Only one day after they were last heard, the familiar sounds of The Rezillos' cover of 'Somebody's Gonna Get Their Heads Kicked In Tonight' once again invades the home speakers of UKWF faithful. A moment later, the montage of company superstars performing some of their best moves begins, culminating, as ever, in the event's title card:
UKWF CHALLENGE OF CHAMPIONS NIGHT TWO
From there, the feed cuts to the inside of the Electric Ballroom, which is just as jam packed as it was for Night One. As per usual, the camera pans the front rows, stopping here and there to focus in on some of the most imaginative fan-made signs:
IRISH DOESN'T QUIT I DID LOWRI'S FACE PAINT DON'T CROSS RECOBA
Also as per usual, the trek ends at the announce table, where Barry Jones and Kerry Buckingham wait to greet home viewers, as ever.
Barry Jones: 'Ello, folks, an' welcome ter night two of Challenge o' Champions! In case yer missed it last nigh', we 'ad a corker of an evenin', an' we crowned new Tag Team Champions! You woz well chuffed, wasn't you, Kerry?
Kerry Buckingham: Well, naturally, darling. Not only did Gaia lose, but the belts are in good hands! Win-win!
Baz: Yer...well, we ent done yet! Ternigh', we find out 'oo gets ter be UKWF World Champi'n!
Kerry: Yes. The match where Stella will get rid of two nuisances at once.
Baz frowns:
Baz: How d'yer reckon?
Kerry: Well...they are likely to kill one another, and that will put them both out of Stella's hair, won't it?
Barry struggles with this concept for a few moments, but eventually gives up, instead turning to the camera once more.
Baz: T'nigh' we also find out 'oo gets ter challenge f'r the Tag Titles next...
Kerry: Again, ugh...
Baz: ...see that lad Kincaid go at it with tha' other lad...
Kerry: ...WOO! Go, Cross!!
Baz: ...an' ave a tag team match between Ace Watson an' that gel Bianca and...
Kerry: ...two people who do not matter. Moving on!
Baz: No, no' movin' on...! Tha's' next, innit?!
Kerry looks poised to reply, but before she can, a familiar song begins to play across the Ballroom's PA system, indicating an unscheduled appearance from a controversial wrestler!

The opening theme to ‘Match of the Day’ brings a surprisingly mixed reaction from the crowd, showing its associated wrestler has earned some goodwill for his efforts in the Holiday Invitational. Even still, the boos far outweigh the positive reaction as Gav the Chav and Shazza Jade make their way to ringside. The South Londoner is already carrying a microphone as he begins to make his way down the ramp, showing he has no intention of keeping quiet or playing nice on the course of this two-show weekend. Kerry: Oh, lovely. Just what I needed...a migraine. Once he and his girlfriend slip into the ring, he immediately makes it even clearer than before, as he wastes no time addressing the audience: Gav the Chav: If you thought you woz gettin’ rid o’ me yesterday…tough shit! I’s got some more shit to let out, an’ I ent leavin’ till I done it! This once again causes a reaction from the audience, but Gav speaks right over it: Gav: First of all…Arcane… The crowd hold their breath expectantly, anticipating Gav’s destruction at the hands of Arcane, but the Chav counters their expectations with his next few words: Gav: …fair do’s, bruv. Tha’ woz a good bit o’ fisticuffs yesterday, an’ you showed you woz proper ‘ard. I’ll allow it. Mad props, fam. Ter be ‘onest, dunno why you’s workin’ f’r that fuckin’ posh cow. ‘Ard man like you don’t need to be doin’ that rubbish. That is as nice as the Chav’s speech gets, however, as a moment later he is once again wearing a frown, his tone hardening as he continues: Gav: ‘E ain’t the only ‘ard man in ‘ere, tho’. ‘Cos guess what, you cunts?! Yesterday weren’t ‘nuff f’r me. The G-Man wants another fight. I dun’ care if I goes down again. All I cares about is knockin’ some arsehole’s teeth in. Tha’ Mad Dog bloke yesterday wer'n't man enough ter finish wo’ ‘e started, bu’ I’s sure one o’ you cunts back there ‘as th' bollocks ter come out an' face me. I mean, you got fuck all ter lose, right?! Gav turns towards the curtain. Gav: So...who's go' th' bollocks?! Who's man enuff?! After a few seconds, in which the Electric Ballroom simmers in anticipation, the Chav's question is answered by the appearance of none other than UKWF co-owner, James Kensington! Baz: Cor! It's th' gaffer! Kerry: Ugh... Despite his employee's defiance, the older man seems in particularly high spirits as he addresses Gav in the ring: James Kensington: Gavin...good evening. Gav does not reply to this, merely glowering daggers at James. The owner's mood, however, remains chipper as he continues: James: First of all, congratulations for standing up for yourself and asserting your ambitions. I appreciate such spirit in a young man. Shazza Jade's jaw drops as her boyfriend gets complimented, and even Gav is clearly trying very hard not to grin – a goal which fails miserably as James gives him a polite golf clap. Seeing the permanent underdog smile, the owner's own grin widens, his tone jovial as he continues: James: Good – I am glad I managed to cheer you up. I intend to do so even further. For you see...I, for one, heard your request. A request I intend to grant. Gav smiles even more broadly, his expression becoming more confident as he nods his head in approval. James's smile, on the other hand, remains firmly in place as he continues: James: Yes, Gavin – I heard you state you wanted a fight, any fight...and I have decided to give you one. More confident nodding from Gav, causing James to grin once again. James: You see, as it happens, I was making my way out here in order to introduce the latest signing to the UKWF roster. A signing who just so happens to have brought some gear along to the Ballroom this evening. So when I heard you challenge, I thought...what better way to introduce this person to the UKWF universe than by giving them a fight, right here this evening?! The crowd gives this decision a huge cheer, but promptly quietens down again as James continues: James: Now, Gavin...I must warn you. This may not be exactly what you had hoped for. You see...the person I had in mind cannot be man enough, and does not indeed have the parts you require from an opponent. However, I do believe you shall find her more than worthwhile as a match. Gav frowns, confused, then blinks in surprise as James mentions the newcomer's gender. The owner, however, barely gives the surprise time to sink in before adding: James: Gavin...ladies...gentlemen...please welcome...the final holder of the GPW World Championship and of the VoW Xcel Championship...a two-time VoW Xcel Champion...and UKWF's latest signing... Kerry: ...wait a moment... James: ….Miss CONSTANCE CHAPIN! AIN'T YOU GETTING BORED WITH THESE FAKE-ASS BROADS? [/i][/b] The Electric Ballroom becomes unglued as James Kensington's latest big signing makes her entrance, tapping her feet to the music, but otherwise acting and looking quite apathetic. By her side, partner and manager Emily Darcy soaks up all of the attention her wife is neglecting, and lets her pride for Constance show via a huge grin. As the two enter the ring, Gav is still stunned, but attempting to act dismissive, posturing and gesturing in a way meant to diminish his soon-to-be opponent. The fans voice their displeasure about this, but Constance remains all business, merely slipping on her trademark black gloves before stepping in the ring for her UKWF debut! [/div]

Constance Chapin v Gav the Chav
Constance visibly has no time for Gav’s posturing as she enters the ring, and graces it with one of her trademark eye-rolls before dropping into position for a lock-up. She calls out to Gav, who stares at her for a moment, incredulous, then lets out a high pitched laugh. His next few words are not audible, but – judging by the way Constance’s brow furrows – they are almost certainly of a derisive nature.
Still, the Mancunian once again calls for the lock-up, and this time, the Chav chooses to accept it. He steps forward, locks up with Constance…
…and is immediately put on the back foot, as his opponent slips behind for a German suplex!
