UKWF Night of Trials RESULTS!

The Rezillos' 'Somebody's Gonna Get Their Heads Kicked In Tonight' serves as the soundtrack to the usual montage of impactful moves, breathtaking moments and primal screams of rage or joy as another UKWF broadcast goes on the air! The Union Jack flies proudly in the background as wrestlers toss, throw and tap out one another, displaying the best the company has to offer. This all leads into the usual title card, set against yet another floating Union Jack:

From there, the feed cuts to the inside of the O2 Shepherds' Bush Empire, where a sizeable number of fans express their excitement. The camera does its usual pan of the room before closing in on some of the more eye-catching signs:

A moment later, however, focus is taken away from the signs and shifts instead to the announce table, where the usual duo of announcers is, on this occasion, reduced to one.

Barry Jones: Evenin', folks, an' welcome ter another UKWF show! I'm Baz Jones, an' I'm all on me own today, apparently...

Just as Baz is looking at the empty chair beside him, a second figure slides in front of the camera to occupy it. Flustered yet also beaming, Kerry Buckingham slips on her headset as she takes her seat next to the East London lad.

Baz: ...where did you get off to?!

Kerry Buckingham: I was mingling, dear...!

Baz: ...minglin'...?

Kerry: Yes, you know...chatting with friends, re-living old times...mingling!

The look on Baz's face makes it quite clear that he, for one, is still confused, but he tries his best to carry on with business as usual:

Baz: An', ladies an' gents, we 'ave a few crackin' matches for yez 'ere tonite, startin' with our Main Event! Them four birds ent one another's biggest fans, I can tell ya that, Kerr!

Kerry: Of course not, darling. No one is a fan of Artemis Kaiser. Or that fat tub of goo she has for a partner this evening!

Baz: A lotta people might tell ya diff'rent there, luv...

Kerry: Well, yes...because they are sheep. They shall all learn soon enough.

Barry once again gives his partner a quizzical look, but chooses not to press the issue further, instead preparing to lay out the rest of the evening's matches. Before he can do so, however, a theme song starts up on the Empire's PA system, bringing a smile to Kerry's face and a look of puzzlement to everyone else's!

A female voice echoes across the PA system of the O2 Empire, sounding out three letters in a staccato cadence before letting out a naughty giggle. A moment later, the sound of 80s electronic synths begins to echo across the arena, a deep voice coming in a moment later to intone in a monotone:

'If you're gonna ride,

Don't ride the white horse

White horse, don't ride the white horse'

A moment later, two elegantly-clad and vaguely familiar women step out onto the platform, microphones in hand and smirks on their faces. The first, a long-haired brunette, wears a form-fitting and expensive-looking red dress, with equally as expensive-looking matching shoes and diamond bracelets and necklace. Her partner, a blonde with a bob haircut and bright red lipstick, is clad in a very similar, but more sober outfit, her dress navy rather than red, and long-sleeved rather than sleeveless. They both hold what are clearly Martinis as they stand atop the ramp surveying the crowd, who have been silenced into a confused hush. The only sound to pierce the feed for a long moment therefore comes from Kerry, who no longer bothers hiding her excitement:

Kerry: YES! YES! FINALLY!

The feed switches back to the announce table for a moment, to find Barry side-eyeing his partner suspiciously.

Baz: Ya knew 'bout this, then?

Kerry: ...of course I knew, darling! I have known for weeks!

Baz: Cheers f'r not tellin' me...

Kerry: You were not ready, darling. You might have done something rash and ruined our plans. No hard feelings, yes?

Baz: ...yer plans?! Woddyer mean, yer...

Before Baz can complete his sentence, the brunette half of the pair now on the ramp cuts him off, as she begins to talk.

Woman: If I could hazard a guess, I would probably be able to tell what you are all thinking.

She looks sideways at her partner, who smirks.

Woman: You are wondering who I am. What I am doing here. Is that about right?!

An affirmative reaction arises from the stands. The woman smirks again.

Woman: Just as I thought. Well, allow me to dispel those doubts for you.

The woman pauses for effect, the same smirk dancing on her lips as she eventually continues:

Woman: My name is Stella Chalmers-Blythe. This is my business partner, Miss Veronica Valiant.

The woman gestures towards her partner, who takes a mocking curtsey as the fans give another mixed reaction. All the while, the first woman retrieves a document from somewhere inside her dress, which she waves in the air for all to see.

Stella Chalmers-Blythe: ...and this...

She pauses for effect yet again, smirking wider than ever.

Stella: ...is a document granting myself and my business partner majority ownership of the United Kingdom Wrestling Federation!

The crowd react with a gasp, echoed by Barry at the announce table:

Baz: WHA'?!

Kerry, however, only giggles as Stella goes on to explain:

Stella: You see, management of this company was split four ways. My dearest ex-husband, James Kensington...

Stella is cut off by a cheer from the crowd, which brings a scowl to her face for the first time. Veronica Valiant consoles her with a few private words, but cannot prevent the newcomer from glowering at the fans as she continues:

Stella: ...previously held the majority of the company's actions. However, his brother, my dear friend Nigel Kensington Jr., wished to sell his portion of the shares, as did another of the owners, and another personal friend, Phillip Royston-Fellowes. The combination of both their shares has caused principal ownership to pass over to me. Which, in terms your simple, uneducated brains can understand, means I own this company now.

The smirk has returned to the new owner's face as she concludes her address, mockingly raising her Martini glass to the crowd before toasting with Veronica. Then, she once again prepares to talk:

Stella: Now, with introductions out of the way, perhaps Veronica might...

She never gets to finish this latest statement, however; the words die in her throat as an unlikely figure jumps the barricade, waving an all-access pass in the face of security as he requests two microphones from nearby stage hands. He gives one to the stunning blonde he is now helping over the barrier, then smirks up at Stella, who is glowering at him down from the ramp.

Barry once again gasps in surprise as the young man who just jumped the barrier addresses the new owner of UKWF directly:

Lad: You takin' the mick, 'en?

Stella raises a polite eyebrow, as by her side, Veronica pretends to strain to understand the young man – or perhaps she is not pretending, and is actually confused.

Stella: ...pardon?

Lad: Yer. Yous got ter be off yer nut if ya think ya can just walk in 'ere an' say you's takin' over! We got enuff poshie shites runnin' 'round 'ere already, thank yez very much!

From her initial reaction of shock, Stella's expression has devolved into condescending amusement as she asks:

Stella: ...and you are, dear...?

Lad: I's Gav! Th' 'ardest bloke in this 'ere company! An' I ain't yer 'dear', ya stuffy old cunt!

This brings a semi-cheer from the crowd, an occurrence so unusual it makes Gav and his companion start. Stella and Veronica, however, are unfazed, even as the slender blonde decides to chime in:

Girl: Too right! Ya minging ol' cow!

Another gasp from the crowd, though an appreciative one; Stella, however, remains cool as a cucumber as she now addresses the girl:

Stella: ...you must be his other half. You two are perfect for one another!

Girl: Too right we are! 'E lurves me, does my Gav! An' I lurves 'im back!

Stella grins yet again.

Stella: Of course you do, dear. But...let me have a word with...Trev, was it?

Gav: Gav. Mr. Gav to yez.

