The opening chords of the Rezillos' 'Somebody's Gonna Get Their Heads Kicked In Tonight', set over footage of UKWF superstars performing moves against a Union Jack background, welcomes viewers to another live stream by the United Kingdom Wrestling Federation. A moment later, the title of this week's show appears front and centre on viewers' screens:
UKWF MOMENT OF TRUTH
Another few seconds, and streamers find themselves inside the York Hall, a spacious leisure centre and sports hall. A larger venue than UKWF has occupied thus far, the Hall is nonetheless considerably populated, and the camera catches some of the best fan-made posters in the stands:
'ALL ABOARD THE BRUISE CRUISE' 'URSULA WILL FACE THE STORM' 'BIG GIRLS DO IT BETTER'
From there, the feed quickly moves over to the announce table, where the usual duo are at hand to greet home viewers:
Barry Jones: 'Allo, guys! Baz 'ere, an' with me like always, the gorgeous Kerry! How's you, my luv?
Kerry giggles, visibly flustering:
Kerry Buckingham: ...blushing now, thanks to you, you awful man!
As the announcer takes a moment to compose herself, her partner picks up the slack:
Baz: An' folks, we've been waitin' f'r this a bloomin' long time, an' it's finally 'appenin' tonight! Sterling Everett an' Sky Reed, one on one, f'r the bloomin' title!
Kerry appears to have recovered as she interjects:
Kerry: Yes, my darling Sterling will become Champion this evening, thank you very much! And Rupie and Nigel will get one back on those horrid Asian girls! Did you see how rude they were to them?!
Baz: I didn' see it, but I don't think either of 'em matches is that easy to call, luv...
Kerry: Of course they are! And so is the one with that Master girl against that insufferable Gaia...I shan't give my thoughts on that one, however.
Baz: 'Ow come...?
Kerry: Because I could not care less about it!
Baz shrugs:
Baz: Fair 'nough. But ladies an' gentlemen, there's gunner be a lot more matches tonight than just those! Includin' that big gel takin' on that Storm lad, a tag team match between four ticked off ladies, an' more! Better get ready, 'cause this one's takin' off!
Just then, as if on cue, a theme song starts up on the arena speakers, officially getting the evening's action under way!

"Touch of Death" roars through the PA and the York Hall crowd immediately boos in unison. The boos intensify even more as Sylar Drake steps out on the entrance ramp, dressed in jeans and the new Fear & Loathing in the UK t-shirt. He walks straight to the ring where he grabs the microphone from Katherine Kensington before she can even introduce him and tells her to go away.
Sylar Drake: Who is... Sylar Drake? People were surprised by what they saw from me at Blood & Iron. So violent, so vicious, so... twisted. Let me tell you, this is the REAL Sylar Drake.
The crowd boos loudy again.
Sylar Drake: I know how you used to know me. An all smiles, happy go lucky guy. People loved him. Sadly, some people who he considered friends decided to sacrifice him, they nailed him up on a cross and let him die there. But the old Sylar Drake died... So the real Sylar Drake could live. Fear and Loathing in the UK are back... the competition is eliminated... and there's one more accomplishment left. The UKWF Championship. It will be ours soon.
Drake drops the mic and leaves the ring as his music reprises, and the sound of it mixed with thunderous boos. The boos turn to cheers a moment later, however, as Skylar's theme song changes to Ursula Areano's, signalling the first match of the night is about to begin!

Storm v Ursula Areano
Before the match starts, Ursula offers Storm a handshake, but Mark is wary of his opponent and declines it. The smile on the Argentinian's face therefore fades into a more determined, stern expression, as Ursula gets ready to fight. A moment later, the two contenders lock up!
Being the much bigger man, Storm easily gains advantage, and is able to set up and perform a double underhook suplex on Ursula. The Argentinian goes flying over, and Storm wastes no time rolling to his feet and following up with a running low dropkick, which catches the recovering Ursula on the head! The Queen of Lucha drops back down to the mat, as Storm brings himself to a vertical position and seeks to continue his spell of momentum.
As Ursula is getting to her feet, she finds herself being dragged up by her opponent, who then hits her with a vicious forearm shot! Ursula reels, and Storm performs a picture-perfect swinging neckbreaker, taking the Argentinian down yet again! As he rolls to his feet, he can be heard shouting 'OPENING MATCH?!?', an exclamation which meets with a mixed reaction from the crowd.
Not wasting too long with his personal hang-ups, the face-painted international superstar quickly goes to pick up Ursula once again – but this time, the female half of the matchup is ready. Ursula fights back with one punch to the gut after another, at first only staggering Storm, but then effectively making him reel, long enough for Ursula to capitalise with a spinning heel kick and send him against the ropes! The Argentinian then quickly launches into a flying forearm, but Storm ducks, reversing it into a big back body drop that sends Ursula sprawling to the outside!
Seizing his chance, Storm vaults over the ropes and onto the apron. From there, he quickly springboards into a moonsault, which he transitions into an inverted DDT, planting Ursula face-first on the arena floor! Both athletes feel the impact of the move, and the referee begins a ten-count!

Ursula manages to stay on her feet, and rushes into the ring after Mark!

As the referee stops the count, Mark turns around to find Ursula coming at him like a freight train! A punch to the indie veteran's face lands! Then another! And another! Mark is pushed back to the ropes by the Queen of Lucha's determined efforts! The crowd gets behind Ursula as she transitions from the punches into a leaping forearm, pinning Storm against the turnbuckle!
As the veteran reels from the impact, Ursula takes a few steps back and takes off with her handspring splash, pinning him against the turnbuckle again! Storm staggers out of the corner again, and the Queen of Lucha catches him with a float-over DDT! A cover ensues!
ONE!

--Storm kicks out!
Ursula does not seem too fazed, and actually steps back as Storm returns to his feet. Once the globe-trotter turns around, the reasons for this become clear, as the Argentinian cocks her fist back and steps forward with a Fist Of Fury! Storm goes down yet again, and another cover ensues!
ONE!
TWO!
TH—NO!!!
Storm kicks out at the last second!!!
This time, frustration does cross Areano's face, but still she does not let up on her quest to snatch a long-overdue victory. Instead, she takes to the turnbuckle, perching atop it as she waits for Storm to get to his feet. Once he does, she launches off into a headscissors...
...but finds herself caught in a spinebuster instead, as Storm reverses!
With the momentum back on his side, it is the globetrotting athlete's turn to begin climbing the turnbuckle. He looks down at his fallen opponent for a moment, then gestures to the crowd, letting them know what is coming. The York Hall gives a deafening reaction as Storm takes off with the Fall From Heaven elbow drop...
...and finds nobody home! Ursula has managed to roll out just in time!
After the missed high-impact attempt, both athletes stay down for a long moment, Ursula recovering from the spinebuster and Mark from the missed elbow drop. Eventually, however, the two push themselves to their feet – Ursula with the help of the ropes, Mark on his own – and turn towards each other, ready to restart the match.
As they start over, Mark is ever-so-slightly faster to recover; as such, when Ursula turns to face him, she finds him charging at her. She prepares for impact, but Mark merely reaches for her, grabbing her and sending her towards the opposite turnbuckle. He then runs in with a big splash, which the Argentinian is just too slow to avoid! It is Ursula's turn to find herself staggering out of the corner, as Mark runs across to bounce off the ropes on the other side. Then, propulsed by his own momentum, he jumps into the air, fist cocked back in a Superman punch...
...only for Ursula to somehow leap in, grab his head while in mid-air, and reverse the attempted Superman punch into a jumping cutter! Tempest Turn connects from out of nowhere, and both wrestlers fall to the mat!
At first, it does not seem as though Ursula will be able to capitalise on her impressive feat, as the Argentinian is seen in close-up, catching her breath. It does not take more than a second or two, however, before she painstakingly crawls over for the cover. The referee drops down and counts...
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
And Ursula Areano does what she had promised, bouncing back from her losing streak with a huge win!
WINNER in 8:42: Ursula Areano