As both athletes roll through to their feet, Gav is no longer laughing, and instead rushes at Constance. The Mancunian is, however, able to easily sidestep, dropping the local wrestler with a hip toss! Gav goes down yet again, but not for long, as Constance promptly brings him back up, looking for the Constance Clutch.
Before she can apply it, however, Gav twists free and shoots an elbow to the newcomer’s face, rocking her. Having bought himself a few seconds, the South Londoner wastes no time scrambling to his feet and lunging at Constance with a series of quick punches!
These, surprisingly, do manage to connect, and this predictably empowers the Chav. A smirk appears on his face as he calls for the superkick he used in the Invitational, and widens as he gets a small cheer for it. His confidence soaring high, he starts towards Constance…
…and finds himself caught in her trademark belly-to-belly suplex! On the outside, Emily Darcy calls for a cover, but Constance shakes her head, instead shifting herself onto her back and propping herself up on her hands. She then begins to intertwine her legs with her opponent’s, who is just too slow on the uptake to avoid it; despite his best efforts to wriggle free and make a dash for the ropes, the hometown lad is unable to prevent the reverse figure-four hold known as the Constance Sorrow from being locked in, and almost instantly taps out, giving Constance the predictable debut victory. Once again, things do not end well for hapless Gavin Tompkins!
WINNER by submission in 02:57: Constance Chapin

The following matchup is preceded of a video package detailing the final few moments of the match between Alyssa Drew and Bianca. The 'Queen B' is ahown being prevented from winning by an accidental distraction from her boyfriend, and taking it out on her opponent post-match, only for Ursula Areano to make the save for Alyssa. It is with the two glaring at their retreating opponents that the package ends, the feed cutting back to ringside a moment later, for the match in question!
Ace Watson & Bianca Davis v Alyssa Drew & Ursula Areano
Outside the ring, the two teams decide who will begin their match; Alyssa, the confident rookie with perhaps the beginnings of a chip on her shoulder, volunteers herself straight away to the veteran Ursula, who concedes with a fist bump and a wish good luck. Ace, on the other hand, takes Bianca into a deep, passionate kiss, sweeping down low (so low that Bianca needs to grab the nearest rope to keep her balance) and exaggeratedly long. The Queen B, however, does not give him the ‘go get ‘em, tiger’ reaction that he was looking for. He enters the ring in silence, focused fully on the cocky upstart in his way.
The bell rings, and Ace and Alyssa immediately take each other up into aggressive holds, at an impressively quick pace; for every head, wrist and waist lock Ace can tie Alyssa into, the smaller girl squeezes out, showcasing her own impressive technical expertise. Ace traps Alyssa in a front facelock; he lifts her for a Suplex, but she breaks free, catching him in a side headlock. Ace launches a hard elbow into her stomach, and looks to turn her around for a harder-hitting maneuver—but Alyssa slides beneath his legs, and snatches up his arm in a hammerlock!
Ace, tiring of this mat-based grappling, reaches out and grabs the ropes. The referee calls for Alyssa to break the hold, which she complies cooperatively—and get a boot to the head for her troubles.
Ace wastes no time in taking advantage of his stunned opponent, sweeping her leg and covering for a quick pin. Alyssa gets her shoulder up at one without much ado, and the match continues, tensions running high.
Rising quickly to her feet, Alyssa attempts to grapple with Ace once again, hooking her arm overhead for another headlock, but Ace has had enough, and whips her overhead with a takeover of his own. Though she stumbles with less grace that she would have liked, Alyssa lands on her feet, rebounding off the ropes for a Clothesline! Ace ducks her, watching her bound off the ropes again, only to leap in the air for a Dropkick – which Alyssa ducks in return, stopping short as Ace whiffs the kick and lands flat on the mat. The ring veteran looks quick to recover, but before he can get to his feet, Alyssa attempts a quick cover of her own!
One!
Ace kicks out with authority, rising up with a fistful of Alyssa’s hair (much to the chastisement of the referee, who Ace directs where he can put his officiating), snapping her into a front facelock, and spiking her hard with a crisp DDT!
Ace, rather than try for another cover, looks to the crowd – and more importantly, Bianca – for their reaction, strutting his in-ring stuff. He takes to the corner… but not Bianca’s. He waves the prone, recovering Alyssa off dismissively; the Final Zero Gravity Champion demands better competition. Alyssa, crawling to her corner, tags in a locked and loaded Ursula, to the elation of the crowd. Leaping over the ropes, Ursula beckons Ace to keep fighting – Champion versus Champion, in one way or another.
Ace rolls his eyes, leaning back in his corner—and gets caught by a pair of knees from Areano! The Argentina Train has arrived, and Ursula’s looking to wrap this up early! She covers!
One!
…
Two—kick out from Ace! The match continues!
Ursula is quick to lift Ace up to his feet, working toward the corner again, launching a flurry of fast-paced strikes and chops as the crowd gets behind the Argentinean luchadora. But, Ace is more than resilient enough to take such a beating, and brings it back to Ursula twice as hard. Chop after chop, forearm after forearm, it’s clear that Ace has regained the upper hand, taking Ursula by the head and cracking her in the face with a furious flurry of kicks! He then Irish Whips her into Bianca’s corner, who traps Ursula’s arms while Ace continues kicking her about the face and torso. Before the ref can do much in the way of protest, Ace tags Bianca in, who continues the work her boyfriend started, with him keeping her arms tied away. It takes a four count to separate the two, Bianca cattily taunting both the referee and Ursula, who slumps down in the corner, knocked for a loop.
Ursula hardly gets the chance to recover when Bianca returns, pinning her neck against the turnbuckle with her boot and pressing down hard, using the ropes for leverage to continue to deprive her of oxygen. The ref pulls them apart, scolding Bianca once more. The self-proclaimed Queen of UKWF does not take this lightly, and continues to argue with the referee’s judgment… leaving Ursula open to recover, and catch Bianca off guard with a Jumping Neckbreaker! Rather than go for the cover, the veteran staggers back to the rookie, tagging Alyssa back in.
With a head full of steam, Alyssa rushes for the recovering Bianca, kicking her upside the head as she sits up. She drags her to her feet and Body Slams her back down to the mat! Rather than let go or go for the cover herself, Alyssa takes Bianca’s trapped arm and scissors her legs around it, locking in a nasty Armbar!
Bianca flails and resists the young technician’s submission, but the pain is severe… it looks like she might just tap—
—only for Ace to break the hold with a stomp to Alyssa’s head, catching her off guard and freeing his lady love! The referee demands Ace return to his corner, which he does after some bickering, and turns around – just as Bianca’s rolled Alyssa up!
One!
…
Two!
… no! Alyssa kicks out!
… and rolls up Bianca!
One!
…
Two!
…
Bianca kicks out!
Insulted and infuriated, Bianca is quick to rain down a series of strikes on the young Alyssa, who attempts to guard her face and head as the blows come crashing down.
When the opportunity arises, Alyssa smartly, catches Bianca’s arm again, this time hooking her legs up and scissoring Bianca’s head! Another Armbar! Bianca struggles even harder, but realizes her leverage – she leans herself forward, covering Alyssa’s shoulders on the mat!
One!
…
Two!
…
Alyssa is forced to break the hold!
Clutching her tortured arm, Bianca turns back to her corner, where Ace holds his outstretched hand for a tag. Alyssa, whipping around, sees Ursula ready for the same. The two tag in their partners in synch, and the two recovered, experienced grapplers clash again!
Ursula makes the first move, quickly jumping toward Ace to leap onto his shoulders for a Headscissors takedown—but Ace catches her, shoving her off! Ursula lands on her knees, looking to rebound again—ZG Kick! ZG Kick by Ace!
The stiff bicycle kick floors Ursula, and Ace looks to reassert his dominance once more, covering without a moment to waste!