A flash of fury contorts Stella's visage for a moment, but she quickly gets it under control, instead replacing it with a manifestly dangerous smile.

Stella: Very well, Mister Gav. You say you are the, erm, hardest fellow in this company?

Gav: I knows I am! I knows I am!

Stella's grin grows larger and more dangerous:

Stella: Well, then...up for proving that is true?!

Gav: I don't need to prove nothin' to yez, ya stuffy ol' slag!

Stella's face once again displays fury for a moment, but she manages to pull herself together yet again, replacing the anger with a smirk and a raised eyebrow.

Stella: Why, Mister Gav...we are not...scared, are we?

This has the desired effect, as Gav immediately throws down his microphone, beginning to rip off his Millwall top as he rants off the mic. It does not take another moment before he is in the ring, glowering up at the smirking Stella on the ramp. Her objective accomplished, the new owner of UKWF turns to her partner:

Stella: Ronnie, would you be a dear and call out our associate?

Veronica nods and begins to gesture to someone or something behind the curtain. A moment later, the Shepherds' Bush Empire gasps as the lights go down, and the ominous intro to Metallica's 'The Call of Ktulu' begins to echo across the arena.

Baz:: Wha' th' 'ell...?!

Kerry: Ooooh my....this will be such good fun!

For a long moment after the heavy metal dirge begins to play, nothing happens. Then, just as the crowd is beginning to grow impatient, an ashen-faced apparition comes through the curtain.

The woman now making her way to ringside is perhaps a little younger than she looks under the strobe lights. Initially, the only part of her that is visible is her face, pale and set in an unmoving scowl, as if made of stone. This same face appears to glide on air as the woman morosely makes her way to ringside, then through the ropes.

As the lights come back up, she is clearly visible for the first time – a tall, lithe, slender woman in the black, flowing robes of a medieval nun, scorching the hard-luck London lad across from her with her gaze. Oddly, however, Gav does not seem frightened; instead, he outright laughs at the woman, before looking over her shoulder up at Stella.

Gav: ..are I s'posed ter be scare--

That is the last sound to escape the youngster's lips, as the woman suddenly pulls him towards her, belying surprising agility, and drops him with a spinebuster!!!

Baz:: Bloody Nora!!

The hapless local lad goes down, his bravado having proven his undoing yet again, and the new arrival stands looking down at him for a moment, the look in her eyes now one of triumph as much as anger. Then, as slowly as she walked to ringside, she makes her way back up the ramp to rejoin a laughing Stella and Veronica.

For a moment, the three merely stand on the ramp, looking down at their victim in the ring, self-satisfied smirks on their faces; then, slowly but surely, the area around them begins to populate, as a gaggle of wrestlers come through the curtain to stand at the entranceway as well. Bianca Davis, The Best of British, the Master Sisters, the Divas of Dominance and the Champion herself, Skylynn Reed, along with her manager and her bodyguard, all join the two dress-clad women and the unsettling-looking new arrival, as Stella once again brings the microphone to her lips:

Stella: Ladies and gentlemen...as of this evening...UKWF is under...New...Management!

With that, and with the now deafening boos of the fans raining down on them, the newly-formed group make their way through the curtain and to the back.

Once the last of the members of the newly-formed group has passed through the curtain to the backstage area, the feed returns to the announce table, where Barry Jones looks nothing short of befuddled.

Baz: Well, folks, I ent too sure wha' just 'appened...but I s'pose we'd better crack on with the show, 'adn't we? We 'ave an openin' match to get to, an' it looks like it's ready ter go!

Indeed, just as the Londoner says this, the opening guitar hits to Dropkick Murpheys "Gonna Be a Blackout Tonight" Juliet Black steps out from the curtain with two middle fingers held high for everyone in the arena to see, spitting out obscenities as she walks down to the ring, keeping those fingers held high.

As she reaches the ring, she vaults up and steps into the ring, walking to her corner, whilst picking a fight with everyone in range. Eventually, however, she relents, and settles for simply waiting for her opponent in the middle of the ring.

And waiting...

...and waiting...

...and waiting.

With every passing second, the visible impatience in the Dubliner's face rises, until, by the time a stage hand erupts through the curtain and approaches ring announcer Katherine Kensington, she is all but fuming. Her mood does not get any better as, after nodding in acknowledgement to the stage hand, Katherine brings her microphone to her lips for an announcement:

Katherine Kensington: Ladies and gentlemen, we regret to inform that due to an injury contracted on the course of other professional duties, Jack Rose has not been cleared to compete. Therefore, the winner of this match by forfeit--

The pleasantly-mannered brunette never finishes her address. A livid Juliet slides out of the ring and snatches the microphone from her hand, returning to the squared circle before the hapless announcer can so much as protest. Once there, she wastes no time bringing the mouthpiece to her own lips and spewing out:

Juliet Black: Y'know what this is?! This is BOLLIX, is wha' this is!! I fucken' came out 'ere to fight, and all I've done so far is waste me fucken' time. If this cunt can't compete tonigh', then I think I'm just gonna...

Whatever Juliet's intent is is never explained, as before the Dubliner can complete her rant, a voice talks over hers:

Voice: I'll fight ya!

Every pair of eyes in the O2 Shepherds' Bush Empire turns towards the entranceway, where a slim woman with short-cropped, blonde-dyed hair has just appeared. She stares Juliet down confidently, a slight smirk on her features, as she issues her defiant challenge, one which she maintains as she sprints down the ramp and slides into the ring to stand eye to eye with Juliet. 

Dublin Trouble, however, is less than impressed:

Juliet Black: Who in th' hell are you?!

The newcomer retains her smirk, looking Juliet in the eye as she replies:

Girl: I'm Molly Cyrus!

This brings a chuckle from Juliet Black, but surprisingly, Dublin Trouble seems to almost admire her would-be opponent's audacity. Proof of this is that she does not immediately suplex her out of her boots, instead addressing her again:

Juliet Black: An' what is the one quality that you possess that makes you think that you can come out here, and get into the ring, and face th' very best in the business?!

The Shepherds' Bush Empire comes to a standstill as the blonde newcomer considers the question. It does not take her more than a second, however, to find the answer:

Molly Cyrus: Ruthless. Aggression!!!

With this, and without previous warning, Molly drops her mic and punches Juliet right in the face! The Empire comes unhinged as Dublin Trouble goes reeling and the bell rings, signalling there will be a match for Juliet tonight!

Juliet Black v Molly Cyrus

Having managed to land the first blow, Molly follows it up with a flurry of punches, continuing to capitalise on having caught Dublin Trouble unaware. Juliet struggles for a long moment as the newcomer shows her mettle, and Kerry – rather disdainfully – fills viewers at home in on her checkered and loss-filled past as part of Girl Power Wrestling. Clearly, the youngster is attempting to turn over a new leaf and get herself noticed with this challenge to Juliet Black!

So far, her plan is working, as well. She has Dublin Trouble backed into the corner and is punishing her with knee strikes, attempting to wear her down. Juliet appears to struggle a moment longer, but suddenly, it is Molly who stumbles backwards, nearly losing her balance. Fans boo as they realise what has occurred – Juliet has spat her gum on her opponent's face, momentarily throwing her off enough to push her away and stumble off the corner! Boos begin to rain down on UKWF's resident grump as she prepares to regain control and punish the newbie.