Before the next match begins, viewers at home are treated to a recap of the Divas of Dominance's impactful introduction two weeks prior. The three women and their manager are seen sneak-attacking Two Old Bastards with steel chairs, at the end of Curt and Chris's own debut, and introducing themselves to a booing Cre8 Lifestyle Centre. A moment later, the feed cuts back to ringside, to follow the inevitable match between the two teams!
Divas of Dominance v Two Old Bastards
Right from the onset, this match is a numbers' game, as Kelly Garrett and Alison Beck make a point of reminding the referee and fans of their presence. It is the Alexander Sisters, however, who will be wrestling, and Jamie starts things off against the smaller of the two Bastards, Curt Durrington.
Despite being the smaller man on his team, Curt still has a considerable size and weight advantage over Jamie, and he displays it straight away. As Jamie rushes in with a clothesline, he slips behind and lands a German suplex to the Diva of Dominance. He rolls through to his feet, brings Jamie up by her hair, and lands a fisherman suplex! He rolls through again and, before Jamie can recover, picks her up into a belly to belly suplex! He then walks over to tag in Chris Lee.
'The Icon' comes in with just as much impact as his partner, and nearly takes Jamie's head off with a running lariat by way of a greeting card. He lets his momentum carry him to the ropes, bounces off, and executes a leg drop on Jamie! He chooses not to cover, and picks the Diva up instead, in a gorilla press position...
...but Jamie evades before he can slam her!
Chris immediately picks himself up, but is just a second too late to prevent the legal Alexander sister from running to the corner and tagging in her twin. Jessie comes in with a diving cross body off the top rope, but Chris floors her with a European uppercut! The crowd cheer as Jessie goes down, and Chris signals for the gutwrench powerbomb!
Before 'The Icon' can pick the Alexander sister up, however, Kelly Garrett gets on the apron, threatening to come in and save her team member. This, of course, forces the referee to tell her off, but the smallest of the Divas of Dominance is being rather insistent, and the official has his hands full. This, in turn, allows Alison Beck to slink around the other end of the ring, slip in undetected, and land a savage kick to Chris Lee's nether regions! The crowd boos as the veteran, caught midway through executing his signature move, crumples to his knees, dropping Jessie like a dead weight as he goes. Curt Durrington enters the ring and attempts to take out Beck, but it is too late – the shot has been landed, and Lee is now incapable of anything other than clutching his genitals in agony!
It is at this point that the referee turns around and sees Curt and Alison in the ring. Mindful of his job, the official ejects both of them, sending Durrington to his corner and ordering Beck off the ring. He then gives the signal for the match to continue, but what he has not noticed is that the Alexander Sisters have swapped places in the fracas – rather than the still-groggy Jessie, the somewhat recovered Jamie is now the legal woman!
With the referee none the wiser, Jamie is able to land a top-rope missile dropkick on Chris Lee, taking him down. With the big wrestler still clutching his sensitive parts and grimacing, the Alexander sister then slingshots off the ropes into a lionsault, and a cover!
ONE!
TWO!
...Chris Lee just about gets his shoulder up!!
Jamie wastes no time bemoaning this, however, and immediately begins to climb the turnbuckle. Understanding what her sister is intending to do, Jessie reaches up to pick up her sister and hold her in a horizontal position above her head. A moment later, she launches Jessie onto Chris Lee with the Sydney Sunset rocket launcher! As the 'legal' Alexander sister lands on the big man, she places her feet on the ropes for leverage, a subterfuge the referee does not notice as he drops down for the count!
ONE!
TWO!
Curt Durrington comes in to try and break up the pin, but Kelly Garrett runs interference, putting him off just long enough for...
THREE!
And the Divas of Dominance underhand their way into a debut win at UKWF!

Alexander Xael v Kris Halich
Shortly after the Divas of Dominance have left, amid a chorus of boos, newcomer Alexander Xael comes out for his match against notoriously unreliable veteran Kris Halich. He once again makes a point of saying, just like in his video, that he hopes Kris is in the building tonight, as he has not seen him backstage. He tells Halich that, if he is indeed present, now is the time to prove he is not a fluke or a flake, and come out to face him like a man. Then, both he and the referee turn to look at the still-empty ramp, waiting to see what will happen.
As the seconds elapse, it is rather evident that Halich will not be coming out, and that he may not even have turned up for this evening's event. Xael is seen giving a dry chuckle and shaking his head in disbelief as the referee begins a ten count.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
FOUR!
FIVE!
SIX!
SEVEN!
EIGHT!
NINE!
TEN!
The crowd boos the absent Halich as the referee goes to lift Alexander Xael's hand, signalling a forfeit victory that the Baby-Faced Assassin does not seem best pleased about.
Before he can do so, however, an unexpected figure appears on the ramp, microphone in hand and shapely girlfriend in tow. The crowd's boos intensify as Gav the Chav snidely remarks that it is not fair that Xael gets handed a win like that, without even competing. The local athlete then goes on to add that Xael is not better than anyone else, and that if he wants to be a winner this evening, he will need to get past the hardest lad in London! He then, to the dismay of everyone in attendance, strips off his Adidas jacket and Millwall football top and slips into the ring, engaging Xael! The referee seems hesitant at first, but eventually signals for the bell, getting this impromptu replacement match under way!
Alexander Xael v Gav the Chav
The initial moments of this match belong to Gav, who takes it to the Baby-Faced Assassin with punches to the head! Xael is initially caught off-guard, but quickly manages to even the odds, and begins to give as good as he is getting. The two brawl around the ring for a few moments before Xael is able to dodge one of Gav's punches and transition into a Russian legsweep! The Londoner goes down, and Xael immediately makes for the turnbuckle. He leaps off with a beautiful split-legged moonsault, but Gav just about manages to break it by putting his knees up! Xael therefore lands awkwardly, and spends the next few seconds on the mat, clutching his mid-section.
Seeing his opening, Gav makes eye contact with his girlfriend at ringside, and Shazza gives a nod in return. As Gav goes to pick up Xael and locks him in a straitjacket hold, being careful to keep his back to the referee so as to block his view, the shapely beautician reaches into her purse and brings out a bottle of perfume. Gav brings Xael closer to the ropes, and the duo's intentions become clear. The crowd begin to boo the devious couple...
...only to cheer a moment later, when Xael moves his head to the side just enough, so that the squirt of perfume hits Gav instead!
The Londoner's yelps of agony are clearly audible across the York Hall, as he staggers around the ring in agony. Shazza is equally as audible as she apologises profusely, but it is unclear whether Gav is even processing the apology. As for Xael, he seizes his chance, and promptly lunges forward with a superkick! Night Night connects!
The Baby-Faced Assassin goes for the cover, but Shazza leaps onto the apron, distracting the referee. Still angry about the distractions in the previous match, the official has no qualms ejecting the hairdresser, who can be heard shrieking epithets at him in a rough cockney accent before the camera catches her flipping him the trademark British sign with two fingers held up in a 'V' – 'up yours'! The official remains steadfast, however, and ensures the valet is safely through the curtain before turning his attention back to the match.
This, of course, has lost Xael the opportunity to cover, but the Baby-Faced Assassin does not seem too fazed. Instead, he leans in to pick up the only-just-recovering Gav and drapes him across his back. A moment later, the crucifix driver Xael calls 'How Do Ya Like Me Now?' connects, and Gav lands on the mat back first! With no distractions this time, the Baby-Faced Assassin covers, and the referee drops for the count.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
And Gav is made to swallow his words, as Alexander Xael debuts with a win despite the change of opponent!
WINNER in 02:05: Alexander Xael

Before the next match begins, fans are given a quick overview of the feud which has been rapidly developing between joshi fan-favourites Team PRD and arrogant local representatives the Best of British. From Rupert Royston-Fellowes' less than respectful comments ahead of their first encounter to the Brits' controversial decision to abandon the match, and PRD's strong reaction to it, the video montage does a good job of setting the stage for the rematch between the two teams. A moment later, the feed cuts back to ringside, to document that exact match-up!
Team PRD v The Best of British
The match begins with Nigel The Third and June as legal man and woman for their respective teams. Straight away, the two go for one another, with no love lost! June attempts a clothesline, but Nigel easily dodges, and comes up behind the joshi, throwing her over with a German suplex! June scrambles to her feet, but gets caught in a powerslam from Nigel! He brings the joshi back up to her feet and once again suplexes her, this time with a belly-to-belly! May shouts encouragement to her team mate, but to no avail, as June struggles against the larger man.
Completely in control, Nigel throws June against the Best of British's corner before running in and hitting a low dropkick! June slumps to the mat, and Nigel coolly tags in his partner.
As soon as he enters the ring, Rupert seeks to build on what his partner started. He brings June to her feet and applies a series of chops, each bringing a jeer of derision from the crowd. Rupert manages to shake this reaction off admirably, as he lands a headbutt to June, making her reel. With Rupert's back blocking the referee's view, the two Brits also take the opportunity to cheat, with Nigel wrapping the tag rope around June's throat to cut off her circulation. The joshi once again slumps against the corner, and Rupert arrogantly places a foot across her larynx in a foot choke. This brings the referee over to admonish him, which in turn leads to the official getting an earful from the Royston-Fellowes heir. Not wanting to get disqualified, Rupert stops just short of actually pushing the referee, but is otherwise quite vocal in his protestations – all while, behind him, Nigel takes the chance to wear Junko down with the tag rope some more...
Eventually, Rupert makes a show of relenting, and turns his attention back to June. After exchanging glances with Nigel, he bends down, picks her up, and places her on the top turnbuckle. He then begins to climb it himself, obviously looking for a superplex...
...only for June to suddenly spring to life, and start delivering punches to the blond Brit's head!
ONETWOTHREEFOURFIVESIXSEVENEIGHTNINETEN punches land before Nigel can so much as react to the joshi's assault on his partner! By the time the Brit goes to react, it is too late, as June is setting herself free by way of a headscissors takedown! Rupert lands back-first on the mat and June wastes no time staggering across the apron to tag in May!
The more technically-minded half of Team PRD comes in all guns blazing, catching the onrushing Rupert with a short-arm clothesline! She lets her momentum carry her through to Best of British's corner, and applies one to Nigel as well, knocking him off the apron and to the floor! The crowd explode as the Brit goes down, and May holds up a fist in acknowledgment, pumping it to demonstrate her happiness!
The joshi does not spend too long celebrating, however; she knows she has a match to win, and goes about doing so. And not a moment too soon, either, as Rupert had a superkick ready for her, which the idol just manages to forward-roll out of the way of! Rupert quickly catches himself and turns around, but too late – May is already lunging forward with a one-armed bulldog, planting the blond! She rolls to her feet and once again pumps both her arms, clearly pleased with herself!
It does not take more than another moment, however, before she is back on offence. After checking to see Nigel is still down for the count, she brings Rupert up and begins to apply chops to the groggy Brit. Unlike what had happened earlier with Rupert, the crowd cheer for each of the joshi's blows, and explode as May lands a back kick square to the bigger man's chest, taking him down yet again!
After making sure Nigel is still down for the count, May tags in June. As the lighter half of PRD comes into the ring, May brings Rupert to his feet, only to hip toss him! Then, she does the same to June, hip-tossing her onto Rupert for a pinning predicament! June covers!
ONE!
TWO!
--shoulder up from Rupert!
Despite their failure to win the match, the two PRD members do not seem too concerned by this turn of events. Instead, they high-five one another before May returns to her corner, leaving June to continue working on Rupert.
And continue the joshi does, as she drops an elbow on the blond Best of British member. She then signals to the crowd, who respond approvingly, and takes off towards the far set of ropes, springboarding into a gorgeous moonsault! Another cover ensues!
ONE!
TWO!
THR---NO!!! Last second kickout by Rupert Royston-Fellowes!!
June rolls to her feet, trying to keep kawaii and not show her frustration, and instead signals to the crowd again. She gives Rupert some time to pull himself to his feet, then backs up towards the ropes, looking to get a running start for some sort of athletic move. She steadies herself, prepares to take off...
...and has her leg pulled by a recovered Nigel Kensington III, tripping her! May yells out, alerting the referee, who is just in time to see the illegal man of the Best of British pulling the legal woman of PRD out of the ring and restraining her! He immediately signals for the bell, granting PRD yet another bittersweet victory, this time by disqualification!!
WINNERS by disqualification in 5:50: Team PRD
Despite having lost yet again, the Best of British do not seem too fazed. Rather than protest the decision or otherwise vent their frustration, the two simple regroup outside the ring, where Nigel still has the defenceless Junko trapped. Rupert is therefore free to repeatedly punch the smaller woman in the stomach, as she cries out in pain and the fans vehemently voice their displeasure. A moment later, the blond exchanges a glance with his tag team partner and the two nod at each other. Nigel then releases Junko, who scrambles to get away, but finds herself at the receiving end of a Rude Awakening, simultaneously getting hit by a dropkick from Nigel and a Superkick from Rupert!!
It is as the high-flying half of PRD is crumpling to the floor that her partner engages both men, seemingly having no qualms fighting them both by herself. The element of surprise works in her favour for a few seconds, as Rupert and Nigel process what is happening, but soon the scrappier half of UKWF's most kawaii duo is suffering the same fate as her partner.
With the two PRD members out for the count, and a team of medics rushing in to assist them, the Best of British consider their job done, and prepare to leave ringside. As they retreat to the back, the odd paper cup or empty pick and mix bag is flung at them from the stands, but the two merely shrugs these assaults off, shielding themselves in the satisfaction of a job well done. A moment later, as PRD are being stretchered out of the ringside area, the feed cuts to yet another promotional package.