One!
…
Two!
…
Three?
No! Ursula’s hand clutches the ropes! The pinfall is uncounted! Ace rises to his feet, frustration bubbling over, as he stomps on Ursula again and again. He drags her to her feet, Where Bianca looks to tag in to finish the Argentinean off.
Ace, however, shakes his head, and moves away from the corner, holding Ursula in place with an inverted facelock… he’s calling for it! He’s calling for the Anglian Driver!
Ace takes Ursula’s arm, and spins her over for the Cutter—but Ursula holds on, whipping Ace overhead with an Arm Drag!
Ursula dives for her tag partner’s corner—but Ace catches her leg, trying to drag her back into the ring! Ursula struggles, and struggles, launching kick after kick into Ace’s face… and he let’s go! Ursula tags in Alyssa!
Alyssa leaps over the ropes, but Ace is ready, looking to knock her down before she even finds her feet—but Alyssa’s too quick! She hooks Ace’s arms behind him and throws him overhead, bridging for the Tiger Suplex!
One!
…
Two!
…
Three!
WINNERS in 16:43: Alyssa Drew and Ursula Areano
After the bell, realising he has cost his girlfriend yet another match, a horrified Ace Watson seeks to apologise, but to no avail; Bianca gives him a very pointed cold shoulder as she makes her way backstage. As a downcast Ace follows dejectedly a few steps behind, it would appear there is trouble in paradise for UKWF's Power Couple...

The next match is preceded by yet another video package, detailing the rapidly developing rivalry between Kincaid and Cross Recoba. Snippets from both the two wrestlers' debut triple threat and their subsequent tag match alongside Valkyrie and Ace Watson are shown, overlaid with quotes from each man, directed at the other. Cross is also shown making Kincaid's wife tap, as well as doing it to the wrestler himself. Overall, the mood is perfectly set for the final, decisive bout between the two! Cross Recoba v Kincaid
The bell rings inside The Electric Ballroom and the audience rises to its feet, excited to see the long awaited confrontation between two of the companies newest stars. Kincaid and Cross stare each other down, exchanging a few words and crossing the ring to get right into each others faces. It's Cross who goes to take the advantage, snapping a wicked knife edge chop across the chest of his opponent. Kincaid winces, but returns fire with a big forearm shot. Things devolve quickly from there, with both men trading heavy shots and neither being able to take the advantage. Ever the tactician, Cross goes to snap a kick to the front of Kincaids knee but Kincaid spins off to the side before he can take advantage. As he moves, he hooks under his opponents arm and sends him spinning head over heels to the canvas with an arm drag!
Cross tries to slow the momentum, planting his hands underneath him and crawling backward out of the ring under the bottom rope. Kincaid is up in a moment, bouncing off the opposite ropes and charging back toward his opponent as though he's going for a dive. He stops at the last moment though, dropping to one knee and staring through the ropes at Recoba. The two men are face to face again, with Cross on the floor, and Kincaid smirks wickedly in his opponents face. Recoba doesn't let the head games get to him though, walking around the ring and collecting himself. The referee starts a count bringing the two men to a sort of reset early in the match.
The count is nearly at a six before Cross rolls back into the ring. Kincaid gives him the chance to get inside, but he's on him the second he gets to his feet. Clearly, Recoba expected he catches a charging Kincaid coming toward him with a big slap in the face. Kincaid stumbles back, more shocked than hurt, but Recoba gets up and immediately throws a brutal stomp to the back of the knee that buckles Kincaid to a knee. He lets Kincaid crawl away, using the ropes to get to his feet, before he grabs a hold of his leg and whips it around in a brutal reverse dragon screw! Kincaid cries out in pain, holding his knee. Recoba snaps a kick to his back, more insult than injury, and slowly stalks a circle around Kincaid. The audience boos and Recoba walks over to the ropes, grinning at the audience's outrage before heading back over to Kincaid. Kincaid throws out a kick to make some space, but there's not much behind it and an irritated Cross pie faces him back into the corner. He pushes his knee into Kincaid's throat, using every second of the referees five count before walking out of the corner again.
When he walks out of the corner, he throws up two fingers to the crowd in a uniquely english bit of sign language. The knee goes into Kincaid's throat again, with Cross holding onto the top rope so pull himself into the corner and really put it in. When he releases the choke, Kincaid sputters and holds his throat. Cross pulls him away from the ropes by his hair, yanking him under the middle rope and holding him in a modified surfboard. He keeps the stretch in for a few moments, until Kincaid pulls his head under the ropes in an attempt to counter. But just before he can, Cross uses his hair to snap his head into the mat. He drops, shoving a forearm in Kincaid's face and making the first cover of the match!
ONE!
Kincaid gets his shoulder off the mat quickly, and Cross doesn't seem too put off by his opponents quick kickout. He takes a moment to plan out his next move, and Kincaid slowly climbs up to his feet. Cross moves in and a quick knee to the gut from the bigger man makes him take a step back, but Cross reestablishes his advantage with a clubbing blow of his own over Kincaids back. He whips him across the ring, and when he comes jogging back across the ring he dives down and nails him with a chop block. Kincaid hits the mat hard again, clutching his knee and gritting his teeth. He fights his way back to his feet again, and Cross comes across the ring at him. Kincaid throws a kick to his opponents stomach, but Cross clearly anticipated that would be his response and he catches his leg. He runs forward, using a sort of leg mare to slam Kincaid to the canvas. When he goes after it again, Kincaid frantically rolls away to the ropes and wraps his arms around it to buy himself some space.
Cross walks back across the ring and Kincaid suddenly throws an uppercut that snaps the other man's head back. Cross, clearly irritated, pulls him up and bullies him back into the corner. He chops him across the chest again, before pulling Kincaid across the ring and hurling him into the other corner with an irish whip. This time though, Kincaid is ready. He plants his hands on the top rope as Cross comes charging in and snaps around with a superkick! It lands more on the chest than the head, but it's enough to send Cross tumbling head over heels. When he gets back to his feet Kincaid steps in, throwing a big chop of his own. He grabs Cross, hooking him up for a suplex and whipping him to the canvas with a snap suplex! Kincaid shakes some pain out of his leg, getting up to his feet and testing it with a few gingerly steps around the ring. Once he has some feeling in it, he walks over to Recoba and throws a big stomp directly on his face! Recoba rolls onto his stomach, instinctively avoiding a pin, and Kincaid is all too eager to pull him back up to his feet. The crafty Recoba proves to be far more agile than Kincaid anticipated and when he moves in for the attack he explodes into the air with a brutal enzuiguri! Kincaid is left stumbling, and Recoba quickly dragon screws him to the canvas again!
The audience boos Cross instantly cutting off Kincaid's momentum, and this time Cross is too focused on his opponent to even play into it. He grabs his opponents leg, snapping it down and leaving Kincaid trying to shake some feeling back into it again. It's the same story as a moment ago, with Cross taking a moment to plan his next bit of offense and Kincaid using that time to pull himself back up. When Cross comes in, Kincaid snaps a brutal right hand into his face. Cross is dazed on his feet, seemingly trying to shake the cobwebs out but when his opponent closes the distance Cross quickly gives him a thumb to the eye. Kincaid holds a hand over his face, and that's all Cross needs to once again grab a hold of one of his legs. Cross stares Kincaid dead in the eye, running his mouth to him as he ever so slowly pulls it up into the air. Then, he suddenly slides underneath Kincaid to his back. The momentum carries Kincaid forward and slams both his knee and face off the mat! Recoba gets up, with Kincaid rolling toward the ropes again to try and repeat the only tactic that's brought him any success in the match. Recoba is as intelligent as ever, stomping on Kincaid's hand before he can grab the ropes and pulling him to his feet. He pulls back, whipping Kincaid across the ring again. This time though, Kincaid turns his hips and reverses the momentum! When Cross comes back he BLASTS him in the face with an absolutely brutal dropkick! Kincaid scrambles for a cover!
