The Main Event of the evening is pre-empted by a video package recapping Blaise Fader's challenge to NME, two weeks previously. The Coventrian is seen setting the terms of the 'deal', which are then promptly accepted by Arcane, on behalf of the group as a whole. Ace Watson is then seen volunteering to be the former Champion's first opponent, right as the video ends, perfectly setting the tone for what is to come!
Blaise Fader v Ace Watson
Right away, the two athletes show what they came for, as there is absolutely no feeling process before the two lunge at one another. As predicted, it is Blaise Fader who is the most heated, and it is also the former United Kingdom Champion who gains the early advantage over Ace, rocking him with a series of punches before the Enforcer quite has the time to react. She follows this up with a big clothesline, which takes Ace down, then immediately drops a leg on the NME member, doing her best not to give him the time to breathe. She rolls off the top of Watson and promptly dives back down again, this time connecting with an elbow drop to the midsection! She rolls through again, pushes herself to her feet, and completes the trifecta with a knee drop, which hits Ace slightly below the waist. The crowd cheers as the Enforcer grimaces in pain, but – whether because the referee did not see it or because it looked accidental – Blaise is not admonished, instead being free to push herself to her feet once more and bring Ace to his own.
As the former UK Champion brings him back to a vertical position, however, the Enforcer sees his chance, connecting with a flurry of punches to Blaise's stomach which rocks her enough to send her stumbling back a couple of steps. Not hesitating a single moment, Ace promptly steps in to pin the Champion to the ropes, continuing to deliver punches – this time to her face area – as he lands knee shots to her gut.
As Blaise finds herself in dire straits, the Suffolk crowd seems split between booing the NME member and cheering for their favourite, so as to help her overcome her predicament. A moment later, however, the choice is made for them, as Blaise exploits an opening in-between two punches from Ace to counter with a headbutt, turning the tables on her opponent yet again! The strike is hard enough that Ace is thrown off-balance, and as he staggers forward, Blaise sees her chance, promptly bouncing herself off the ropes to connect with a big boot!
The crowd roars as Ace is sent hurtling down to the mat, but Blaise is far from done just yet; proof of this is that, instead of going for a cover, she instead backs up, stepping away from Ace and towards the ring post. Once there, she waits for her opponent to pull himself back to his feet before giving a tell-tale sign which the crowd sees, but Ace does not; as such, when the Brit turns around, he is surprised to find himself at the receiving end of a big boot, a running one this time! The Exocet connects, and the crowd roars, anticipating a cover!
It does not take more than a moment, however, for Blaise to show that pinfall attempts are not the point of this match – or at least, not for her. This is about hurting Ace and, through him, the NME – thus, rather than cover the Enforcer, the former UK Champion chooses instead to continue her onslaught. To that effect, she once again backs up into a corner, this time behind Ace, waiting for him to return to his feet before launching off into a bulldog!
The Enforcer face-plants, but almost immediately seeks to scramble back to his knees; despite his best efforts, however, he is too late – Blaise is one step ahead of him every step of the way, and by the time Ace makes it to his feet, the former UK Champion is already bouncing off the ropes to connect with a huge running crossbody! Both athletes go down from the impact, with Blaise on top, and this time, the Coventrian does hold on for a cover!
ONE!
TWO!
---NO! Kickout by Ace!
As the Enforcer manages to escape the pinning predicament, Blaise's shift in attitude ahead of this match becomes more apparent than ever; rather than shake her head, grin, or in any way acknowledge her failure to take Watson down, Fader instead simply rolls off the top of him, her face stony, and pushes herself to her feet. Once back to a vertical position, she then leans in to force the NME associate back to his own feet as well, rocking him with a pre-emptive headbutt as soon as he does. His one chance at a comeback thwarted, Ace is therefore powerless to resist as Blaise runs in once again, this time taking him down with a Thesz press and raining down punches on him! This, shockingly enough considering who it is, brings the referee over to admonish Blaise; even more surprising, however, is the fact that the blonde does not immediately heed the official's request, instead taking the opportunity to land a couple more punches to Ace's face and head before finally complying and rolling off the top of her opponent.