Sophia Halter v Noah Fox Once both wrestlers enter the ring, Noah Fox seems rather occupied with showing off to the crowd who don’t really care for him in the first place. Meanwhile, Sophia Halter seems to just observe him until he turns to her and finds himself on the receiving end of a running dropkick sending him into the turnbuckle, turning the boos to cheers almost instantly!
Sophia waste no time continuing the assault by laying in the punches to Noah in the corner until he drops to a seated position. At this point, the referee reaches a 4 count, forcing Halter to back off, but then she turns back, pushes the referee out of her path, charges in, and hits a hesitation dropkick!
Halter goes on to control the match by utilizing a body scissors, but after a moment of being it, Fox opts to take the dirty way out by raking the eyes then escaping the lock. That’s when Noah begins his offensive by putting the boots to Sophia and talking smack to her. With a slap to the back of the head, he lifts her from the ground then hits her with a European Uppercut, staggering her.
For a few minutes, he puts his technical prowess on display by grounding Sophia with a powerful double-leg takedown! Sophia quickly turns over so he can’t go for the pin, but Noah transitions in circles over her, slapping her on the back of the head multiple times in a display of dominance.
After a couple of crossface forearms, he deadlift German Suplexes Sophia with ease, bridging into the pin, but only getting a two count. Before Halter can get back to her feet after the pinfall attempt; however, Noah goes back to work with the boots, grounding her again.
She quickly gets to her feet, though, once more only to have him yank her hair backwards into a Mat Slam, gaining a groan from the crowd by the sound of the impact. At this point, Noah believes he has the match well in hand so he opts to mouth off to the audience as he’s lifting Sophia by the hair again, giving her the opening to catch him as he turns his attention back to her by spitting her Blood Mist in his face!
The referee, realizing it’s her actual blood, doesn’t disqualify Sophia. Noah, intelligently, rolls out of the ring, rubbing his eyes. When he opens them again, he looks at his hands and sees the blood. He’s clearly disgusted and psyched out by this as he quickly grabs a bottle of water from the nearest fan and flushes his eyes out along with his hands.
Unfortunately for Noah, Sophia isn’t patient enough to wait around for his bath to finish as she rebounds off the far ropes, charges toward the ropes, and leaps clear over the top rope with a flying crossbody. The crowd is awestruck as she connects cleaning, causing Fox’s body to be crushed by her own on the outside.
That’s when the “Sophia!” chants begin to fill the arena, but she pays them no mind as she waste little time getting Fox back to his feet and goes to throw him into the ring steps, but she gets reversed and, instead, meets the steps herself with a loud thud!
As the referee is counting, Noah Fox displays that intelligence again as he rolls in to break the count then back out to continue his assault on Sophia by sending her this time into the barricade. Sophia, surprisingly, though, begins to fight back despite the impact, but she’s stopped short with a thumb to the eyes.
Realizing that outside of the ring is more Sophia’s territory, he quickly rolls her back into the ring. As he’s getting into the ring, Sophia quickly gets back to her feet and goes to attack, but the agile Noah Fox catches her by pulling her throat down across the ropes, grounding her once more.
Seeing his opportunity, Fox quickly leaps to the apron and pulls himself to the top rope before leaping off in an attempt to hit his patented Double Foot Stomp, the Cash Drop! Sophia rolls out of the way, though, stunning Noah’s legs and causing him to fall to the ground in pain.
Unfortunately, Sophia is too beaten up to follow up so the referee starts the count. At 6, they are both on their feet and begin trading blows. The crowd is clearly into the match as they yell “AY!” for Sophia and “BOO!” for Noah. Sophia gets the upperhand much to the delight of the audience. She backs him into the ropes until the referee calls for her to back off and has to get in between them, that’s when Fox takes the opportunity to get a cheap shot in by punching her over the referee’s shoulder, getting jeers from the crowd.
As Noah goes to continue his attack though, Sophia surprises him with some technical prowess of her own by ducking behind him and catching him with her release German Suplex, Shut up!!
As Noah’s trying to get to his feet again, though, she grabs his arms and spins him into a Straight Jacket Choke AKA Million Voices! The crowd is on their feet as Noah seems like he’s clearly ready to give up! He yells out “NO!” to the referee, but surely he can’t hold out much longer! That’s when Sophia transitions it into a Camel Clutch form of her Straight Jacket Choke!
DING! DING! DING!
The bell rings as the crowd cheers, but when Katherine Kensington comes on the microphone, she explains the actual situation.
Katherine Kensington: Ladies and gentlemen, a stop has been called to this match due to a time limit draw!
The audience doesn’t seem at all too pleased with this and neither does Sophia as she reluctantly releases the lock and shoves Noah to the ground, who wisely rolls out of the ring to get to his feet. He seems a bit relieved as well, but Sophia then says a few choice words to the referee before exiting the ring.
RESULT: Time limit draw (10:00) [/b][/i][/span][/div]

