Once again, the scene cut to the backstage where Katherine Kensington was standing by with Hunt By Night. Based on the expressions on their faces, they’re rather frustrated with the outcome of their match earlier in the night. “Ladies and gentlemen,” Katherine began, “I’m Katherine Kensington, here with two women who were considered to be one of the favorites to win the whole London Tag Grand Prix, Night Train Ayano and Gaia Galanos; Hunt By Night.” Katherine turned to Gaia Galanos who was standing beside her while Night Train paced in the background. “Ladies, in light of everything that has happened here tonight, how does it feel that you lost by countout to the eventual winners and thus the newly minted UKWF Tag Team Champions, Love & Hate?”
As the microphone was placed before Gaia, she remained silent for just a moment, collecting her thoughts. “How does it feel, Katherine,” Gaia reiterated the question. “In all honesty, it sucks. I don’t even understand how Love & Hate could be satisfied with a countout victory. Let’s not get anything twisted, congratulations to the newly crowned UKWF Tag Team Champions, but they aren’t safe.”
Night Train bounced up to the microphone with a flourish fist shaking. “Oh no, they not safe by damn sight, like a freshman girl on prom night you better be verrrrrrrry careful! Let me ask question okay, Love Juice and Haterade? You get countout win okay, you think you cool? Know what you did not do? Pin Night Train; submit Gaia G. I put it on you like this…. You think you kiss pig and call that makin’ bacon? No you just dirty pig kisser! Hold onto belt, but you hold onto that gold VERY lightly. Why? Answer obvious. We coming for you, Yin Yang Twin!”. Night Train threw her hands in the air and ran more circles in the background.
Katherine Kensington cleared her throat and looked around trying to make sure she didn't lose control of the interview space. “Ah, well then… I understand this is heat of the moment type stuff. So beyond the London Tag Grand Prix, what does the future hold for this team specifically… Gaia and Night Train?”
Galanos looked over her shoulder at her partner who was still pacing behind her. When her eyes turned back to meet the camera lens, the former GPW World Champion only had one thing to say, “The UKWF Tag Team Championships.” As Night Train turned to walk back the other way, Gaia Galanos met her in stride as they walked off of the set, leaving Katherine to her own devices.
“Well, I think it’s safe to say that it’s very clear that Hunt By Night has no intention to give up on their goal of becoming the Tag Team Champions,” Katherine said, “For Hunt By Night, I’m Katherine Kensington.” With that, the feed cut out.