As she comes out of the corner, it is clear Juliet has somehow removed the turnbuckle cover in the few seconds of Molly being thrown off-balance; as such, when the youngster comes running in with a knee strike, she finds herself going head-first into the corner post instead, as Juliet sidesteps and bashes her head against the exposed turnbuckle! Dublin Trouble does it once more for good measure, to make sure Molly is good and groggy, then throws her over with a Belly to Clitplex! The fans shower her with boos as she covers!

ONE!

TWO!

---NO!!!

The Shepherds' Bush Empire reacts appreciatively as Molly kicks out, but Juliet is not so pleased. She brings her opponent to her feet – trash-talking her all the while – and delivers a series of stiff chops. Molly reels back with each one, still visibly groggy, until Juliet pulls out the big guns – a groin shot, followed shortly thereafter by a snap suplex! Dublin Trouble rolls through to her feet and curses loudly in celebration, before beginning to put the boot to Molly on the floor. The referee, evidently, comes and tells her to stop, but Juliet has the usual cavalier disregard for requests from officials – that is, until she is threatened with disqualification and gets right in the official's face!

This momentary distraction from her opponent gives Molly time to recover, and the newcomer uses the few seconds' respite to crawl towards Juliet's turned back and reach out just enough to pull her into a rollup! The referee counts!

ONE!

TWO!

--ANGRY kickout from Juliet Black!

Realising she opened herself to a near-loss makes Juliet furious, and she drags Molly up by the hair and throws her against the corner. She then runs in, looking for the Violence Party...

...only to be surprised when her opponent shows sufficient awareness to springboard into a crossbody! Dublin Trouble is unprepared and goes down, as Molly covers!

ONE!

TWO!

---Juliet kicks out!

Molly now has the upper hand again, however, and she does not look as though she wants to give it up. Proof of this is that she brings Juliet up and throws her over with another suplex! She rolls through to her feet and runs in with a clothesline! Juliet ducks...but gets decked with a spinning heel kick! Molly covers again!

ONE! 

TWO!

---Kickout by Juliet!

The fans begin to get behind Molly, and a chant of her name crosses the stands as she once again brings Juliet to her feet. This time, however, Dublin Trouble fights back, shooting an elbow into the newcomer's gut and reeling her. Juliet then deftly manouevres into an arm wringer, which she then briefly releases, giving Molly a false sense of security...

...only to apply a chickenwing crossface and pull the newcomer down into a bodyscissors! The Fade to Black is locked in out of nowhere, and while Molly tries her best to fight the pain, it is not too long before she inevitably taps out! The newcomer's effort to turn her career around with this surprise challenge proves sadly unsuccessful!

WINNER by submission in 05:15: Juliet Black

As she lets go of her opponent, Juliet throws a few choice words her way, telling her to 'watch who she fucks with' next time. She complements this with a single stomp to the head for good measure, before exiting the ring and heading backstage. Molly is therefore left to be helped to her feet by the referee, as the O2 Empire gives her a sizeable sympathy ovation for her efforts.

The second match of the night is preceded of a hype package for the 'Queen B', Bianca Davis – presumably added at her own request. From there, the feed cuts back to ringside, to witness Bianca attempt to get her first win in UKWF, at the expense of a newbie.

Neal Durden v Bianca Davis

As soon as the bell rings, Bianca backs away from Neal, her face contorting in disgust. The newcomer makes a lunge for her, attempting to start the match, but Bianca hops back, with a shriek. Neal looks somewhat disgruntled, and makes another attempt at starting the match, only for the Queen B to slide underneath the bottom rope and begin pacing around the ring. The expression on Neal's face is mirrored by the boos of the fans, as the blonde does her best to delay the start of the match.

Eventually, however, Neal seeks to take matters into his own hands; he backs up, takes off running, and suicide-dives onto Bianca! Both wrestlers go crashing to the floor, as the referee begins a count!

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!

FOUR!

Neal rolls off the top of Bianca and slowly pulls himself to his feet.

FIVE!

Neal leans in to bring Bianca to her feet...

...only to have his back raked by the Malibu Queen! The fans boo even louder as Bianca slides under the ropes, breaking the count, before resuming her task of putting some distance between herself and Neal.

This time, however, the Welshman is having none of it; he goes around the other end and cuts off Bianca, who shrieks as he lunges for her. Caught on the back foot this time, she is unable to resist as Neal takes her and shoves her into the ring, before rolling in himself.

It seems as though the match is finally ready to begin, as the newcomer yanks the Queen B to her feet. However, Bianca is not down for the count yet, and once again pokes Neal's eyes, before bitch-slapping him across the face! Neal reels back, incredulous, and Bianca profits, rushing in with a running knee lift which takes the Welshman down! She then proceeds to preen, soaking up the boos from the crowd.

Once she has had her fill of showing off, Bianca once again turns towards her opponent, bringing him to his feet as she attempts to continue her momentum...

..but this time, Neal reacts. He bullrushes Bianca, throwing her off-balance, then picks her up for an airplane spin! The Queen B shrieks as she is lifted and spun around quickly by her opponent!

Unfortunately, as tends to happen, the move leaves both wrestlers dizzy, and Neal is unable to capitalise straight away. Instead, he clambers towards the ropes, using them for leverage as he pulls himself to a vertical position. He takes a moment to regain his bearings before turning around...

...straight into a spinning heel kick from Bianca Davis!

Surprised, Neal stumbles towards the corner, and Bianca does not waste the chance, running in to pin him against the turnbuckle with a standing foot choke! The referee comes to admonish the Queen B, only to get an earful from the irate Bianca, who pointedly asks if he knows who she is. The referee replies affirmatively, but still stands his ground, leading to a heated discussion between the two.

As all this is going on, Neal takes advantage of the precious few seconds' respite to recover, grasping his throat in pain from the choke. Still, he manages to pull through it and – spotting Bianca with her back turned – sees his chance to get back into the match. He promptly seizes it, running up behind the Queen B and throwing her over with a suplex!

Caught completely by surprise, Bianca goes head over heels to the mat. Neal, on the other hand, rolls through to his feet and – after allowing himself a short fist-pump – sizes up the Queen B. Knowing better than to go in close and getting his eyes raked again, he instead waits for Bianca to get to a semi-vertical position and runs in with a brutal Shining Wizard! The Queen B goes down, and Durden scrambles over to cover!

ONE!

TWO!

TH—NO! Bianca just about kicks out!

Neal is firmly in control now, however, and he knows it. He rolls off the top of Bianca, brings her to her feet, and – with a cry of 'LET'S FINISH IT!' - drapes her over his shoulders, looking for a Fireman's carry...

...only for the Queen B to slip off, rake his back, then connect with yet another spinning heel kick, this time to Neal's back! The crowd boos as Bianca regains control, but the Queen B shrugs off the hate, instead running to the opposite set of ropes and bounce off, looking for the Beautiful Boot...

...only for Neal to display amazingly quick reflexes, springboarding off the ropes and flooring her with a springboard roundhouse kick!

This seems to put Bianca down for the count once and for all, and gives Neal a few seconds with which to pat himself on the back. He raises his arms to the crowd and gets a cheer, which gives him the ego boost to repeat the gesture to all four corners of the room, ending on the corner closest to Bianca. It is that same corner he then ascends, raising an arm to the crowd again before diving off with a frogsplash...

...which connects with Bianca's raised knees!

Indeed, the rookie has spent too long celebrating his impressive feat of agility, and given the Queen B the room to recover just enough to stop his trademark move. Bianca therefore has an opening, but rather than capitalise or attempt a cover, she instead slides out of the ring. Realising what the blonde is attempting, the fans once again begin to shower her with boos, but Bianca reacts only by raising both her hands up, indicating they should perhaps talk to them. 

As for the referee, he begins the customary ten-count, but Bianca has clearly had enough activity for one night, and displays no intention of coming back. Once she disappears through the curtain and to the back, the referee's count is a formality. Neal Durden picks up a win on his UKWF debut, though perhaps not in the way he would have wanted.

The feed cuts to a montage of clips from the recent London Tag Grand Prix, which culminated with a surprise victory for newcomers Love and Hate. The package shows some of the competition's best moments, including the surprising showings by not only the eventual Champions but also fellow newcomers The Donavons.

The latter team is given particular focus, seeing as they will be in action directly after the package, and fans are treated to some of the best moments of their short but impacting UKWF tenure. A moment later, the feed cuts to ringside, where the team of twins in question is already waiting in the ring.

As with Juliet Black earlier in the night, however, The Donavons spend several seconds waiting for their opponents to arrive, with nothing of the sort happening. Team PRD are nowhere in sight, and the Donavon Twins quickly begin to confer between themselves – as do a sizeable portion of the fans at the O2 Shepherds' Bush Empire.

Baz: Lotta folks not showin' up ternite, ent there, Kerr?

Kerry: Obviously, dear. They know they stand no chance now that things have changed around these parts...

Baz: ...oh, come on...I'm sure summat 'appened or they'd be out 'ere...

Kerry: Don't be so sure, dear. Those Chinese girls aren't all they are cracked up to be at all!

Baz: They look pretty gutsy to me...

Kerry: Looks can be dece---

Before Kerry has the chance to finish her thought, the fans – and the Donavons – get the answer they were after, though not one they like. For through the curtain come, not Team PRD, but the Master Sisters. Carnival leads the way, march-stepping and pretending to play a bass drum, but Aurora and Moonlight do not seem amused by her antics. Fortunately for Carnival, their hands are full – namely with each of the two members of Team PRD!

Baz: Ha! I knowed there was summat!

May and June are visibly struggling, but powerless to resist their stronger opponents, who appear to have beaten them down prior to bringing them out onto the arena floor. Proof of this is that neither joshi resists as the Masters throw them underneath the bottom rope and into the ring.

Seeing this, the Donovans look towards the trio questioningly, but the only reaction their enquiring stares get is a deep curtsey from Carnival, who gestures to the effect of 'be my guest.' Liam and Cormac, understanding what is happening in front of them, exchange a look and find that, predictably, they are on the same page. They therefore call something out to Kiora at ringside, and a moment later, the bell is ringing!

Team PRD v The Donavons

Cormac and Liam drop down and cover their opponents. The referee looks reluctant to count, but for once, loses the battle, as Moonlight flexing near him is just too big of a risk. The guilty look on his face tells the whole story as he drops down to count!

The Donavons are handed a free win!

WINNERS in 0:03: The Donavons

Deafening boos erupt across the arena as the farce is carried out, but the Donavons do not seem to mind. They slide out of the ring, stopping only long enough to thank the Master Sisters before making their way backstage. 

Baz: They're 'avin' a bloody laugh!

Aurora Master, however, has one last thing to say, and forcibly commands a microphone to the effect.

Aurora Master: I would say this was going to keep happening until we were given matches, but I suspect we will be getting plenty more of those from now on.

The camera catches a smirk on the Londoner's face as her fellow townspeople shower her with boos. Aurora does not at all seem to mind, and instead goes on to jerk her head towards the prone Team PRD and add:

Aurora Master: As for these two...hopefully they learned to watch their back.

With this, the head Master Sister gestures for her sisters to follow her. Surprisingly, both Moonlight and Carnival comply, and all three retreat backstage, taking their time despite the deafening boos of the fans surrounding them, and the pelting with various objects they are being subjected to. They make it backstage safely, however, and the fans are left to vent their frustrations to an empty arena until the next match begins!

Tyson Turbo v Mark Storm

After the travesty they just witnessed, the fans are in need of something to cheer them up. Fortunately, Turbo and Storm both seem up to the task of giving it to them! 

Before the match even begins, Turbo walks forward with a handshake and a few words of appreciation. After a moment's hesitation, Storm promptly returns the gesture, eliciting a huge reaction from the crowd, which continues both men begin to circle!

Both competitors start off the match being cautious and looking for an opening. Obviously, being smaller, this task is more important for Turbo, but Storm seems in no rush to go on offence, either. The two therefore circle one another for several seconds, before one of them finally makes a move!

In this case, it is Storm who lunges forward, only to see Tyson slip underneath him in a baseball slide! 'Short Arse' pops up behind his opponent and, when Mark turns around, hits him with a dropkick! Storm is sent reeling back, and Turbo scrambles to his feet in time to launch himself into a handspring and meet Mark near the ropes with a back elbow – to Mark's gut, given the size difference!! The returning veteran, perhaps because of his time off, seems at odds with Turbo's speed and agility, and the smaller man therefore has an opening to land several forearm shots to Storm's gut!

Eventually, however, Storm is able to, in between one punch and the other, grab the shorter man and send him flying over the tope rope. Tyson crashes hard on the outside, bringing a groan of sympathy from the fans in attendance.

Mark, on the other hand, uses this respite to recover from the intense beginning to their match, as well as to come up with a plan. He therefore chooses not to follow Tyson to the outside, instead waiting for him to return to the ring on his own two feet before stepping forward, reaching in, and pulling him to his feet, and straight into a belly-to-belly! 

Turbo connects with the mat hard, but Storm chooses not to cover. Instead, he once again brings the smaller man up, this time to deliver a gutwrench suplex! Tyson goes flying over, and Mark rolls through to his feet. He once again steps in and brings Turbo up by his hair. The smaller man attempts to fight through the pain, and actually lands a few punches to Storm's gut, but is ultimately helpless to prevent getting hit with a scoop slam! He hits the mat hard yet again, but Storm is not yet done!

Indeed, an intense look has now come to the veteran's eyes, and he looks ready to finish the job. He picks Turbo up yet again, throws him at the turnbuckle, and runs in with a splash, looking to set up the Punch of Life...

...but Turbo shows sufficient awareness to spin out of the way!

Seeing their favourite has an opening, the fans immediately begin a chant of 'LET'S GO SHORT ARSE!' Turbo feeds off this as he darts across the mat, seemingly forgetting his pain, and hops onto the turnbuckle. From there, he sizes up the onrushing Storm, dives off, and nails a beautiful elbow drop, with plenty of air! He covers, and the crowd hold their breaths!

---NO! Storm kicks out!

The groan of the crowd matches the expression on Turbo's face, but he quickly composes himself so as not to lose the momentum. He ponders how to capitalise on finally having put his opponent down, He eventually decides on his rolling butterfly lock, which he applies, to the delight of the crowd in attendance!