Before the next match begins, viewers at home are treated to a video package detailing the growing rivalry between Blaise Fader and Juliet Black. From their inaugural encounter, and Juliet's controversial win, through the four-way the two participated in, and ending in Juliet's accidental gifting of a win to her rival at Blood and Iron, the package does a good job of explaining how the tension between the two athletes escalated. The reason for the upcoming tag match - Juliet's accidental disqualification, and Tamara's involvement to prevent the post-match beatdown - is also explained in detail, perfectly setting the scene for the match which begins as soon as the camera returns to ringside! Blaise Fader & Tamara Thomas v Juliet Black & Hazel Overton
Tamara Thomas and Hazel Overton start this one off for their respective teams – and Hazel, with a chip on her shoulder and a point to prove, wastes no time going on offence! She runs at Tamara and hits a dropkick, taking the celebrity down before dropping a shoulder on her. She then drops another shoulder across Tamara's midsection, wearing her down, before picking her back up and delivering a crisp snap suplex. As Tamara goes flying overhead, Hazel taunts the crowd, who respond vocally.
The youngest Overton sister does not allow herself to get distracted, however, and is soon stalking her opponent again. Tamara, who had just been picking herself up near the ropes, therefore finds herself pulled into a sleeper hold attempt in the centre of the ring. Hazel tries to take the celebrity down to the mat, so she can add bodyscissors to the move, but Tamara says no with a stomach to the gut, which rocks Hazel just enough to allow her to break free. The celebrity promptly bounces off the ropes into a spinning heel kick, taking Hazel down. She follows this up with a standing moonsault, before realising her and her opponent are too close to the ropes to cover. She therefore elects to go up on the top rope, looking to hit Hazel with her flying dropkick, the Tap Dance. She launches off...
...but hits only the mat, as Hazel rolls out of the way!
Having dodged her opponent's attack, the Overton sister takes the opportunity to powder out of the ring, giving Tamara a wide berth as she regroups. The fans begin to boo, and Tamara herself does not seem best pleased, as she yells at her opponent to return to the ring. Only after she has reached the safety of her corner, however, does Hazel make any sort of attempt to return to the ring; not wanting to risk getting counted out, she pulls herself up onto the apron and prepares to re-enter the fray...
...only for Juliet Black to blind-tag herself in!
Hazel stares in disbelief as Dublin Trouble forcibly inserts herself into the match, going directly after Tamara. The celebrity thinks on her feet, and prepares to greet the self-proclaimed Queen of the Ring with a flying back forearm, but Juliet is having none of it, and easily dodges. Tamara just about manages to break her own fall, but when she clambers back to her feet...
CLIT
PLEX
CONNECTING!!!
Juliet lets out a scream of satisfaction as her trademark move – which she had promised both Blaise and Tamara – successfully connects, sending 'America's Sweetheart' flying overhead. Then, not wasting too much time patting herself on the back, she stalks over, picks Tamara up yet again, and rakes her eyes for good measure before dropping her with a belly-to-clitplex! She covers!
ONE!
TWO!
--Tamara kicks out!
Angry that she could not put the celebrity away, Juliet begins to punish Tamara with stomps. The referee comes over to tell her to stop, only to get his third earful of the evening. Like before, however, he stands firm, denying Juliet no matter how much she protests. As such, and rather than shout herself hoarse, Dublin Trouble chooses instead to return her focus to her opponent...
...only to find her about to tag in Blaise!
With a yell of 'oh no. you don't!', Juliet pulls Tamara back to the centre of the ring. She then drops down, attempting to lock in her Fade to Black chickenwing, but Tamara manages to roll over onto her back before the move can be locked in. She then kicks out, sending Juliet reeling, and uses the few seconds' respite to tag in Blaise!
As soon as she sees her rival entering the ring, Juliet forgets everything else. With a cry of rage, she makes a beeline for Blaise, looking to pin her to the corner with the series of strikes she calls the Violence Party! Blaise, however, is ready, and meets her with a big boot, which doubles the Irishwoman over! As Juliet doubles over, Blaise sets her up for a sitout powerbomb, which connects a moment later! Blaise keeps Juliet's shoulder pinned to the mat, and the referee slides over for the count! ONE!
TWO!
...Hazel comes in to break up the pin!
As Blaise starts over, and Hazel returns to her corner, the younger Overton sister can be heard telling Juliet, in no uncertain terms, that she 'owes her' now. It is doubtful whether the Irishwoman is even hearing her, however – especially as she is currently being subjected to a flurry of chops from Blaise! The crowd gleefully 'woo's' along with each one, then cheers as Blaise Irish Whips Juliet to the corner and barrels in with a running splash!
As the Coventry native comes out of the corner, however, she seems to be struggling. She claws at her face wildly, and when she removes her hands a moment later, fans in attendance and at home understand why: Juliet has just spat her gum in Blaise's face! With her rival distracted, Dublin Trouble prepares to once again capitalise...
...only for Hazel to blind-tag herself in, retaliating for Juliet's similar action earlier in the match!
Unlike Overton, however, Black makes her displeasure known to her ertswhile partner. She rounds up on Hazel and begins to yell at her at the top of her lungs. Hazel yells right back, and the two forget about their opponents for a moment as they engage in a shouting match with one another in their corner!
This momentary distraction gives Blaise time to regroup, however, and soon she is coming over and forcibly yanking Hazel over the top rope and onto the mat! Juliet tries to intervene, but Blaise clotheslines her over the top rope, putting an end to the Dubliner's intentions!
Unfortunately, this gives Overton an opening, and she does not hesitate to pull Fader down onto a rollup! Blaise therefore finds herself with her shoulders pinned to the mat, as the referee counts!
ONE!
TWO!
--NO! Blaise kicks out!
Hazel is fuming as she returns to her feet, and immediately seeks to go back on offence. She hits Blaise with a dropkick, but the fan-favourite's girth prevents her from leaving her feet, and she is able to stay upright. As such, before Hazel returns to her feet, she is met with a Thesz press from Blaise, which sends her right back down again! Blaise then connects with a series of punches to Hazel's head, until the downed wrestler is able to grab the nearby ropes, enforcing a rope break. Hazel, ever the sporting wrestler even in situations like this, obliges the referee's demands, and takes a couple of steps back, giving Hazel some space to recover.
The moment Overton is on her feet again, however, Blaise is back on offence. Hazel turns around into a HUGE corner splash, after which Blaise picks her up, spins her around and drops her chest first over the turnbuckle with a stun gun! Hazel bounces limply off the corner post and to the floor, but Blaise is not done yet. She sets her opponent up for an alley oop facebuster, turns away from the corner, then performs the move into the corner! Fade-Away connects! Blaise pulls Hazel to the centre of the ring and covers!
ONE!
TWO!
--Juliet breaks up the pin!
As Blaise rolls to her feet, Dublin Trouble is right there, mouthing off, as she does. The Coventry native does not stoop down to that level, but gives her rival a pointed glare, and the two engage in an intense staredown. The York Hall stands simmer in a low boil as the two give one another the evil eye...then explode as Blaise once again clotheslines Juliet over the top!
The big wrestler has no time to celebrate, however, as Hazel has partially recovered and is back on offence. Blaise puts an end to her intentions, however, with a big hip toss, after which she proceeds to walk over to her corner and tag in Tamara yet again. As 'America's Sweetheart' returns to the ring, Fader slides out of it, and the reason for the tag is clear: Blaise is going after Juliet on the outside! Dublin Trouble is only just recovering, and all too happy to engage her rival. The two therefore engage in a knock-down, drag-out fight, which takes them all around the ring and, eventually, up the ramp to the entrance area.
While this is going on, in the ring, Tamara has engaged Hazel, dropping her with a bodyslam. She follows this up with a standing moonsault, but Hazel rolls out of the way and 'America's Sweetheart' connects only with the mat. Hazel pulls herself to her feet and just about beats Tamara to the punch; when the celebrity-turned-wrestler turns around to once again engage her opponent, she finds herself getting caught with a sit-out facebuster! She faceplants onto the mat, and Overton quickly turns her onto her stomach before taking to the turnbuckle. With Tamara unable to react quickly enough, and her partner just disappearing through the curtain, deep in a brawl with Juliet, Hazel is at liberty to hit her Clear Landing moonsault! The move lands, and Hazel covers!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
...and Hazel Overton picks up a long-overdue win at UKWF!

