I hugged my dad real hard and then my mom. My sisters got home just a couple seconds later and joined the hugging.
Aurora:

Avedon:
I’m proud of you, girls.
My dad smiled. My mom grabbed tea and coffee for everyone.
Avedon:
You two were amazing!
Aurora:
Two?
Avedon:
Yeah, your sisters. Come on, Aurora, it wasn’t your match.
Aurora:
I was there!
Avedon:
Sure, you interfered twice or something, but…
Aurora:
But nothing! Without me they wouldn’t be where they are.
My sisters looked at me.
Carnival:

Moonlight:

Aurora:
Exactly, the title plate says “The Master Sisters”, not “Moonlight and Dawn”
Carnival:
Actually, it still says “Hunt by Night”.
Aurora:

I glared at everyone in the room and without mentioning a single word I left. I grabbed my car and went to meet someone who would actually care.
I knocked at her door and she immediately opened it and hugged me.
Katherine:
Congratulations Rory! Tag Team Champion, eh?!
Aurora:
Yeah, I’m amazing! Can I come inside?
Katherine:
Only my boyfriend gets to do that, baby.
I punch her shoulder and walk inside.
Aurora:
When do YOU get one of those anyways?
Katherine:
Eh, not really a priority. What’s up? You don’t look as happy as I was expecting you to be.
Aurora:
Oh, just my parents.
I sit on the couch.
Aurora:
Apparently, my sisters did all the work. It’s not like I managed them, got them the contract, got them the match or got them the FUCKING stipulation!
Katherine:
Oh, come on, Aurora, I know you did all of that, but you’re the manager, of course you’re going to be second to them. The producer never gets as much credit as the band, remember?
Aurora:
Sigh… yeah, yeah, I know. But… but God damn it! Wrestling is what I want! Moonlight doesn’t want shit, and Dawn just wants to be stupid like always! I’m the one who wanted to be a wrestler, yet, I’m the only one without accolades to call my own…
Katherine:
Why didn’t you made a singles contract for you?
Aurora:
Oh, that was my plan, but everyone wanted to have my sisters… So I decided that I should get a stable contract, like I did back in GPW, but it wasn’t the higher ups desire… so I became a manager.
Katherine:
Why don’t you leave them?
Aurora:

Aurora:
I don’t…

Aurora:
I don’t know. Why don’t I, Katherine?
Katherine:
Because you love them, I guess. They are your own blood, it’s still a victory for you.
Aurora:
I just want to be recognised…
Katherine:

I sigh… I clean the tear in my eye before it gets out.
Aurora:
You think Sarah would be proud of me?
Katherine hugged me tightly.
Katherine:
Yeah, I’m sure she would.