ONE!
TWO!
It might be the first two count, but it's barely a two count as Cross gets his shoulder up a millisecond after the refs hand comes down. Cross is up first this time, which works to Kincaids advantage as when he stands he can shove his opponent back to the corner. Kincaid drives his broad shoulder into the smaller man's midsection, leaving Cross wheezing in pain. Kincaid pulls himself back and throws another big shoulder in, planting on his throbbing knee every time. As expected though, Recoba continues taking advantage of the opening he's created and he stomps on Kincaids knee as he comes in to attack. Kincaid collapses to one knee and Recoba kicks him in the head. Kincaid goes to the ropes again, and when Recoba reaches in to grab him the referee separates the two men. He asks if Kincaid wants to quit but before the Canadian can give an answer Recoba grabs his hair and pulls him up to his feet.
Cross seems more frustrated by the moment that Kincaid refuses to stay down, slapping him across the face and commanding him to quit. Another chop to Cross' chest draws a huge chop in response from Recoba, as an ever weakening Kincaid can't seem to keep up much offense. Frustrated, Cross pulls Kincaid across the ring and hurls him through the ropes to the floor. Kincaid lands hard, and when he rolls up to his feet he's holding his knee again. His wife – who has stayed out of things so far – rushes across to the other side of the ring to check on him. Cross shakes his head at Alyssa, amused, and jaws with the fans a bit before pursuing Kincaid out to the floor. Kincaid tells his wife to get away as Cross closes in on him. You'd never know Cross was the smaller of the two men, as with his work on Kincaids knee so far the bigger man is barely able to stand and trade with him. Recoba chops him again and pulls him to his feet, turning and looking to the crowd barricade behind them.
He pulls Kincaid up by his foot, slapping him in the face and carrying him to the barricade. Kincaid struggles to escape his opponents grip but there's nothing he can do before Cross whips his leg into the metal barrier! Kincaid collapses to a seated position and Cross takes a walk a few feet back, gaining some distance. He then runs the full length of the ring and leaps into the air, smashing Kincaid in the face with a modified version of A Million Lira! Kincaid seems out as Cross inspects his handiwork, satisfied with what he's done. Alyssa has her hands over her mouth in horror, and Recoba walks toward her. She backs away in fear, with him pointing at her fallen husband and taunting her. Seeing her being threatened by his opponent, Kincaid forces himself up to his feet. He staggers, barely able to stand, but then his eyes widen and he bolts toward Recoba. He jumps, throwing himself off the ring steps and flying through the air. Recoba turns just in time to get smashed in the face with The Devil Trigger!
Both men lay there for a few seconds, seemingly downed, but it's Kincaid who somehow manages to get back to his feet. Once Alyssa has retreated to the other side of the ring, Alex rolls himself under the bottom rope back into the ring. Cross uses the crowd barricade to get back to his feet, dazed by the shot he's just taken, and turns back to the ring. Kincaid gets to his feet, stomping his foot on the ground to get feeling back in his knee and looking uncertainly out at the people. Finally, he gives a firm nod and runs across the ring. Whatever damage has been done to his leg seems to be overcome by sheer adrenaline as he flies over the top rope with a huge plancha to the floor! Both men are down! The crowd is on its feet in Camden! But it might all be for nothing as the referee begins to count!
ONE!
TWO!
Kincaid and Recoba both get to their stomachs!
THREE!
FOUR!
Both of them crawl to all fours, eyes locked on one another in fury!
FIVE!
SIX!
They hold onto the apron, forcing themselves up!
SEVEN!
Kincaid throws a big right hand to Recoba! Recoba returns with a big punch of his own!
EIGHT!
They trade shots again, seemingly forgetting about the count completely!
NINE!
Suddenly both men dive desperately into the ring! They narrowly avoid the count! The two of them get up, ready to continue fighting! Suddenly Kincaid goes low, rolling his opponent into a schoolboy!
ONE!
TWO!
Cross barely gets the shoulder up, absolutely astonished by just barely escaping the three count! The sudden burst of momentum seems to be all Kincaid had left though, as he's left lying on the mat motionless. Recoba pulls him to a seated position and takes a few step back. Then he suddenly bursts into motion, throwing a double dropkick to the base of Kincaid's head and leaving him laid out on the mat! Recoba stays on the mat for a moment, wiping a bead of sweat off his nose and grinning at his own handiwork.
He rolls to his knees and pulls Kincaid up again. He wraps his hand around Kincaid's throat, pointing at him and telling Kincaid he's about to finish him off. He pulls Kincaid's arm over his head and leans him back as far as he can. Then, suddenly, he darts his body forward and kicks the back of Kincaid's knee! Both men fly over into the Ranhei! Recoba keeps the legs cradled for a cover!
ONE!
TWO!
This time it's Kincaid who barely gets a shoulder off the canvas. Recoba seems stunned, rolling to his knees and holding two fingers up to the referee. The referee returns the gesture and Cross nods, hopping up to his feet. Kincaid tries to escape to the ropes but before he can Cross pulls him back into the middle of the ring. Cross yanks Kincaid's leg to the side and he drops an elbow on it! Kincaid cries out in pain and he does it again! Again! Again! A half dozen brutal elbows are dropped into Kincaid's knee before Recoba rolls back to his feet. He wraps Kincaid's leg back around his own in a spinning toe hold before he drops to his back and locks up a figure four leglock!
Kincaid yells in agony again, grabbing his own hair in a desperate effort to handle the pain. He reaches out wildly for the ropes, in too much pain to realize just how much distance is between him and the ropes behind him. Cross sits up, taunting Kincaid, but this may have the opposite effect he intended as it suddenly snaps Kincaid back into reality. He reaches to his right and gets a hand on the bottom rope. The referee demands Cross release the hold and Recoba does, but not before giving Kincaid a quick boot with the flat of his foot. Kincaid suddenly snaps forward, furious, and gets up to his feet. He grabs a handful of Cross' face and shoves him back into the ropes. When he comes back at him Recoba twists around and grabs him in an inverted facelock. He jumps, looking to finish Kincaid off with The Sicilian Typewriter! Kincaid braces himself though, and Cross lands on his feet. Kincaid twists around and hits his opponent with a big european uppercut!
Kincaid ducks, yanking Cross' leg out from under him! He pulls him over in an attempt at the Straight Shooter! Cross fights, waving his arm and trying to turn back in the other direction! It's a titanic struggle, but finally Kincaid manages to pull him over and lock in his signature submission hold! This time its Cross who is struggling for the ropes, eyes wide in pain. He fights for the ropes as hard as he can, with Kincaid dropping his weight as low as he can on one brutally worked over knee. Cross fights as hard as he can, but can't seem to make it. Cross holds up a hand, looking like he's about to tap! Kincaid nods desperately and yells at him to tap! But then, Cross suddenly posts up on his hand and violently twists his hips over! Kincaid's knee is unable to take the sudden change in momentum and he flips over to his back. Both men desperately scramble, struggling to take advantage of the opening, and when Cross comes in for the attack Kincaid yanks him into the air and plants him with a brutal powerbomb! Kincaid makes a cover!
ONE!
TWO!
THR-
NO! Cross Recoba has survived! Kincaid falls to the mat, hands over his face in absolute shock as he can't believe that surprise powerbomb wasn't enough to finish his opponent off. The camera cuts to the outside where Alyssa seems just as stunned as her husband. Kincaid rolls away, holding his knee again, and both men need a moment to recover. Kincaid gets up, slowly, and pulls Recoba up. He looks for an irish whip again, shaking the numbness out of his leg but when he decides he won't be able to get as much momentum as he needs he switches tactics. He pulls Cross' arm over his head in a sort of backdrop position and shoves his opponent forward by the small of his back to send him into the corner.