The position, however, is not ideal; being near the ropes, and having long limbs, Mark Storm has little difficulty breaking the hold. Turbo accepts this fact somewhat sheepishly, and begins thinking of another strategy to wear down his much larger opponent. This time, he decides to put some space between himself and Mark, and steps away as his opponent returns to his feet. The minute he does, however, Tyson takes off again, nailing a hurricanrana that sends Storm sprawling! 

Seeing an opening yet again, Turbo wastes no time setting up for another handspring back elbow, which he revs up for by hitting his foot on the mat. The crowd claps along with each stomp, and does a 'WHOOOOOAAAA' as Turbo takes off...

...only for Storm to drop him with a big back body drop!

The crowd let out a groan as the veteran superstar drops their favourite, but cannot bring themselves to hate Storm. As such, a section of the crowd cheers for the returning journeyman as he leans in to pick up tiny Tyson yet again. He hoists him onto his shoulders, looking for the Dystopia...

...but Tyson slips off, dropkicking him in the back! Storm reels, and the crowd comes alive again as Turbo slides in for the small package!

--Kickout by Storm!

This time, however, Turbo has a plan; he gets to his feet once again and begins attempting to apply a single leg crab. The move is locked in, and Storm grimaces as it is wrenched in, but uses his superior girth to inch across to the ropes. Turbo cinches the hold in, but Mark is nonetheless capable of getting to the ropes, and Turbo is forced to break it.

Still, the tiny fan favourite refuses to quit, and once again backs up to figure out a gameplan. As he does, a chant of 'LET'S GO TURBO' brings a smile to his lips. He waits for Mark to finish recovering, then bounces off the ropes and runs in looking for another hurricanrana...

...only to get swept up onto Storm's shoulders yet again! This time, not expecting it, Turbo is unable to prevent himself from getting thrown into the air, then kneed in the face on the way down! The Dystopia connects, and Storm covers!

A successful return for Mark Storm, and a dignified end to Turbo's winning streak.

After the match, Turbo takes to the mic and says that, unfortunately, pressing issues are forcing him to step away from UKWF indefinitely. He thanks the fans and shakes Storm's hand, both of which earn him a big ovation. The feed cuts elsewhere on a shot of Turbo standing in the middle of the ring, arms held high, a smile on his face, as a chant of 'THANK YOU SHORT ARSE' echoes all around him.

Hunt By Night v The Best of British

After all entrances have been made, each team takes their respective corners, chatting with their partners and deciding who will start. Night Train Ayano steps towards the middle of the ring to start for Hunt By Night while Rupert Royston-Fellowes starts this bout off for his team.

The match begins with some fast offense on Night Train’s part as she hits a couple of deep arm drags to keep Rupert off-balance. When Rupert tries to fire back with a lariat, he finds himself locked into a pinning predicament via backslide by Night Train. Rupert kicks out at two, but eats a sick kick to the chest as he’s trying to rise back to his feet.

Night Train runs the ropes, but Rupert is ready for her as he catches her with his patented Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker! At this point, he just angrily puts the boots to her before picking up Night Train and whipping her to his corner. He takes a few more kicks then invites Nigel in via a tag and takes turns with him assaulting Night Train until she’s buried deep in the corner.

On the other side of the ring, Gaia is going mad, trying to get in to help her partner and friend. The referee tells her to get back on the apron while Nigel and Rupert take advantage of the extra time. By the time the referee turns back to the Best of British, Rupert is on the apron like nothing ever happened. Meanwhile, the crowd jeers.

Nigel picks Night Train up. He shoots a smirk at Gaia who is chomping at the bit to get in, reaching for the tag. Unfortunately, Night Train is in Nigel’s clutches. He irish whips her and goes for a dropkick, but Night Train stops herself by hooking her arms in the ropes. As Nigel hits the canvas, Rupert takes matters into his own hands and goes to strike Night Train from behind, but he runs right into a kick to the jaw, laying him out!

Night Train drops the canvas and begins to crawl toward her corner. When Nigel goes to grab her, she suddenly rolls and gets the hot tag to Gaia putting the crowd into a frenzy as she turns Nigel inside-out with a HUGE lariat! Rupert slides into the ring and finds himself on the receiving end of an Exploder Suplex, sending him rolling out of the ring!

Next, Nigel finds his way back to his feet as he rushes at Gaia again only to see the agile side of The Lioness as she catches him off-guard with the Falchion! Immediately, he gets back to his feet on instinct more than anything else. He receives a kick to the gut for his troubles the Gaia hits her picture perfect Brainbuster before tagging in Night Train and pointing up. Night Train nods with a smirk as she scales to the top she leaps from the top and executes her BEAUTIFUL Phoenix Splash and connects perfectly!

Meanwhile, Rupert is trying to scramble through the ropes to assist his partner, but Gaia catches this, rebounds off the far ropes and catches him with The Seismós Strike as he’s halfway through the ropes, leveling him and knocking him out cold as Night Train gains the pinfall victory for Hunt By Night! Both Best of British members roll out of the ring, as the referee raises Gaia Galanos’ and Night Train’s hands in victory!

WINNERS in 06:25: Hunt by Night

Unfortunately, the celebration is short-lived as the audience tries to warn Gaia and Night Train of an impending attack. Darrin Kissler and Andrea Kristian appear behind their rivals. As the Hunt By Night members turn around, Darrin hits Gaia over the head with a crowbar as Andrea hits Night Train in the face with a barbwire wrapped baseball bat, laying both of them out cold!

Night Train’s blood empties onto canvas as Galanos’ head, too, begins bleeding from the hard hit from the crowbar. The crowd boos heavily as garbage begins being thrown in the ring at Love & Hate. Meanwhile, Darrin Kissler has a few choice words for his opponents at UKWF: 13 before spitting at their prone bodies. The referee pleads with them to leave which they do, but not before making sure that Gaia and Night Train are face up for the whole audience to see, sending a very clear message to not only their opponents, but anyone who wants to challenge for the UKWF Tag Team Championships.

Before the next match begins, an extended, edited recap of Sophia Halter’s address at Singles Going Steady plays. The Hunt by Night member is seen demanding a challenge, before it is answered by fan-favourite Ursula Areano. The two are then seen shaking hands on a match for the following UKWF event, before the feed cuts back to ringside to accompany just that!

The match begins with a handshake between the two competitors, though the fire in both their eyes – particularly Sophia’s – leaves no doubt as to how intense the match between them will be. The crowd picks up on this, and gives the two a good reaction as they begin to circle, then lock up!

Being of roughly the same size, the two women go back and forth for a few moments, neither gaining a definitive advantage; at length, however, Sophia Halter’s more intense posture and slight weight advantage allow her to throw Ursula over with a suplex! Ursula goes flying to the mat, but quickly scrambles to her feet…only to find Sophia hurtling towards her! The Argentinian tries to scramble to her feet, but is just too late to prevent her opponent from connecting with a running dropkick!

Knowing she now firmly has the momentum, Sophia seeks to build up on her offensive flurry, and quickly connects with a knee drop to Ursula. She follows this up with a second one, then a third, ensuring her opponent is suitably worn down before picking her up and applying a neckbreaker! She pauses a moment to push the hair out of her face, before dropping down for a cover!