Before the first of the evening's two main events is set to begin, fans are given a brush-up on the rivalry between Gaia Galanos and the Master Sisters, by way of a video package. Starting at the moment the Greek arrived in UKWF and was assaulted by the Masters, the montage then goes on to detail the arrival of Gaia's partner, Night Train, the formation of Hunt by Night, and the issuing of a challenge to Aurora and Carnival Master. It is with the older of the Master Sisters changing Gaia's opponent from the desired Carnival to Moonlight that the package ends, with the feed returning to ringside a moment later for the match in question!
Moonlight Master v Gaia Galanos
Before the bell, stern words are exchanged between Gaia and the Master Sisters – words which rapidly turn to actions when the bell rings and the Greek immediately lands a roundhouse kick to Moonlight's left leg! The Spartan then attempts the same on the other side, but Moonlight catches her leg before she can deliver the kick, bowling her over. With Gaia on the mat, the bigger yet youngest of the Master Sisters quickly lands a leg drop, wearing her opponent down.
As the two women return to their feet, Moonlight sets Gaia up for a front suplex. The Greek struggles in the hold, however, and attempts to land punches to Moonlight's stomach. The Master Sister bucks, but remains on her feet just long enough to quickly throw Gaia overhead. She then rolls through to her feet and waits for Gaia to get up before launching off with a spear; the Spartan sees it coming, however, and dodges, letting her momentum carry her through to the opposite set of ropes. Moonlight turns around, sees Gaia coming, and attempts a big boot, all while the Spartan is lunging into an European uppercut! Both blows land at the same time, and the two women crumple to the mat almost simultaneously as a result!
For a long moment thereafter, neither Moonlight nor Gaia budge – even in spite of Aurora's intimations for her sister to 'get up'. Eventually, both begin to pull themselves to their feet, although clearly still feeling the effects of each other's strike. A moment later, however, both have managed to shake it off and are lunging at one another yet again.
This time, the edge belongs to Gaia, who wraps her arms around Moonlight and throws her over with a hammerlock suplex! She pulls herself to her feet and brings her opponent back up to a vertical position, before trapping her arms in a double underhook. A double underhook suplex follows, throwing Moonlight overhead and onto the mat again!
This sequence puts Galanos firmly in control, and she continues to capitalise as she once again brings Moonlight to her feet. This time, the suplex is of the Northern Lights variety, but it being early in the match, Gaia chooses not to bridge it. Instead, she gets in behind Moonlight and locks in an abdominal stretch. The fans cheer as Moonlight struggles in the throes of the hold, while Gaia cries out in triumph. Outside the ring, Aurora is seen shrieking for her sister to fight back and get to her feet, a goal Moonlight seems to already be attempting to achieve, with some difficulty.
Still, being relatively evenly matched with Galanos, the big blonde is eventually able to fight to a semi-vertical position. Once there, she promptly throws an elbow into Gaia's nose, making her reel, and allowing Moonlight to break free. The Master Sister spins around and goes for a clothesline, but Gaia ducks under, and springboards off the ropes into one of her own. Moonlight, who has pumped the brakes and is only just turning around, is driven down to the mat, and Gaia has no qualms landing a few punches to her opponent's face after downing her!
When the referee comes around, however, the Lioness complies, stepping off her opponent. She does not let up, however, once again dragging Moonlight to a vertical position by her long hair and preparing to set up another move.
This time, however, her opponent is ready. A spear from out of nowhere takes Gaia down, and returns control to the Master Sister, who looks towards her siblings at ringside, a huge smile on her face. Rather than congratulate her, however, Aurora and Carnival tell her not to take her attention off Gaia, and so Moonlight is forced to put her feelings aside and turn her attention to her opponent once again.
After bringing her opponent back to her feet, Moonlight applies a quick powerslam, taking Gaia down again. The Greek resists as she is once again brought to her feet, and attempts to headbutt Moonlight in the stomach, but Moonlight still manages to set up and deliver a powerbomb. After the move has connected, she once again does a lap of honour, proud of her own achievement. Her sisters, however, quickly bring her back down to Earth once again, urging her to get back to work on Gaia.
This time, Moonlight seems a little miffed by her sisters not recognising her efforts, but nevertheless abides by Aurora's wishes, turning back around to face Gaia. The Greek is just getting to her feet, and finds herself drawn into yet another front suplex – this one throwing her over the ropes and out of the ring!
The minute the two additional Masters see Gaia outside the ring, defenceless, they waste no time putting the boot to her. Aurora calls for Moonlight to come and help, but when the third member of the group drops down from the apron, it is to shove her sisters aside, indicating she wants to do this herself. Aurora gasps, incredulous, but Moonlight does not give her the chance to say anything further, instead rolling Gaia back into the ring before hopping onto the apron herself. She then profits from the Spartan's grogginess to deliver a top rope leg drop across the throat of Gaia, which brings a gasp from the York Hall stands. Moonlight covers, and the referee counts!
ONE!
TWO!
--Gaia grabs the ropes!
Carnival has lunged forward to swat the Spartan's hand off the ropes, but the referee spots her and she is quickly forced to back down. The official tells Moonlight the match continues, and the Master Sister nods in acquiescence. She then picks Gaia back up and drapes her over her shoulders, looking for the Master Crush...
...but the Lioness revives and slips off, pushing Moonlight and throwing her off balance!
The Master Sister goes hurtling towards the far set of ropes, and the Lioness wastes no time giving chase. She grabs Moonlight before she can fall against the ropes, and pulls her back into a reverse suplex. She then rolls through and waits for Moonlight to get up, immediately trapping her in a side-by-side position when she does. A moment later, she has connected with her patented Charybdis lariat, taking her opponent back down to the mat. She goes for the cover, which the referee slides over to count!
ONE!
TWO!
---Moonlight kicks out!
Unfazed, Gaia starts over, pulling Moonlight to her feet and setting her up for an Exploder suplex! The move connects, and Gaia covers once again!
ONE!
TWO!
TH---NO!! Kickout by Moonlight!!
This time, Gaia does display her irritation, by way of a scowl. Still, she does not relinquish her control, and drops down next to Moonlight, attempting to lock in the Galanos Clutch! She drapes one hand across Moonlight's face, trapping her arm in the process, and begins to stretch. The Master sister can be seen painfully grimacing, but nevertheless continues to attempt to fight the hold. She manages to fight her way to one knee, and attempts to push herself back to a vertical position, but Gaia is prepared, and cinches the hold in tighter, forcing her back down again. Moonlight tries her best to resist and once again makes her way to one knee, but Gaia has her right where she wants her, and her attempt is once again thwarted.
When she is unsuccessful a third time, she is finally ready to give up. Her hand comes up, but still she hesitates, wiggling her fingers, not wanting to submit. Seeing this only makes Gaia wrench the hold in tighter, and this is the final limit for Moonlight. She goes to bring her hand down to the mat...
...but this is when Aurora and Carnival invade the ring, completely ignoring the referee as they team up to take out Gaia and save their sister!!! Not having seen them coming, Gaia is taken by surprise, and initially unable to put up a reaction as the two extra sisters jump her. Seeing this, the referee immediately calls for the bell, granting Gaia a disqualification win.
WINNER by disqualification in 16:30: Gaia Galanos
After the bell rings, signifying the end of the match, Carnival goes quickly for the Masterplan, but Gaia manages to pull her off, but Aurora quickly hits her in the head staggering her briefly, but enough for Carnival to jump on her and start punching her head. Gaia fights back, gaining some momentum, but that was also quickly shut down when Moonlight hit her with a vicious spear, throwing her on the floor where the rest of the sisters quickly jumped back on her like hungry wolves, stepping all over her while Aurora screamed random insults at her. At this point, Night Train is in the ring and kicks Aurora off of Gaia before focusing in on Carnival. The two smaller women of each of the teams begin trading blows. Meanwhile, Gaia has shoved Moonlight off of her and is starting to fight her way back to her feet and is trying to fend off Aurora and Moonlight in a seemingly failing fashion, but still fighting nonetheless.
Suddenly, “Kiss My Eyes” by AFI hits across the speaker system sending the crowd into a frenzy as Sophia Halter comes sprinting down the ramp and sliding into the ring. Aurora immediately turns her attention to Sophia only to be met with vicious forearm strikes. At this point, Gaia finally breaks through and starts taking the fight to Moonlight by backing her up to the ropes then backing up just enough to pick up steam and clotheslining her over the top rope, sending her to the outside to land on her feet. Meanwhile, Night Train has also gained the advantage over Carnival in their trade off, this is when Moonlight pulls Carnival out of the ring by the legs and calls Aurora, who pushes Sophia to gain space and rolls out of the ring, tripping over to Moonlight, who holds her and pulls both their sisters up the ramp towards the entrance tunnel.