Kincaid charges in, but Cross suddenly throws a short superkick right into Kincaid's gut. He doubles over and Cross grabs his head to look for The Sicilian Typewriter again! He leaps, and for the second time in the match Kincaid goes to plant himself so that he doesn't get dropped. Cross is ready this time. The second he lands on his feet he keeps the momentum going, pulling Kincaid back over his head and bringing his jaw snapping into his shoulder with The Skim! Cross makes a cover!
ONE!
TWO!
KICKOUT BY KINCAID!
Kincaid flops over from the force of the kickout, under the ropes, and Cross buries his face in his hands in shock. Cross shakes his head, letting out an audible bit of profanity the camera just picks up, and yanks Kincaid to his feet. He pushes him into the corner and pushes him up to the top rope. Cross climbs up, hooking Kincaid for a superplex! He goes to stand up, but Kincaid throws some short punches to his ribs. Cross nearly stumbles off the ropes but then comes back and hits Kincaid with a sharp headbutt! This time it's Kincaid who nearly falls off the ropes to the floor. Ironically, the only thing that saves him is Cross grabbing him and again looking the superplex. Kincaid drops forward though, finding inches of space between the two men and slipping out from underneath Cross. He quickly slips through the ropes, and when Cross turns to face him he jumps up and nails him in the face with an uppercut again! Recoba nearly falls off the ropes, desperately clinging on, as Kincaid takes a few steps back. He darts forward and clocks Recoba in the side of the head with a brutal big boot! Recoba plummets to the mat!
Kincaid lays there, on the apron, trying to collect himself. Alyssa walks around beside him at the apron and yells some advice to get him back in the match. She claps her hands, then waves them out at the crowd. The audience roars mightily for Kincaid and he looks out at them, stunned, before his expression hardens. He pulls himself up by the ropes, looking into the ring at the fallen form of Cross Recoba. He limps his way back down the apron and pulls himself up the turnbuckle. It's agony on his aching knee. Every level of the three level climb is painful, but he brings himself to the top. He stands, taking a deep breath, and then leaps! Kincaid comes crashing down From On High! The devastating frog splash connects!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE?!
NO! Cross Recoba kicks out with all the desperation he can muster! Kincaid is left laying on the mat, stunned, as for the first time someone has kicked out of his frog splash. He sits up, staring dumbfounded at the referee, and then out of the ring at his manager. The question is obvious: What is it going to take for one of these men to win this match? The referee moves in, checking on both athletes conditions as Kincaid grits his teeth and forces himself up to his feet again. He walks to the corner, slower even than before, climbing the ropes again to look for From On High a second time!
His aching knee – and his slowed speed as a result – mean that Cross Recoba has time to get back to his feet. His back is turned on Kincaid in the corner as Kincaid climbs, but suddenly he twists around and runs into the corner to hit him with a shot to the face! He grabs a hold of Kincaid, hurling him off the ropes to the mat! He dives onto Kincaid for a cover!
ONE!
TWO!
NO! Once more Kincaid just barely gets a shoulder up! Cross simply collapses to the mat, absolutely stunned that he STILL hasn't been able to put his opponent away. Slowly though, he collects himself. He nods to himself, over and over, looking like he has finally come up with something that can finish Kincaid off. He rolls over and grabs Kincaid by the hair once again. It's tough to pull the Canadians near dead weight up, and about halfway to his feet he simply collapses from exhaustion. Cross doesn't stop though, again lifting him up. He shoves his head between his legs and hooks around his midsection. He picks Kincaid up in position for a piledriver! The audience sucks in a horrified breath as he attempts one of wrestlings most dangerous maneuvers, only to be even more worried when he goes to step his feet over and look for Garabaldi's Guillotine!
Kincaid desperately fights to escape the move, having tapped out to it weeks ago, and manages to stop Cross from locking it in fully by wrapping his arm around Recobas leg. He kicks his feet free, breaking Recoba's grip and landing on his knees. Recoba goes to lower his base and grab the grip again when suddenly Kincaid plants his feet and stands up, pulling Cross into position for the Red River Crossing out of nowhere! But before he can deliver the move, his leg gives out from under him! He collapses to the mat! Cross rolls to his feet and grabs Kincaid's legs, looking to pull him up in a boston crab but Kincaid crosses his legs together and rolls one one shoulder suddenly pulling Cross into a surprise cover!
ONE!
TWO!
Cross kicks out! He rolls backward into the corner, using the turnbuckles to get to his feet in a desperate attempt to get some distance but the second he's up Kincaid comes out of nowhere with a brutal dropkick to the face! Recoba collapses in the corner! Kincaid crawls up to his feet, using the ropes to help him in the opposite corner of the ring. His roars in anger, charging across the ring again and hitting another corner dropkick! The audience is on their feet as Kincaid rushes across the ring again. He yanks off his kneepad in a final show of defiance, hurling it out into the audience. Alex turns away from the crowd, pointing his fingers toward Cross as a mock pistol and pulling the trigger! He rushes across the ring! The biggest dropkick yet connects!
Kincaid pulls Cross out of the corner, pulling him up across his shoulders and looking for Red River Crossing again. It's all or nothing, with him limping out of the corner and pulling Cross to the middle of the ring! He plants him!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
And Kincaid wins the war of attrition!
WINNER IN 24:23: Kincaid

Ahead of the following match, the third of the night, viewers are once again treated to a video package, this time outlining the way the upcoming Number One Contendership tag team match came about. Oscar the Grouch and Valerie Holcomb - the Australian-American Connection - are seen demanding a shot at the tag titles, only to be interrupted by the Welsh rookie duo of Lowri Moss and Neal Durden. The ensuing argument between the two about who has the most right to contendership ends with the always outspoken Neal challenging the older wrestlers to a decisive match - a challenge Aus-Am promptly accepts, thus making the match about to begin! UKWF Tag Team Championships #1 Contenders' Match: Lowri Moss & Neal Durden v The Australian-American Connection
With both teams gathered in the ring, the referee calls for the bell to start this one off. Ladies first! Lowri Moss and Valerie Holcomb start this match off as they both begin circling in the middle of the ring. Both seem very energetic about the match particularly because of what’s at stake. Both women circle once more before they both lock up in the center of the ring as the crowd’s volume rises. Upon locking up, though, Lowri swiftly drops down and hits Valerie with a beautiful armdrag which sends Valerie across the ring.
Valerie quickly gets back up to a knee and looks at Lowri who challenges her to get back up. Valerie smiles and obliges as they both circle again and lock up once more. This time Valerie catches Lowri with an armdrag. Lowri rises with a smile on her face and nods as they lock up again in the center of the ring. Lowri pulls Valerie into a headlock, but Valerie quickly escapes with a reversal into a hammerlock. As Lowri looks for a way out, she grabs Valerie’s head and leaps up, see-sawing Valerie into a snapmare takedown, but Valerie, with her own amazing display of dexterity, flips through and lands on her feet. She immediately runs to the ropes and goes for a clothesline which Lowri ducks underneath. On the rebound, Valerie eats a hard spinning heel kick from Lowri!
Lowri immediately goes for the pinfall, but only gets a one-count. Not to be deterred by the short count, Lowri helps Valerie back to her feet and tosses her into her team’s corner, tagging in her partner, Neal Durden, in the process. Lowri dazes Valerie with a forearm shot as Durden enters. Lowri walks over to Durden who Irish whips her back at Valerie, allowing Lowri to catch Valerie with a high knee into the corner before tossing her back toward Neal who is waiting for her in the middle of the ring. She stumbles directly into a Belly-to-Belly Suplex with authority from Neal! Neal goes for the pinfall attempt.
1…
2..Kick out by Valerie!
Neal lifts her back up and stings her with a knife-edge chop across the chest before Irish whipping her to the ropes. Big mistake by Neal because he finds himself on the receiving end of a Jumpin’ Kangaroo! Being still relatively fresh, Neal gets back to his feet quickly enough to beat Valerie to her feet. He rushes at her, looking to put a halt to any momentum that she might have had going with his Running Arched Big Boot! NO! Valerie rolls under the attempt then pops back up and catches Neal with a single-leg dropkick, dropping him hard!
The crowd is into the action as Valerie crawls across the ring, trying to get to her partner. Meanwhile, Neal is slowly getting to his feet. He sees Valerie and goes after her to keep her in as the legal person. Unfortunately, she leaps and makes the hot tag to Oscar the Grouch! The crowd cheers as Oscar meets Neal with a Lariat, turning him inside out! Lowri attempts to come in to put a stop to Oscar’s roll. Unfortunately, she finds herself on the receiving end of a beautiful spinebuster! Lowri rolls out of the ring as Oscar turns back to Neal, tearing him from the mat and setting him up for a suplex. Oscar lifts Durden and stalls for a bit, showing his power off. As the blood rushes to Neal’s head, Oscar puts an arm out and calls for the crowd to get louder, and the volume goes up right as he lets the tower fall for the thunderous impact on the mat. Oscar floats over, seamlessly, into the pin attempt.

2…
KICKOUT by Neal Durden!
Not discouraged by two-count, Oscar locks in a front facelock on Durden to keep him down. Durden slaps the mat, trying to urge himself on. Meanwhile, Lowri, back on the apron, begins pounding the turnbuckle to urge the fans to help Neal to get back in this. Naturally, the crowd obliges their help!
Neal battles to his feet, but Oscar still has the front facelock in. That is until Durden breaks the grip, spins out, then hits a headscissors takedown, buying himself some time! Neal tries to crawl to his partner, but Oscar isn’t dazed enough to allow that to happen as he grips Durden’s ankle and drags him back to his own corner before dropping down into a leg lock, anchoring Neal in place, then reaching out and tagging in Holcomb. With Neal anchored in place, Valerie runs the far ropes and plants a low dropkick to the side of Neal’s head, allowing Oscar to release the hold and exit to the apron.
Valerie immediately locks in the Cave of Wonders on the wrong side of the ring for Neal. For a lengthy amount of time, Neal is trapped in the painful submission, but refuses to submit. Luckily for Neal, Valerie weighs A LOT less than Oscar, making this easier to escape. As the crowd urges him on, Neal gets to his feet with Valerie still on his back. He immediately picks up momentum and backs her into the turnbuckle corner causing her to release the hold. Durden follows that up with a Pele Kick on Valerie into the corner! Valerie falls down, but is blind tagged by Oscar who immediately enters the ring, looking to keep Neal from getting to his partner!
Oscar grabs the leg, but Neal goes for an enziguri! NO! It misses as Oscar ducks under it, but he comes right back with a mule kick causing Oscar to stumble backwards! Neal immediately returns to his feet to find Oscar rushing at him! SLINGBLADE! Oscar goes down, but Neal is down too! The crowd is on their feet urging both teams on to make the tag! Oscar and Neal get to their partners at the same time, making the tags! Both women come rushing into the ring and begin trading forearm strikes! The crowd goes back and forth, cheering for both women! Lowri gets the better of Valerie, and backs her into the ropes, looking to whip her to the opposing ropes, but Valerie reverses into a Short-Arm Clothesline!
Lowri Moss ducks underneath and hits a BEAUTIFUL German Suplex, bridging for the pin!
1…
2…
3?! NO! Oscar leaps into the pinfall attempt just in time to break up the fall! Lowri gets to her feet and catches Oscar with a roundhouse to the side of the head, leveling him! She turns around to see Valerie slowly getting her feet so she steps back and slaps her leg while sizing up Holcomb who, in a daze, turns around to be met with Breuddwydion Melus coming straight for her. Her eyes widen as she SOMEHOW catches the high speed Superkick! And attempts the only thing she can think of, she hooks the leg then hooks Lowri’s head and goes for her Fisherman Suplex! It connects!
1…
2…
3! Wait, no! Durden broke up the pinfall attempt with no more than .01 of a second to go on the fall! Neal picks Valerie up and hits a quickly executed Olympic Slam on Valerie then drags Lowri over to their corner, gets out, and tags himself in. He immediately gets back to work by lifting her up and hitting the Rolling Stone! He goes to roll into the pin, but the momentum of the move sends Valerie rolling out of the ring! Neal slaps the mat in frustration then gets up and moves toward the ropes when he hears charging footsteps behind him! He turns around just in time to see Oscar as he clotheslines him over the top rope, sending both men to the outside beside Valerie! The referee begins the count on the outside.
1…
2…
Neal and Oscar begin to stir.
3…
4...
Oscar starts helping Valerie to her feet. Neal is back to his feet and goes to grab Oscar to fight with him.
5…
6…
Suddenly, Lowri is in the ring, rebounds off the far ropes, and comes soaring through the air with a corkscrew dive, nailing everyone! The crowd begins chanting “HOLY SHIT!” repeatedly as Lowri pushes herself back to her feet and stands tall, soaking in the adoration of the capacity crowd! She grabs Valerie and rolls her back into the ring and follows her in. Immediately, she goes for the pinfall.
1…
2…
FOOT ON THE ROPE!! Lowri is in shock as she clutches at her hair and checks with the referee who confirms that Valerie’s foot was on the ropes prior to the 3 count. At this point, Neal has finally pulled himself up onto the apron and thus reaches out for the tag, Lowri looks back at him and tags him in, realizing she has no idea what to do next.
Lowri gets out onto the apron as Neal lifts Valerie into a fireman’s carry, looking to put this one away with Nirvana’s Fall, but Valerie is still conscious enough to clutch to the ropes! She pulls herself to the outside of the apron and when Neal goes to grab her, he gets roundhouse kick in the head causing him to stumble backwards!
Valerie suddenly springboards and hits a front dropkick, sending Neal Durden rolling backwards across the ring! Seeing that her partner is in trouble, Lowri immediately enters the ring. Valerie is back on her feet and the two women shuffle toward one another then Lowri hits Breuddwydion Melus and Valerie hits The Right Stuff, knocking both women out cold! Oscar sees his opening with Neal down so he drags Valerie over to his side of the ring and tags himself in. He then picks up Neal and Takes Out The Trash before going for the pinfall!

2…
3!
Oscar The Grouch stumbles to his feet and helps his sister-in-law to hers as the referee raises both of their hands and they’re announced the winners. The referee then goes to check on Neal Durden who isn’t moving much. Lowri slowly returns to her feet and realizes they’ve lost. She looks upset about it, but Valerie walks over and extends her hand to Lowri, who shakes the hand and Valerie hugs Lowri before raising her hand to a thunderous applause from the crowd. Meanwhile, Neal is getting to his feet and Oscar slaps his back before Aus-Am exits the ring as they’re announced the new #1 Contenders to the UKWF Tag Team Championships!

The stakes of the upcoming match hardly need an introduction, but the UKWF video team do their best regardless. Harking all the way back to Blaise Fader and Juliet Black's simultaneous debut in the company, the package goes through all of their subsequent run ins, both in and out of the ring. Juliet is seen beating Blaise with a hand on the ropes, then taking the current UKWF Champion out with a chair moments after Blaise has won her title. A moment's respite as the two team up to take on New Management quickly transitions to the hectic contract signing, with Juliet once again getting the upper hand against her too-trusting opponent. It is with Blaise falling to the floor in slow motion, and Juliet holding her rival's title high, that the package ends, giving way to what is sure to be a Match of the Year candidate!
