as hard as they could to make waves. They eventually clashed in a show stealing match in the last shows of 2016. A few weeks later, Kincaid was rewarded with an opportunity to become the first ever North Sea Champion. He triumphed over three other wrestlers in an absolute war to become the first ever champion - with a little help from his wife.
After claiming for weeks he didn’t know she would involve herself in the match, he revealed his true colors with a shocking assault on Valkyrie. The next show, he rechristened himself “The Bullet King” and vowed that he would become the franchise player of UKWF. He’s got a chip on his shoulder in 2017, looking to become the man in a very crowded field.