By this point, the Ipswich Dome is very much at boiling point, the fans hardly able to believe what they are witnessing from the usually mild-mannered Champion. It is clear that Blaise's threats at Fallout were anything but idle, and the idea of the former UK Champion single-handedly dismantling Stella Chalmers-Blythe's Enforcers suddenly becomes much less far-fetched for a large portion of the audience.
Blaise, in turn, seems eager to deliver on her promises, and promptly leans in to bring Watson to his feet yet again. This time, rather than put some distance between herself and the Enforcer, or fling him into the ropes, she chooses to pull him close, perhaps looking for a suplex...
...only for Ace to make the most of the opportunity and rake her eyes, buying himself a way out of his predicament!
Boos erupt from all four corners of the Ipswich Dome as Blaise goes staggering back, clutching her eyes, and Watson finally has some space to manoeuvre. Though visibly worn down by the former UK Champion's initial onslaught, the Enforcer nonetheless seeks to make the most of this turn of events, and leaps into the air, sending Blaise hurtling into the ropes with a dropkick! Quickly scrambling back to his feet, the NME associate then follows this up with a running knee strike, which he aims at Fader's midsection. It connects, and, as Blaise doubles over, Ace does not hesitate, connecting with an uppercut to the Coventrian's jaw! The groggy Blaise falls back into the ropes once more and – as she slumps over them, dazed – Ace once again sees a chance to capitalise; with barely a moment's hesitation, the Enforcer takes a couple of steps back, then runs in, connecting with the ZG Kick!
The crowd groans in sympathy as the shot connects squarely with Blaise's jaw, the impact sending the fan-favourite hurtling over the ropes and to the outside, even despite her sturdy build. Ace, on the other hand, looks as pleased as punch with himself, and promptly takes advantage of the respite to direct a few less than friendly words at the Ipswich crowd. This, naturally, only causes the already considerable volume of boos directed at the Enforcer to become deafening, a fact which Ace acknowledges with just as much hostility as the crowd is showing him.
It does not take long, however, for Ace to be forced to forget his town's hatred of their Suffolk neighbours and concentrate on the match once again; for, out of the corner of his eye, he spies Blaise Fader pulling herself back up onto the ring apron, seeking to re-enter the ring. Without hesitation, he promptly walks over and stomps on the former UK Champion's hand – a tactic which earns him the ire of the referee (and the fans), but is nonetheless successful in keeping Blaise on the outside a moment longer, preventing her from breaking the count. The referee resumes it.
SIX!
SEVEN!
EIGHT!
Despite the pain to her hand, however, the former UK Champion is undaunted, and promptly makes another attempt at pushing herself up onto the apron. This time, Ace has his back turned, once again busy with riling up the crowd, and does not see his foe re-enter the ring; only the fans's enthusiastic roar clues him in to the fact that something might be wrong, and by the time he seeks to deal with it, it is too late – Blaise has crept up from behind and thrown him over with a big German suplex!
The crowd once again reaches fever pitch as the Enforcer goes flying over, and the Coventrian seemingly finds her way back into this match. As Blaise runs in, however, their cheers die in their throats, as Ace is able to avoid getting Exocet kicked in the head, instead diving out of the way. Gathering whatever reserves of energy he has left, the Enforcer then scrambles to his feet, so that, when Blaise turns around, she gets rocked and sent hurtling to the ropes yet again with another Watson dropkick! Buoyed by the quickness of his reflexes, the NME associate then promptly takes a running start and barrels towards his opponent on the ropes, looking for a second ZG Kick!
Unlike the previous attempt, however, this one is unsuccessful, as Blaise pre-empts the actual kick by stepping forward and intercepting Ace mid-stride, reversing his onrushing offence into a back drop! The NME associate goes sprawling head over heels to the mat, and Blaise holds up a hand, allowing herself a moment of communion with the fans for the first time in this match!