As Hunt By Night and Sophia Halter shouting for The Masters to get back in the ring, Johnny Ajax walks out onto the entrance stage with a microphone in hand.
Johnny Ajax: Ladies, this has gone on for too long. There needs to come to an end. For too long, you have been at each others’ throats, and it’s time for it to stop! So, at the next show, The Master Sisters will take on Hunt By Night in a tag team match!
The crowd is sent into a frenzy at this news as Gaia Galanos and Night Train Ayano both seem very satisfied with this news. After having laid down the law, Johnny Ajax walks out through the entrance tunnel as Sophia Halter grabs a microphone.
Sophia Halter: No funny business, Aurora. I’m keeping you from *Beep*ing with that match!
With that, Sophia drops the microphone as Aurora and Carnival yell at Hunt By Night and Sophia Halter, who just challenge them to get back in the ring. Meanwhile, Moonlight keeps them at bay as they exit the arena. The camera cuts back to the ring where Gaia, Night Train, and Sophia seem satisfied as the scene transitions to a video package.

This video package hypes up the evening's main event by detailing the chain of events leading to the first ever UKWF Championship defence for Champion Skylynn Reed. Footage goes all the way back to the final moments of Genesis, when Reed stole the title from beneath Sterling Everetty's nose, and follows the Brum Bruiser's quest for revenge over the next few weeks. Sterling is seen laying out Skylynn and Ursula, being put in a handicap match by General Manager Johnny Ajax, winning that by putting the Champion through a table, being challenged by Ursula Areano to a contendership match and, finally, beating the Argentinian in an Iron Man match at Blood and Iron. All in all, the package perfectly sets the scene for the Main Event beginning in a few moments.
First, however...

The scene cuts to the backstage where Hunt By Night members, Gaia Galanos and Night Train Ayano, are walking through the corridor, clearly with some sort of mission in mind. They approach a locker room door, Gaia knocks, and a voice is heard from within telling them they can enter. When they do, Sophia Halter sitting on a bench, expecting them.
Sophia Halter: What do you two want?
Night Train is about to speak, presumably crack some sort of joke, but Gaia stops her before she can.
Gaia Galanos: Sophia, if there’s one thing you should know about me is I don’t beat around the bush. We all have a common enemy, and similar goals in mind. Where it differs is your focus is set on singles success, and ours is focused on success in the tag team division.
Sophia furrows her brows as Gaia goes to continue, but Sophia speaks first.
Sophia Halter: … And your point? You want to… team up, I assume.
Gaia Galanos: Exactly. Night Train and I wanted to extend an offer for you to join Hunt By Night. Now, I know this isn’t one of those decisions that you accept right away so we’re more than willing to give you the time you need to make up your mind. We were just hoping you would take our offer into consideration. We have your back, and you have ours…
At the end of Gaia’s explanation, Sophia appears skeptical but gives the two a nod.
Sophia Halter: I’ll consider it…
Gaia Galanos: Efcharistó.
Gaia says this, thanking her in her native language before scooting Night Train out before she can get all wacky on Sophia. When Sophia thinks they’re gone, Night Train pokes her head back in and waves to her in a very comical manner before Gaia’s hand appears and pulls Night Train back out of the view as the camera returns to Sophia as she looks on before the scene fades out.

UKWF Championship Match: Sterling Everett v Skylynn Reed
Right off the bat, the Brum Bruiser shows what he came for. He attacks Skylynn the moment the bell rings, running her over with a clothesline. He turns around, brings her back to her feet and hits a massive powerslam, taking her right back down again! He picks her back up only to hit her with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex! He then picks her up a third time and throws her against the corner post. He runs in looking for a corner splash...
...but Skylynn dodges!
Before Sterling knows what hit him, he is being assaulted with stiff forearm shots to the face. Driven by adrenaline, Sky manages to land a few before the Brum Bruiser has enough presence of mind to shove her away. The Champ stumbles, and the Bruiser immediately seeks to capitalise. His Spear attempt misses, however, as Skylynn drops down and slides between his legs. Sterling spins around quickly, but gets hit with a dropkick. It is the Bruiser's turn to stumble, and as Skylynn returns to her feet, she sees her opening and runs in with another dropkick, this time a single-leg variation. She lands this successfully, and Sterling goes hurtling over the ropes to the outside.
Once again seeing her chance, the Champion then promptly dives over the top rope onto her opponent with the Suicide Sky dive. Sterling, who is scrambling to his feet, catches the brunt of Sky's weight, and is taken right back down again. The UKWF Champion also feels the impact, however, and the two end up being down for a few moments, as the referee starts a count.