TW--Ursula kicks out!

As her opponent shows signs of life, a look of frustration crosses Sophia’s face; it leaves as quickly as it appeared, however, and by the time the Hunt by Night member seeks to continue her offensive momentum on Ursula, her features reflect only the usual intense concentration.

Her composure restored, Sophia pulls Ursula to her feet and throws her towards the ropes; then, as the Argentinian bounces off, she seeks to connect with a running crossbody…

…which Ursula sees coming and sidesteps! Sophia lands belly-first on the mat!

Seeing she has a second to breathe for the first time in the match, Ursula gladly takes the opportunity to take a breather and regain composure. It takes no more than a moment, however, before she is sizing up Sophia, who is just getting to one knee; a smile appears on her features as she looks round at the crowd at the O2 Empire and mimics the sound of a train horn being pulled. The crowd give a rousing cheer as she takes off running and slams both knees into Sophia’s back, taking her down! The Argentina Train pulls into the station, much to the delight of fans in attendance!

After she has pulled herself back to her feet, Ursula briefly considers a cover, but thinks better of it; instead, she pulls Sophia back to an upright position, looking to connect with a grapple or a strike. The Hunt by Night member is still alert, however, and begins to drive elbows into Ursula’s gut, causing her to buck and, eventually, release her hold on her. Knowing she has no time to spare, Sophia turns around…

…and gets rammed with a flying forearm shot from Areano! The crowd cheers yet again as Halter goes down, and the Argentinian covers!

--Sophia kicks out!

Despite her failure to put her opponent down, Ursula seems pleased that she has managed to bring herself back into this match, and is still grinning as she pulls her opponent back to her feet. Sophia, however, once again puts up a fight, this time hitting a jawbreaker on Ursula from out of nowhere! The Argentinian goes reeling backwards, and Halter buys herself a few seconds with which to pull herself back to her feet.

Once she is back in an upright position, and with her opponent still reeling from the jawbreaker, Sophia seeks to continue her offensive momentum. Once again, however, Ursula displays her surprising agility by reversing Halter’s attempted suplex into a float-over DDT, flooring the Hunt by Night member! Then, with her opponent down yet again, she looks towards the nearest turnbuckle…and begins to head towards it!

Sensing what is coming, the crowd give a huge cheer of anticipation, one which only grows as Ursula begins to ascend the turnbuckle. However, before the Argentinian can reach the top, her recovered opponent comes running from behind to tug at her leg, causing her to crash back to the mat and causing a groan of disappointment to cross the O2 Empire floor.

Halter, however, barely lets that distract her; her upper hand regained, the Hunt by Night member seeks, instead, to make sure she brings the balance of the match back to her own hands. In order to ensure this, she picks the groggy Ursula up and, before her opponent can react, connects with an elbow smash! Ursula goes reeling towards the corner, and Sophia seizes her chance; this time, the running crossbody connects, and Ursula slumps to a seated position against the corner post…in perfect position for a running knee lift to the face! The move connects, and Sophia pulls her opponent towards the centre of the mat, where she covers!

---No! Ursula kicks out!

Once again, disappointment crosses Sophia’s features, but her drive to win quenches it, and she is quickly able to regain her focus. She brings Ursula back to her feet and applies a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, before covering again!

---Another kickout!

The frustration on Sophia’s face lasts a moment longer this time, but she does not lose her focus, instead attempting to change tack and lock Ursula in a submission. She turns the Argentinian over and looks to apply a single-leg crab, but Ursula, still sufficiently aware, thrusts her foot up, nailing Sophia in the face! Halter reels, and Ursula scrambles towards the ropes, grabbing them for safety before pulling herself to her feet.

She does not have long to react, however, as no sooner has she turned around than Sophia is hurtling towards her once more! Ursula is just quick enough to sidestep out of the way, and reverse the momentum with a neckbreaker! Sophia goes down, and Ursula buys herself a few moments in which to properly recover!

Understanding openings are bound not to come too often in this match, Ursula uses the few seconds she has to catch her breath, leaning over the ropes on one side. All the while, however, she keeps an eye on her opponent, gauging to see if Sophia is about to pull herself to her feet and surprise her. It takes another long moment, however, before Halter even begins to stir, by which time Ursula is ready, and measuring her up from her position in the centre of the mat!

She gives Sophia time to stand up, however, then smiles as the Hunt by Night member stumbles towards the corner, still looking for her bearings. Ursula takes only one moment to once again look around her at the fans in attendance, before vaulting into a handspring and pinning Sophia to the corner with a splash! The Hunt by Night member slumps to the ground, and Ursula finds herself with another opening to capitalise on!

This time, not needing the time to recover, Ursula wastes no time building up on her momentum. She pulls Sophia out of the corner, positions her across the turnbuckle, then smiles as the fans give a rousing reaction! 

This is all the encouragement Ursula needs, and she quickly scurries up the turnbuckle yet again. Upon reaching the top, she sizes up her still-prone opponent, turns arounds, and launches into her signature shooting star press, the Death From Above…

…only to find nobody home! Sophia is somehow aware enough to roll out of the way!

The fans groan as Ursula lands back-first on the mat, hard, and lies prone for a moment, clutching her lower back. A few feet away, Sophia looks in no better state, and is only very slowly shaking off the impact of Ursula’s offensive momentum from earlier. As a result, both women stay down for a long moment, neither able to continue. The referee begins a count.

Sophia is first to recover, and brings herself to her knees, crawling towards the ropes on all fours. Ursula is only now beginning to turn over onto her stomach!

FIVE!

The referee stops the count as Sophia pulls herself to an erect position, with the help of the ropes. Ursula, half a step behind, is only just pulling herself to her knees as her opponent once again turns to face her…

…and uses up the last of her energy to take off running in her direction! Too groggy to fully process what is occurring, Ursula is not quick enough to react, and the Final Break kick connects! Ursula goes down from the strike to the head, and Sophia crawls on top of her for the cover!

Before the main event of the evening, viewers are treated to a replay of the occurrences at the end of Singles Going Steady. Skylynn and Leoni Frei are seen beating down Artemis, until Blaise Fader interferes, preventing Skylynn from hitting the helpless Artemis with her UKWF Championship belt and, in the process, becoming the duo’s new target. The final shot of the package is on a bloodied and bruised Artemis and Blaise being assisted by EMTs – an image which perfectly sets the mood for the match to ensue!

Artemis Kaiser & Blaise Fader v Skylynn Reed & Leoni Frei

The match begins with Blaise and Leoni as the legal women, and right from the off, there seems to be no love lost between the two. Rather, they are seen exchanging words, presumably of a pointed nature, as they circle and eye one another warily. Leoni clearly seems to be the most bothered of the two, and – after a presumably more cutting remark from Blaise – it is she who goes on attack, laying into her associate’s Number One Contender with a flurry of punches!

Initially caught unaware, Blaise is, however, quick to react and even the odds. The ensuing few moments take on the shape of an all-out brawl between the two women, who go blow for blow all around the ring, neither gaining a definite advantage over or backing down from the other. The fans get firmly behind their fan-favourite, Blaise, and this seems to spurn her on, as each of her punches is delivered with precision and urgency, visibly taking a toll on Leoni.

Perhaps this is why, after a moment, the Swiss changes tack, sidestepping Blaise and grabbing her punching arm. A moment later, she has the Number One Contender trapped in an arm wringer, one which allows her to kick Blaise in the back, forcing her to one knee. She follows this up by kicking Blaise in the back of the head, driving her to the mat. The fans boo as their favourite goes down, and Leoni smugly flexes, drawing their ire.

With her quarry down, Leoni looks towards the corner, where Skylynn is begging to be let in. The Swiss considers tagging in her associate for a moment, but instead decides against it, holding up a finger as she calls for Skylynn to trust her. She then proves she deserves said trust by bringing Blaise up to her feet and throwing her over with a perfect straitjacket suplex!

Seeing the British representative in trouble, the fans begin to get behind Blaise, clapping and stomping rhythmically in an attempt to get her to stand up. The Coventry native visibly feeds off this, and has her fist firmly clenched as she pulls herself to one knee. She looks up through her dishevelled bangs, sees Leoni coming in her direction…and springs like a cat, connecting with a leaping punch to the gut!

Caught by surprise, Leoni reels, and Blaise promptly takes advantage; pulling herself to her feet, she runs at the Swiss and throws her on her rear with an Exocet big boot! With Leoni sitting on the mat, glowering, Blaise cannot resist taunting her, telling her ‘this is how it’s done!’ It does not take more than a moment, however, before she is dropping down for a cover!

--Leoni kicks out!

Blaise looks frustrated and a little abashed coming out of the cover, as she realises her taunting gave her opponent time to recover. Still, she does her best to keep her head in the game and not let her focus slip away from Leoni, who she now brings to her feet yet again, preparing to continue her offensive momentum.

Before she can do so, however, she spots Artemis not so much asking for as demanding a tag. Like Leoni a moment earlier, however, Blaise simply gestures for Artemis to wait a moment, before turning back around and running at Leoni once more, connecting with a headbutt to the Swiss's face before following it up with a backbreaker! She quickly scrambles back to her feet and backs up towards her corner, waiting for Leoni to at least partially recover so she can land another Exocet boot to her head...

...and this is when Artemis Kaiser tags herself in!

The pat on the shoulder throws Blaise off, and causes a slightly cross expression to take over her features for a second, but the Coventry native soon shrugs it off, retreating to her corner to allow her makeshift partner to take care of business.

And take care of business Artemis does, as only Artemis can. Leoni has only just barely recovered from the backbreaker when the Champ for Life is flooring her with a lightning-quick roundhouse kick! Leoni goes down, and Artemis advances into an almost arrogant cover!

--Broken up by Skylynn!

As the UKWF Champion breaks up the pin, she attracts the attention of the Champ for Life herself. Artemis momentarily takes her attention off Leoni to stare down the woman she considers a protege as much as a rival. Bolstered by her new-found confidence, Skylynn does not give an inch, and the two women engage in an intense staredown, which lasts for several seconds and brings the Shepherds' Bush Empire to a low boil.

Eventually, however, the moment is broken up by two things, First, the referee, who comes over to order Skylynn back to her corner; then, as the UKWF Champion attracts the official's attention with her ranting, Leoni, who grabs Artemis from behind and lifts her into a release German suplex! The Champ for Life goes flying, and Leoni comes back into the match with a shout – just as, conveniently, Skylynn relents in her protestations.

Artemis, however, is not defeated, and rolls through to her feet, preparing to face Leoni head-on yet again. The Swiss, however, is quicker, and captures the smaller woman's head between her legs. Knowing what is coming, Artemis tries her best to counter the momentum, planting her feet and directing her body weight downwards, but to no avail – Leoni is stronger, and lifts the Champ for Life into a huge spinebuster! She covers!

---Artemis kicks out!

Leoni is oddly undaunted by her opponent's kick-out; in fact, she appears as though she is having fun. Therefore, rather than rant, she pulls Artemis back to her feet and goes for a stalling suplex. She parades around the ring, carrying her opponent upside down, soaking up the boos of the fans...

...and this proves her undoing, as Artemis slips out behind her and to the floor! Leoni notices this and turns around...straight into a STOCKTON SLAP! 

The slap across the face obviously does not sit too well with Leoni, who immediately lunges forward. Artemis, however, is in her element now, and slips underneath her opponent's legs, pulling on one of them as she goes; by the time she emerges out the other side, Leoni is down on the mat and her leg is being wrapped in a grapevine! The ankle lock is cinched in!

The fans explode at the smooth transition, but Artemis barely seems to notice; indeed, the Champ for Life seems to have gone into the so-called 'zone', as she focuses on causing as much pain as possible to Leoni. The Swiss struggles to get halfway to her feet, and all seems lost...

...until Skylynn enters the ring! 

Seeing the Champion rushing in, Blaise steps in as well, but is not quick enough to prevent Skylynn from saving her partner and bodyguard with a kick to Artemis's head! The Kaiser family member goes tumbling to the mat, and Leoni manages to slip herself free of the grapevine and reach the ropes. 

After the Swiss is back to her feet, the two women exchange a look and a high-five. Then, they walk together to the corner, where Skylynn grabs the tag rope just long enough to be tagged in, before stepping back into the centre of the ring to tackle Artemis!

The fans grace the Champion with their best round of booing as she crouches down behind her prone opponent and drags her further from the ropes. She then captures Artemis's knee, looking to lock in a submission of her own, but is surprised when the Champ for Life mule-kicks her away! Artemis turns over onto her stomach and, as Skylynn recovers her footing and lunges at her, kicks the UKWF Champion in the midsection! 

Skylynn goes stumbling back, giving Artemis just time enough to scramble to her feet. By the time she gets to a fully vertical position, however, Skylynn is right on top of her, so Artemis does the only thing she can think of – lock in a flying armbar!

The crowd cheer as Skylynn goes down from the athletic move, but then groan as they realise Artemis locked it in too close to the ropes. Skylynn therefore has no difficulty reaching the ropes with her other arm, and soon the referee is coming over and telling Artemis to release the UKWF Champion. Artemis acknowledges this with a nod, but pointedly tells the referee to 'hold on' as she contrinues to wrench in the move. 

Slightly off-put, the official begins his five-count, but still Artemis keeps the armbar locked in. It takes until after the count of 'four' for the Champ for Life to release the actual Champ, rolling through to her feet as the referee admonishes her.

Skylynn profits from the respite to pull herself to a vertical position, but she should know Artemis is never too far away. Indeed, as soon as she so much as steps away from the ropes, Artemis is there, attempting to lock in a standing crossface. She is having to reach up to wrap it around the taller woman's face, however, and this allows Skylynn to break up the hold by firing an elbow into Artemis's face. The Champ for Life goes reeling back, and Skylynn turns around...

...directly into the path of a Falcon Kick...

...which she gets out of the way of, allowing Artemis to crash and burn!

As the Champ for Life goes flying towards nothing, the UKWF Champion locks eyes with her Number One Contender across the way. Blaise smirks and gives Sky a little smirk, but the redhead reacts only with a scoff and a rude imitation of an overweight person gorilla-stomping around. This, predictably, only increases the booing from fans in attendance, and even Skylynn drops her usual cool, benevolent attitude to allow her face to take on a scowl of revulsion. 