It does not take long at all, however, before Blaise is back to business mode, and once again stepping in towards Ace. This time, as she brings him to his feet, she once again pulls him close, immediately throwing him over into a belly-to-belly suplex before the Enforcer so much as has time to react. She once again lets herself fall on top of Ace, creating another pinfall predicament. The referee counts!
ONE!
TWO!
---NO!! Another kickout by Watson!!
Once again, however, the former UK Champion barely acknowledges the kickout, seeming almost numb as she rolls through to her feet and once again leans in to bring her opponent up. Without giving Ace time to react, she then pulls him close once more, delivering another belly-to-belly suplex. She covers again, and another count ensues!
ONE!
TWO!
---NO!
Once again, there is no reaction from Blaise as she pulls herself to her feet; instead, she simply turns around, pulls Ace close yet again, traps his head between her legs, and sends him flying overhead with the alley-oop facebuster she calls the Fade Away! The Enforcer face-plants yet again, and the crowd cheers, but Blaise is not done yet; she rolls through to her own feet, turns towards Ace once again, and runs in to nearly kick his head off with the Exocet! The NME associate slumps to the mat, seemingly out cold, and Blaise covers yet again!

THR---NO!!! Ace somehow manages to survive!
This very close call – close enough to make the crowd hold their breath – also elicits the first reaction from Blaise Fader, whose face turns into an 'O' of incredulity. Even still, the former UK Champion quickly seeks to pull herself together, shaking her head for good measure as she clambers to her feet and leans in to do the same to Ace; then, once she has the Enforcer back on his feet, her businesslike demeanour returns in full, her expression indicating that she is ready to end this. As if to prove just that, she then drapes Ace across her shoulders, looking for the Coventry Blitz...
...only for the Enforcer to slip out and pull her down into a quick rollup!!! The referee slides in to count the pin!
ONE!
TWO!
THR---NO! Kickout by Blaise!
The crowd erupt as Fader just about manages to get her shoulder up in time, thwarting Watson's sneaky attempt at a win. Even still, as both competitors roll to their feet, the advantage remains on the Enforcer's court – and Ace promptly exploits it. Stepping in towards the groggy Blaise, who has her back turned to him, Watson prevents her from turning around, instead applying a full nelson on the former UK Champion. Blaise does her best to resist the hold, but is powerless to prevent Watson from leaping up and pulling her down into a knee smash! The Replay hits, and Ace advances into another cover!
ONE!
TWO!
TH—NO!! Blaise escapes in the nick of time again!
The crowd let out a huge sigh of relief as their favourite once again lives to fight another day. Even still, the inescapable fact of the matter is that the ball is still in Watson's court, and the NME associate does not seem willing to relinquish it. Proof of this is that he quickly makes his way back to his feet and – reversing the tendency prevalent throughout the match – leans in to bring the Coventrian to her feet, ahead of pulling her into a move. A moment later, he sets the groggy Blaise up in a double underhook, and prepares to end things with his patented Fightbreaker manoeuvre...
...only for Blaise to somehow slip out of the hold, getting in behind Ace to pull him into a backslide!!! The crowd explodes as the move is reversed, and the referee drops down to count!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
And Blaise Fader claims her first victim!! Ace Watson is out of NME!!!
WINNER in 18:36: Blaise Fader
Forced to leave NME: Ace Watson
Directly after hearing the 'three' being counted, Ace Watson slumps to his knees, an expression of despair in his features as he doubles over and touches his head to the mat. The crowd, however, show no sympathy for the Enforcer, instead wildly cheering Blaise Fader for accomplishing the first step of her mission, and separating one of the four NME members from the rest of the pack.
A moment later, however, those cheers turn to boos, as the remaining three members of Stella's hit squad appear on the platform. Expressions of disapproval broach Arcane's, Cross Recoba's and Hunter Storms' faces as they gaze down at their fallen comrade, who responds with a shameful, pleading look. Before either party can take the tension any further, however, the feed cuts out, signalling the end of one of the most eventful nights in UKWF history.