UKWF Championship I Quit Match: Blaise Fader v Juliet Black
Before the bell, the ever-sporting Fader offers a handshake to Juliet. This is, predictably, met with a look of utter contempt and disdain, but Blaise is not deterred, continuing to hold out her hand to her rival. Also predictably, this results in Juliet spitting her gum directly in Blaise's face, showing her what she thinks about sporting behaviour!!!
As a befuddled referee rings the bell, the Irishwoman shows exactly what her goal is in this match, taking Fader down with a clothesline and applying a few stomps to her head and midsection. She finishes up with a kick to Blaise's head, for good measure, then moves over to uncover the nearest corner turnbuckle. She tosses the padding aside, checks to see if Blaise is back on her feet yet, and – seeing her opponent is just now moving onto all fours – rushes in with another kick to the head! Blaise goes down again, and Juliet is free to move across and uncap a second turnbuckle, leaving it exposed. Then, with Fader still unconscious, she slips out of the ring and reaches for a nearby fan's chair. The occupant, a boy of ten or twelve, puts on his best discouraging frown, but as luck would have it, Juliet changes tack at the last minute; rather than grab the chair, she dives under the ring, looking for another weapon. As she emerges, she is carrying something far more deadly than a steel chair: a steel pipe.
As Dublin Trouble steps back into the ring, Blaise Fader is – slowly but surely – beginning to recover from her rough start. She is halfway to her feet when Juliet lunges in her direction, and alert enough to react; springing forward and up, she thrusts her head into Juliet's stomach, connecting with a ramming headbutt that catches the Irishwoman completely by surprise!
Caught completely unaware, Juliet is thrown back a few steps, the pipe flying out of her hand to land harmlessly on the mat. Blaise barely hesitates another second before reaching over and swatting it away, so that it slides off the apron and to the floor. Only then, the danger averted, does she finish pulling herself to her feet and prepare to face Juliet head-on.
The Irishwoman is, however, still groggy, and Blaise benefits from even more time to come up with a game plan. As such, when Juliet eventually steps forward, the UKWF Champion is waiting to drop her with a belly-to-belly suplex! Juliet goes down, and Blaise promptly takes the opportunity to crawl away from her opponent and lift herself up with the aid of the ropes.
Knowing she does not have a lot of time to spare, however, she promptly turns around – and not a moment too soon! Having scrambled to her feet, Juliet is glaring at her with a malevolent grin in her eye. Blaise realises she has to go on offence, and surges forward, but the Irishwoman was predicting precisely that, and connects with a knee to her rival's stomach! Blaise doubles over, and Juliet takes her down with a double-axe handle, before once again stomping all over her opponent's body. Then, rapidly regaining her composure, she once again slides out of the ring, visibly looking for her discarded pipe from a few moments earlier.
As the Irishwoman retrieves her discarded implement, inside the ring, Fader slowly pulls herself back to all fours. She is only just beginning to pull herself upright, with the help of the ropes, when Juliet slides underneath the bottom rope, on the opposite side of the ring. Her back turned, Blaise fails to see her opponent approaching, and her only clue to that fact comes from an increase in crowd noise. Sensing the worst, she turns around...
WHACK!!!!!
….and gets rammed right across the forehead with the steel pipe, drawing blood!
The crowd reacts in shock as Blaise stumbles back towards the ropes, but Juliet is unfazed. Once again lifting the pipe above her head, she brings it down on her opponent a second time, generating an even more sickening sound.
WHACCCCKKK!!!
Blaise is barely conscious and bleeding at this point, but still Juliet does not relent her attack. She discards the steel pipe, its job having been done, but connects with a few stiff kicks to Blaise's stomach, further lowering her opponent's defences. She then places a boot across Blaise's face, pushing it down against the ropes for a long moment, before once again slipping out of the ring to search for some sort of weapon.
This time, she does not even have to look too far to find a suitable object; as she passes the time keeper's table, she suddenly makes a grab for his bell, snatching it away before the official can so much as put up a fight! She then promptly returns to the ring and - seeing her opponent has somehow managed to will herself back to consciousness – patiently waits for Blaise to stand up. She stands back as her opponent groggily finds her bearings, and unsteadily brings herself to her feet with the help of the ropes; it is as Blaise turns around that the Irishwoman strikes, aiming the metal bell at the gash in her opponent's head.
WHACK!
Blaise lets out a piercing scream of pain as she falls to the mat in agony, clutching her head. The sound promptly brings the official over, microphone in hand, and he asks Fader the all-important question, for the first time in the match, but the UKWF Champion staunchly shakes her head. She is not ready to quit just yet, despite the no doubt agonising pain she is in.
Juliet, however, seems hell-bent on causing Blaise to quit, as she proves when she once again rams the bell into the wound! The scream is even more blood-curdling this time, but still Blaise shakes her head when the referee asks the question.
Juliet, who seems to be enjoying herself, decides the belt has served its purpose – like the pipe before it – and promptly tosses it aside. She then leans in to bring Blaise to her feet, clearly intending to humiliate her with traditional wrestling. Once she has her opponent in a vertical position, she adds insult to injury with an eye gouge, before slipping behind Blaise to make her first attempt at locking in Fade to Black!
Despite the onslaught from her opponent, however, the UKWF Champion is still alert enough to thwart this, or at least attempt to. A series of wild forearm and elbow shots flies into the side of Juliet's face as she attempts to lock in the crossface chickenwing, throwing her off-balance just enough to encumber her in her mission. The Irishwoman pushes on, but Blaise's resilience has done the trick, and the Champion is somehow able to slide out of the hold. Realising she once again has the upper hand, she promptly aims a headbutt at her opponent, rocking her and allowing Blaise to connect with a BIG clothesline! The Champion drops to her knees from the impact, but is nonetheless successful in her goal of taking Juliet down and bringing the upper hand back to her corner!
Having managed to buy herself some room to breathe, it is the UKWF Champion's turn to slide out of the ring. However, unlike Juliet, she is doing so not to look for weapons, but out of self-preservation and to catch a much-needed breather. Respite is not to come just yet, however, as her stumbling route takes her directly past Ma Black and her two male children, who promptly hurl abuse and all manner of objects at the Champion, stating she is going to quit and lose her title – all in typically colourful language. Blaise is clearly affected by some of their comments, but chooses not to let them deviate her from her goal – to find a safe area in which to plan her next move.
This ends up not being an entirely successful mission, however, as a single clothesline is not quite enough to leave Juliet Black down for long. As such, no sooner has Blaise managed to put some space between herself and her opponent than the Irishwoman is pushing herself upright and once again exiting the ring to engage her opponent!
This time, Juliet forgoes the fancy approach in favour of something more practical, grabbing a chair from underneath a fan as she walks by. The overweight youth goes tumbling to the floor as his former seat is folded up and used as a blunt weapon with which to hit the UKWF Champion!
Blaise, however, for once displays quick reflexes, and grabs a nearby vacant chair of her own, which she uses as a shield. As such, Juliet's shot connects with only metal, bouncing off Blaise's makeshift protection with a loud 'CLANNNGGG!'
A disbelieving expression crosses Juliet's face as she realises what happened, quickly replaced by one of fury. She tosses the chair aside and lands a kick to Blaise's stomach, dropping her to one knee. She then snatches her opponent's chair from her grasp and turns away from Blaise, striding towards a nearby cluster of fans with a purpose. At first, her intent is unclear, but as she grabs hold of an older man and pulls him out of the crowd, her devious plan begins to dawn on the fans. She drapes an arm around the old man's throat, in a makeshift chokehold, and drags him to where a horrified Blaise is just now seeing the lengths her opponent will go to.