TEN???
NO!!! Skylynn somehow drags herself to the apron in the nick of time, beating the count!!
The fans cheer wildly for the plucky Champion, but immediately revert to a negative reaction as the Brum Bruiser drags his opponent into the ring and brings her to her feet again. This time, he drapes her over his shoulders and begins to apply a torture rack, seeking to wear down the Champion even further than he already has. Skylynn grimaces in the throes of the hold, but does not give up trying to reach the ropes, which appear to be just out of reach. As for Sterling, he continues to apply pressure to his opponent, seeking to wear her down so as to make his job easier.
This tactic is effective for a long moment more, as the UKWF Champion continues to unsuccessfully reach for the ropes, only to find them just out of grasp. Eventually, however, an involuntary body movement from Sterling brings the ropes just that fraction of an inch closer, and Skylynn is able to grab them. Sterling is therefore surprised to see the referee come over and admonish him, and reacts violently when told to release Skylynn, dumping the Champion violently onto the mat as he gives the referee a piece of his mind.
Harrowed from a night of contested decisions, however, the official has no qualms telling Sterling to stand down or be ejected, and therefore lose his shot at the Championship for the foreseeable future. This is language the Brum Bruiser can understand, and – however unwillingly – he eventually complies, ceasing his protests and preparing to turn his attention towards Skylynn once again.
This is where the Champion demonstrates her good ring awareness, picking the exact moment before the Bruiser turns around to pull him into a rollup. The referee drops down and counts!
ONE!
TW---VIOLENT kick-out from Sterling!
As the Brum Bruiser returns to his feet, he is fuming. He picks up Skylynn again, delivers a Death Valley Driver, and covers!
ONE!
TWO!
---Sky kicks out!!
Sterling does not even stop to vent – he immediately picks up the youngster again and throws her overhead with a release overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Skylynn hits the mat hard, and Sterling quickly gets to his feet, looking to capitalise. He waits until the Champion gets to one knee before launching into a run, leaping into the air, and taking Skylynn down with a leg lariat! Another cover ensues!
ONE!
TWO!
--Sky kicks out again!
Sterling, who just gets more livid with every nearfall, once again brings the UKWF Champion to a vertical position, only to floor her with an ura-nage slam, which leads into another cover!
ONE!
TWO!
---NO!!!
By this point, the Brum Bruiser is seeing red. Letting out a primal scream, he picks Skylynn up, tosses her to the ropes, and seeks to connect with a brutal Yakuza kick...
...but the Champion grabs his leg, reversing it into a dragon whip! The crowd cheers as Sterling goes ass-over-teakettle to the mat, and Skylynn finds a way out of the beating she had been receiving!
Still, the Champion is in a bad way, and rather than capitalise, she chooses to take her few moments' respite to regain her bearings. This almost costs her, as she chooses to regroup near the corner, leaving herself in perfect position for a big running splash from the recovered Sterling! Fortunately, Skylynn is able to avoid it, and the Brum Bruiser connects chest-first with the turnbuckle, bouncing off it and reeling back. The Champion therefore manages to turn a sticky situation in her favour, as she floors Sterling with a jumping calf kick!
Despite her moment of counter-offence, however, Skylynn is still struggling to regain composure, and once again elects to take the few moments at her disposal to collect herself. This, once again, allows Sterling to recover, but the Champion is able to telegraph his rush just in time, and springboard off the ropes into a diving forearm smash! Down goes Sterling again, and Skylynn falls on top of him, in just the right position to cover!!
ONE!
TWO!
--NO!!
Sterling once again kicks out angrily, and Skylynn wisely chooses to put some distance between herself and her opponent. Instead of engaging the Brum Bruiser, she begins instead to scale the far turnbuckle, as she waits for Sterling to get to his feet. Once he does, Skylynn takes off with a cross body splash...
...which Sterling catches and reverses into a powerslam!!
The crowd lets out a groan of frustration as the big challenger takes control yet again, bringing Skylynn to her feet only to deadlift her into the Bruiser Suplex! As the youth goes flying overhead, Sterling rolls through to his feet and almost hungrily waits for the Champion to do the same. Once he does, he takes off with a Spear, which nearly splits Skylynn in half! He drops down into another cover, which the referee promptly counts!
ONE!
TWO!
--NO!!! The Champion survives!!
Sterling can be heard giving a groan of frustration as Sky kicks out yet again, but quickly brings his head back to the matter at hand – namely, winning the match. He picks the UKWF Champion up again and sets up his pumphandle neckbreaker, the Countdown to Extinction. As he lifts Skylynn for the move, however, the youngster manages to slip through back to her feet, and promptly reverses the hold into a dragon sleeper!
The crowd gasps in admiration as the teenaged Australian attempts to lock in the hold on her much bigger, much bulkier opponent. This proves predictably difficult, especially since Sterling Everett is having none of it. The Brum Bruiser drives a stiff elbow into Skylynn's face, causing her to release the hold, then takes a few steps back before connecting with a brutal Yakuza kick! Skylynn goes over the ropes to the outside, and the Brum Bruiser promptly gives chase, slipping under the bottom rope. Before Skylynn even knows what country she's in, she is being picked up for another ura-nage slam, this time on the floor! Then, knowing he cannot win the title via a count-out, Sterling rolls his opponent back into the ring, where he uses the ropes for leverage as he covers!
ONE!
TWO!
...The referee spots Sterling's feet on the ropes and interrupts the count!!
This, predictably, angers the Brum Bruiser, who chooses to overlook the fact that he was technically breaking the rules. Another loud shouting match with the official ensues, with the already irate wrestler forgetting all about his opponent for a moment, as the ref's attitude tips him over the edge.
Still, even in his rage, Sterling knows better than to put his hands on the referee, knowing a loss by disqualification would not help matters any. As such, he turns his attention back to Skylynn...
...to find she is not there!
Indeed, the Bruiser's distraction has opened up a window of opportunity for the Champion, who promptly rolls to the outside to catch her breath. Sterling is therefore unable to locate her for a second; by the time he does, Skylynn is already slipping into the ring behind him!
The roar of the crowd alerts the challenger, who turns around...but a second too late! A stiff forearm shot connects directly with his face, followed by another, and another. Eventually, Skylynn switches to kicking each of the Bruiser's legs in turn, but by this time, Sterling has regained his bearings, and all but ready to end this. He shoves Skylynn away roughly, then connects with a shoulder block, taking the youngster down. He makes a cut-throat motion. He then picks Skylynn up and sets her up for the Bruise Cruise...
...but it is the Champions turn to react, as she headbutts the larger man! Surprised, Sterling reels, and this is all that is needed for the hold to be broken and Skylynn to break free!
The youngster promptly runs towards the safety of the opposite turnbuckle, with the Bruiser in hot pursuit. She is just fast enough, however, to climb to the top rope and connect with the Sky High! The move connects, but Skylynn lands awkwardly, taking damage to her own ribs as well!
The two wrestlers stay down for a long moment after this, both feeling the effects of yet another impactful exchange. The York Hall simmers in a low boil as neither their hero nor the villain appear to be able to get up.
A moment later, however, this middling reaction turns to a decidedly negative one, as a figure is seen streaking down the entranceway at full pelt. This is none other than Sylar Drake, Sterling's tag team partner, presumably here to help his associate get an advantage over his opponent. The fans greet him with a shower of boos...
...which turns to cheers as another figure emerges from behind the curtain and floors Sylar mid-run with a bulldog! Ursula Areano holds a triumphant fist up to the stands and receives a well-earned ovation, She then looks towards the ring, where Skylynn is just beginning to get up, and flashes the Champion a smile the Aussie does not return. Then, to ensure Sylar is not able to recover, Ursula picks the dazed newcomer up and hits him with a Fist of Fury, knocking him out cold once and for all. Only then does she make her way back behind the curtain, pausing here and there to acknowledge the cheers of the fans.
Only after the intrusion has been dealt with does either wrestler budge again. In this case, it is Skylynn, who gets to her feet with the help of the ropes and begins to limp her way towards the turnbuckle.
With the encouragement of the crowd, she just about makes it, and is about to start climbing it when a roar of alarm from the stands clues her in that something may be occurring. She turns around...
...just in time to see Sterling barreling towards her with a Birmingham Bomber lariat!
Acting more on instinct than reason, the young Champion somehow manages to dodge the move, avoiding an unpleasant fate. Sterling is therefore forced to pump the brakes on himself, which he manages with some effort. He turns to face his opponent again...
...and finds himself at the receiving end of a big superkick!!! THE BANK SHOT CONNECTS!!! Sterling goes down like a sack of bricks, and Skylynn drops down almost mechanically. The referee slides over to count!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!!
And the plucky Champion retains, against all odds!!
WINNER in 21:19 and STILL UKWF Champion: Skylynn Reed
The feed goes off the air with red, white and blue streamers falling from the ceiling, and a barely conscious Skylynn having her arm and title raised by the referee. As for Sterling, he would certainly be ruing his missed chance to win the title, were he not out cold from the Superkick.... It is with medics assisting the Brum Bruiser, and Skylynn clutching her title tight to her chest, that the feed goes off the air.