She can do nothing, however, but stretch her hand further and hope Artemis will acknowledge her, and Skylynn knows this; she pulls one last face at her opponent before stepping in towards Artemis.

Her distraction, however, cost her, as it allowed the Champ for Life to recover, and worse – made her angry. As Skylynn turns around, she therefore goes flying back from the force of a Falcon Punch, which sends her flying towards the opposing team's corner. Artemis takes a couple of steps back and sizes her opponent up for the Violence Party, but Skylynn never gives her the chance; instead, she draws the ire of the crowd by slipping out of the ring to confer with her manager, Alexander Underwood.

Artemis, however, is not about to let her do that. The Champ for Life promptly steps out of the ring herself to chase the pair, and easily catches up to them by cutting them off. She lunges towards Skylynn...

...only to get decked by a punch!

The fans boo as Skylynn semi-conspicuously gives Alexander whatever she is holding in her fist, revealing the ruse. Still, the referee did not see it, and therefore does not make any call as Skylynn rolls her opponent back into the ring!

With Artemis seemingly out cold, it is easy for the Champion to – finally- assert her dominance. Skylynn picks Artemis up and floors her with a side belly-to-belly suplex, before rolling to her feet and flexing, in imitation of Leoni. 

This, predictably, only makes the fans boo louder, but Skylynn does not seem particularly bothered, and instead simply picks her opponent up again, flooring her with a snap suplex. She rolls back through to her feet once more, and picks up Artemis, only to floor her again with a snap poweslam. A smirk appears on her lips as the fans boo ever more and more.

With her opponent down and seemingly still out cold, Skylynn decides it is time to end this. The boos rain down as she begins to ascend the turnbuckle, looks down at Skylynn, chuckles, and takes off with a Koopa Kick double stomp to her opponent's chest! The move connects, and Skylynn pulls Artemis towards the centre of the ring for a cover!

---Blaise breaks it up!!!

The fans roar as the Champion and her contender come face to face once again. No contact has time to occur, however, as the referee promptly intervenes to send Blaise back to her corner. The Number One Contender seems happy to comply, again waving at Skylynn and mouthing 'soon.'

Once again, however, the Champion's reaction is nonchalant, as Skylynn simply tells Blaise to 'watch this' as she turns back around to face her opponent...

...only to get floored by a leaping lariat, courtesy of Artemis's astonishing reflexes! The desperation move connects, and the Champ 4 Life crawls over for a cover!

---Leoni to the rescue yet again, as she breaks it up!

There follow a long few seconds in which both women simply lie on the mat, each unable to move. The referee, at first busy evicting Leoni, gives them a few seconds, but soon begins the usual ten-count.

FOUR!!

Skylynn begins to pull herself to a vertical position!

FIVE!

Artemis is sitting up!

With both women having answered the call, the referee stops the count, and instead allows Artemis and Skylynn to each separately seek the safety of the ropes. This they each do, on opposite sides, and a moment later they are both up, although on jelly legs.

Still, the match must continue, and in this case it is Artemis who takes the reins, stumbling across the ring to reach for the equally-groggy Skylynn and whip her to the ropes. She stumbles as she sends her opponent flying across, however, and Skylynn manages to reverse it, throwing Artemis against the turnbuckle..

...where Blaise taps her shoulder, tagging herself in before taking Skylynn out with a punch to the face!!

The Champ for Life is stunned at this turn of events, and glowers at her partner and silently demanding an explanation. Blaise is happy to offer one, and is visibly seen and heard mouthing 'you're in no state...' but Artemis is having none of it. She allows the Coventry native to step in, but looks visibly disgruntled as she retreats behind her team's corner.

The fans, on the other hand, are anything but disgruntled. On the contrary, they're ecstatic, as the Champion and her contender finally find themselves one on one inside the squared circle – nevermind the fact that one half of the equation is currently barely conscious!

Blaise certainly does not seem to mind, as she brings Skylynn to her feet and throws her over with a snap suplex! She rolls through to her feet and drops an elbow on the Champion for good measure, before once again bringing Skylynn to a vertical position, sets her up with her head between her legs and lifts her up for her alley oop facebuster, the Fade Away! The move connects, and Skylynn goes sprawling over!

Before Blaise can cover, however, Leoni Frei decides to interfere, entering the fray again and making a beeline for Blaise. The Coventry native is ready, however, and dodges her attack, running over to the safety of her corner...

...to find nobody there!

Blaise looks around frantically, seeking to spot Artemis, as across the ring, the referee admonishes Leoni. The Swiss has no qualms arguing with the official, and this is what ends up buying Blaise some time to locate her partner...making her way up the ramp to the back!

The look of betrayal the cameras catch on Blaise's face tells the whole story; she is now alone against two unscrupulous females and their manager. A moment later, however, her face takes on an expression of resolve, as she does not let the odds faze her. She steps in towards Skylynn and, despite the lost momentum, attempts to continue the match. She pulls the Champion to her feet...

...and gets her eyes raked for good measure!

The fans once again begin to boo as Blaise goes stumbling back and Skylynn regains control of the match somewhat. The Champion is still groggy, but sufficiently aware to run at her opponent with a series of forearm shots. These connect, and Skylynn is then able to whip Blaise across. The Coventry native bounces off, and Sky goes for the Bank Shot superkick...

...but Blaise dodges! The crowd cheers as the Coventry native lets her momentum carry her to the ropes...

...only to be tripped by Alexander Underwood!

The boos intensify as Skylynn profits from this moment – which the referee did not see – to bring Blaise to her feet and deliver a Northern Lights suplex. She bridges it, and the referee counts!

ONE!

TWO!

TH—NO! Blaise kicks out!

The fans cheer as their favourite survives, but Skylynn is far from best pleased. She lets out a shriek as she brings Blaise to her feet again and throws her towards the far corner, where Leoni discreetly grabs her arms/ Skylynn is therefore unopposed as she reaches the turnbuckle and places Blaise on top of it, either struggling or making a show of it to further mock her opponent. Either way, she makes it to the top, and goes about setting Blaise up for a superplex...

...only for the Number One Contender to rock her with a headbutt! Skylynn holds on and goes to reply with one of her own, but Blaise is quicker, and lands another one, even harder! This time, try as she might, Skylynn cannot keep her balance, and falls to the mat, apparently only semi-conscious! 

From there, everything happens with incredible rapidity. Leoni Frei, when she spots what is happening, seeks to throw Blaise off the turnbuckle, but is instead met with an elbow to the face, which rocks her! A second takes advantage of her off-balance position to throw her off the apron, and she goes crashing down....onto Alexander Underwood! Both go down, and the crowd explode as Blaise has evened the odds for herself!

It is not over yet, however; there is still a match to win – and Blaise now has the space to try and do just that. Knowing this is her opening, the Coventry native does not dally, launching off the top with her trademark senton bomb, the Blaise of Glory! Being too groggy to react, Skylynn does not seek to counter, and the move connects – to the delight of the fans at the O2 Empire! Blaise scurries on top of Skylynn, and the referee counts.

The Empire explodes as Blaise Fader defeats the odds and gets a pin on the UKWF Champion!