'SAY IT, BLAISE!'
Juliet's grip on the old man tightens, as the Irishwoman holds a chair above his head, ominously. Blaise's father – for that is who it is – has terror in his eyes as he looks back and forth between his daughter and her opponent, paralysed with fear.
'SAY IT!'
Blaise shakes her head, and Juliet's hand lowers, the chair coming closer to the elderly man's head. The crowd gasps in horror, and Blaise shakes in disgust.
'SAY IT!'
Blaise's father pleads with his eyes, though it is unclear whether he is begging for his daughter to quit, or keep going. Juliet's hand lowers yet further over his head...
'SAY IT!'
Blaise shakes with sobs, clearly beginning to have misgivings. Sensing this, the crowd gives her all their support, almost raising the roof with their cheers. Even still, however, the Champion appears doubtful – even after a chant erupts from somewhere nearby:
'WE'RE NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP NEVER GONNA LET YOU DOWN NEVER GONNA RUN AROUND AND DESERT YOU!'
'SAY IT, BLAISE!'
Blaise shakes her head, clearly morally torn, but still refusing to quit.
'SAY IT!'
'I Q---'
The champ convulses with a deep sob, but makes another attempt regardless.
'I Q---'
Yet again, she is unable to complete the word, but surprisingly makes a third attempt.
'I Q----'
This time, her head snaps upright, her gaze burning into Juliet's with renewed determination as she growls:
'---I CAN'T!!!!'
The crowd erupts as the Champion leaps at her opponent, prising her father from her grasp in the same movement as she swipes away the chair. The foreign object is caught by a section of nearby fans, and the old man by another, as Blaise throws down the sporting gloves and makes a grab for her opponent's throat! This match has clearly just become even more personal!!
Blaise, in an abrupt berserker rage, headbutts Juliet Black causing her blood to stain Black’s face! The crowd is fully behind Blaise as she sends Juliet HARD into the barricade, gaining a groan from the crowd!
Juliet tries to push herself back to her feet, but is met with a knife-edge chop from Blaise causing her to fall back into the barricade and hold her chest. When Juliet moves to attack again, she takes another blistering knife-edge chop across the chest. She then unleashes a flurry of punches before scooping Juliet up and hitting her with a Snake Eyes on the barricade! At this point, Blaise seems like a woman on a mission as she doesn’t even allow Juliet to fall to the ground before turning her around and sending her face first into the steel stairs time and time again!
Blaise turns around and lets out a blood-curdling shout before going to stomp Juliet’s head on the stairs! Juliet JUST moves her head out of the way. The impact stuns Blaise’s leg, allowing Juliet to get a shot in. At this point, Juliet clutches for the closest thing to her as she’s desperate to get away from the rampaging Fader. Her hand falls on the ring bell she had used earlier as she swings wildly with it. Unfortunately, Blaise is ready for it so she swats it away with ease. Blaise grabs Juliet and forces her to her feet, but Juliet stomps Blaise’s foot before raking the eyes, allowing her to put some space between herself and the Champion!
Unfortunately for Juliet, Blaise is now very hard to shake as the UKWF Champion pursues her. Dublin Trouble realizes she has no other choice than to turn and fight, sending the two women into a violent scrap! Somehow Blaise begins getting the upperhand despite how stiff Juliet’s shots are, but Black realizes this and quickly jams a finger into the gash in Blaise’s head, drawing a scream of pain from her. She then shoves Blaise as hard as she can against the barricade causing Blaise to fall into a seated position!
Juliet then grins and mocks Blaise before running directly at her and goes for the Rock’n Rolla!!! But, Blaise moves out of the way causing Juliet to hit the barricade and hang there upside down! Blaise gets to her feet and sees this so she takes a few steps back! She then charges her upended opponent and hits the Rock’n Rolla on her while she’s upside down on the barricade. This causes the barricade to almost fall over, but instead it bounces back just enough that Blaise ends up somersaulting backwards off of Juliet who falls on her chest in front of the kneeling UKWF Champion. Blaise grabs Juliet by the hair as she urges the referee to ask her The Question.
‘Feck… off.’
Blaise doesn’t seem very surprised by this as she lifts Juliet to her feet then rolls her into the ring. As Blaise is getting in, Juliet has enough time to roll out of the ring away from her and grab something from underneath the ring. When Blaise goes to get out of the ring to pursue, she is met with a chairshot to the face causing her to fall right back into the ring, splattering more of the Champion’s blood all over the ring. Juliet slides into the ring and sees an opportunity as Blaise holds her head in pain and slowly rises to her feet.
Black grins as Blaise’s back is to her while she gets up, giving her a good idea as she drops the chair and clutches Fader in Fade To Black! She locks it in tight in a standing position! No matter how much Blaise tries to fight it, she’s winded at this point and soon finds herself on the ground with the Fade To Black completely locked in. The referee checks on Blaise, asking her if she wants to quit. All that we hear are choked sounds as Blaise speaks.
‘I…’
The referee keeps the microphone in position.
‘I…’
Suddenly, she shouts into the microphone.
‘NO!’
The crowd roars in approval as Blaise clutches the chair Juliet had carelessly discarded nearby and clocks Black with a wild chair swing in the head, forcing her to release the hold! The crowd is cheering on their feet! Juliet rolls away from Blaise, but it’s clear the damage has been done to Blaise as she’s not getting up either. Juliet looks over at Blaise as she’s holding her aching head and hits the mat. She then rolls out of the ring and uses the roll to get on her feet on the outside. Juliet then walks around the ring to her family. One of her brothers hands her something. Blaise, inside the ring, is still getting to her feet as Juliet gets in again and stalks behind her.
When Blaise gets to her feet, Juliet locks her in a hammerlock then handcuffs her hand. Realizing what’s going on, Blaise ducks through the hammerlock and locks in one of her own before Juliet can even do anything else. She then shoves Juliet away, causing her to bounce off the ropes, chest first. Blaise grabs her in a waistlock and pulls her into a roll-through. In what would normally be a pinning opportunity, Blaise grabs the leg and arcs it over her neck then sits down on Juliet’s back, locking in the Godiva Lock! The crowd’s volume off the charts!
The referee approaches Juliet Black with the microphone and asks if she wants to quit. Juliet shakes her head as saliva flies from her mouth.
‘Feck… nuh.’
Despite the answer, she seems to be fading, but suddenly she begins fighting again! Blaise is starting to lose her grip, but suddenly she slips her other hand into the free handcuff and locks both of her hands in the handcuffs, making it impossible for Juliet to break the submission now thanks to the steel reinforcement! THE CROWD IS IN A FRENZY! EASILY THE BIGGEST POP OF THE WEEKEND!
It’s quite clear that the cuffs hurt Blaise’s hands, but not nearly as much as the pain that Juliet is in right now as she screams out in agony as Blaise shouts for her to quit and even lets out some audible curse words. After what seems like minutes pass with Juliet Black locked in the Seated Stretch Muffler the referee continues to ask Juliet if she quits, but continues to receive the same negative answer.
That’s when a white towel flies into the ring. The referee sees it and calls for the bell. Standing on the apron is Juliet’s concerned mother as the referee finds himself in a bind trying to help Blaise release the Godiva Lock. It takes a few minutes, but a policeman gets into the ring and unhooks the two women. Blaise falls to the mat, exhausted as Juliet Black lays there, unconscious from the sheer amount of time the submission had been locked in.
Slowly, Blaise stumbles to her feet and is declared the winner and handed her championship. She raises it to thunderous cheers from the crowd. Blaise finds her father int he crowd, hugs him, and with his assitance, painstakingly exits to the back while the officials help Juliet to her feet. The crowd begins chanting her name for the effort she put forward as she pushes away from the officials and accepts some help from her family to the back as the show comes to a close.
