Recommend music - old or new.
I like finding songs from genres I wouldn't typically listen to.

I've really been digging A Perfect Circle again lately. "Passive" is such a goddamn awesome tune.

I love classic rock. Grew up with it and it's all I listen to in the car.
That said I've been listening to a ton of Broadway lately.

I watch a lot of Rooster Teeth so I listen to the soundtracks to their shows quite often, so I would recommend music from either Jeff Williams or Trocadero. Jeff does a wide variety of genres.

For me Metallica, Sheryl Crow, John Fogerty/CCR, Classic Rock, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Little Big town, Waylon, Willie, Merle and Johnny Cash. Can't really get into a lot of the new people, but I'm old LOL.

Oh man, where do I start? I love music, I listen to everything from Coldplay to Totalselfdestruction. I really like alternative rock, indie music, shoegaze, industrial, drone, Post-Rock, Punk, sludge... Ask me a genre and I'll try to throw some recommendations. I also have a decent album collection which I'll leave in spoiler because I love to post it around: I'll post a Imgur link because I can't seem to spoil in this board: imgur.com/gallery/AFW7pFor now I'll leave you with this:

Go to hell. Don't even pretend like you weren't trying to make me jealous. More people need to know about these guys. Although yes, this song was very, VERY good live and might be my new second favourite BT song (as nothing will ever topple Red Flag.)

More recs, mainly independent/small bands.
RDGLDGRN - A unique mixture of funk, hip-hop, and rock elements. A really fresh-sounding band with a hell of a live show. Also, Dave Grohl drummed on their first album.
SKINNY LISTER - Pirate-inspired folk-punk. Again, a live show so good it made me go and buy their merch at FULL PRICE after the gig. And I NEVER do that.
THE CHUCK NORRIS EXPERIMENT - Loud and sleazy rock'n'roll, like Turbonegro.
THE GROW-OPS - Ramones-style punk with nerd and weed references.
WORTH TAKING - REALLY radio-friendly emo-rock that actually manages to not be whiny or phony while still being very clearly aimed at college-age women. Impressive enough to recommend.
THE HALLINGTONS - Like the Ramones, only faster. Except on this song, which is one of their catchiest.
DEATH PEDALS - Sludgy, noisy, metal-tinted rock'n'roll. They ALSO kill it on stage, surprise surprise.
COLD SUMMER - Probably the only shouty post-rock band I like.
(Not their best song, but the only video I could find for them.)
ENFORCER - Uber-traditional, 80s influenced speed/heavy metal. \m/ up your ass!
Will return with more as I remember them.

You know what - I'll use this space (or post) to pimp some friends out.
Guy I sort of manage (I use the term loosely), Mirrored Theory. EDM/Electro/Dubstep depending on when you catch him.
Then, for those of you who like a harder edge - Cousin Avi

I'm mostly drawn to R&B and rap but I've really enjoyed listening through the songs posted here. Keep em coming!
I'll leave this - one of my all-time favourites:
Plus some ignorant shit that still bangs:
